Hair Being Pulled

When I was 15 my friend Lisa spent the night with me in the Chula Vista house, Lisa was 14 and was my best friend that I met when I was 9. When we were younger she experienced a lot of the footsteps in the house.

However this night was different, we were listening to music in my room and as I was starting to get tired, I laid down on my twin bed and Lisa was sitting down near my feet. Lisa was just sitting there singing along, we were listening to the song Daddy by Korn. Lisa told me to turn it up, but when I did the cd ejected, I pushed it back in and pressed play. It started playing the first song on the disk, I tried to press skip to go back to Daddy but it wouldn't skip, it stayed on the first song so I just left it alone.

In the middle of the first song it skipped on its own to Daddy. I told Lisa, "This stupid thing is broken." When I looked up at her I saw a piece of her hair lift up and her head jerked back a little bit. I thought she was trying to mess with me and scare me, until she got mad and told me to stop pulling her hair. I said, "I'm way over here, how could I have pulled your hair?" At that moment we booked it out of the room, leaving the cd playing. We decided not to go back into the room that night and we were actually so creeped out we slept in the travel trailer my dad had parked in the driveway.

Hello my dearest FRAWIN! I haven't a problem with mobile homes WHAT-SO-EVER! I know many people who live in them and find them as comfortable as the person makes them. My Mom's mobile home (trailer) is quite the cozy one! But she could take a shed and make it liveable and nice! Ha, ha, ha! She's quite the decorator(sp?) and on a low budget. The thing that I do not, personally, like about them is the safety issue, which now-a-days are higher standards. Anyway, "To Each Their Own"! Right? I'm really sorry you took that wrong. But from what I know of you, you really didn't take it in a bad way, you were just making conversation! Right? 😊 Like I said before, I do not like an opening underneath my home! Too creepy! Later gator!=P ~Shelby ❤

Hi peopleinthemirror,
If by chance it was a spirit and not static electricity that messed with the CD player and pulled her hair, it was nothing to be frightened of. I think they/it was just trying to get your attention. Well I guess they did 😉.Thanks for sharing your story with us.

❤ FRAWIN 😊

And in walks the voice of reason! Hello FRAWIN. Maybe I am being as close minded as I caution others not to be, but whew! The things that happened to us in that trailer!
On the other hand, if we had not gone through all of that first, I would not have sought out this site.
On the other hand, there may not have been a need to find out if we were all crazy and being infested with hallucinations caused by some medical freak thing.
On the other hand... Wait a minute 😳 I ran out of hands. 😆

Now, now ladies what wrong with moblie homes. I live in one and my wife and I, plus the three spirits that live with us, find it quite comfy 😁. My worst experiences have been in houses, especially the country store where I used to work. I guess it`s all a matter of taste

Amen to that my sister from a parallel life. What a lesson for us. We have never again looked into the purchase of a mobile home, and I do not ever intend to!

Hi peopleinthemirror. Excuse me.
Hi Whitebuffalo! In my opinion, it is creepy having an opening underneath your home! There are other reasons why mobile homes are creepy but I know that you and your family have had a bad experience in one and that's all it takes! ~Shelby ❤

I am not sure, but I have been more scared in mobile homes in my life, than a house with a foundation. I think being outside of the house, with just my friend, at the end of a driveway would not have been what I did. I probably would have pulled out the extra blankets and pillows and camped out in a "common room" inside. But, thank goodness we all have different thresholds for fear.
What kind of research have you done about these occurrences that you write about? I assume they have occurred in the same home, but some of your stories are when you were young, so I do not know. Is there a reason for any of these places to be haunted? What have you found out?
Thanks again.

Another logical explantaion is that you experienced a little static electricity, it could explain the hair sensation of being lifted and pulled and also explain why the CD wasn't playing correctly, perhaps the CD needed to be cleaned too.

I would have told the ghost to do something useful and get a brush to brush my hair if I were Lisa! 😆 J/K, thanks for your story. -Shelby ❤
