A Ghastly Stalker

I was at my step-sisters' house in Sherrell's (my oldest step-sister) room playing a game. My two real sisters, Rebekah and Samantha, were there too, and our parents were out grocery shopping. We were all kind of hungry so we decided to go into the kitchen and get some food. When Sherrell left the room and turned off the light, I decided to try to scare Samantha (I sometimes like to reach my arms out and moan like a zombie). I started acting like a zombie when I felt something touching my shoulders. Someone was reaching around my neck! I immediately ran out of the room, thinking it was Sherrell.

But when I got into the kitchen, everyone else was already there. Sherrell was putting a chicken leg into the microwave, which indicated she had been in there too long to have done it. Everyone else was too small to reach my neck anyway, so it couldn't have been them. So I guessed it was a ghost that did it.

Later on, we went back to my house. It was bed-time and I wasn't tired, so I snuck into Sherrell's bed-room. I saw her taking out her phone battery (she said it was dead) as I walked in. We started talking and I got tired and decided to go to bed. When I was about to leave, her cell-phone started ringing. She flipped the phone open, not remembering she had removed the dead battery. It instantly died when she opened it. She came into my room and we locked ourselves in. We stayed there for a while, then the door flung open. But nobody was there. We were both pretty scared, but after a while she decided to go back to her bed-room and go to sleep.

The ghost (or whatever it was) stopped bothering us after that.

well I was having trouble uploding a story so I chose a random story to comment on. I was sitting in front of the tv when the glass stand it was sitting on blew up in my face! Not ONE little shard of glass left a mark on me and and there were ALOT of shards of glass. My mother had almost had a wine glass fall on her that day and I told my grandmother about it and she told me she left her house one time and came back and her flower vase explode and was swept up in a little bitty pile I think something is following through the generations. What could it be?! 😕

Well it could've been some time of poltergeist that was brought here by your energy, but maybe not. It could have just been your average mischevious ghost passing through. Some ghosts travel this plane and when they see something interesting they like to cause trouble. As long as it doesn't try to hurt you then try not to worry to much.

Very funny as to what the turn up was for that opportunity to scare someone else other than yourself. But not funny for the person that was scared. Though the touch on the neck and door cannot be explained. You said the door was locked, but it swung open? Very odd. As for the cell phone... The phone itself must of still had a charge that was enough to accept a call when you took out the battery. However it is not likely. Well at any rate, great story, and hopefully a lesson is learned here. Don't scare loved ones =]

spirits can really be scary. Shouldn't worry about them though. Just be firm and tell them to stop bothering you. Just don't say anything to make it angry, or you'll probably have even bigger problems

thanks for the story

god bless

Oh, so after the inexplicable events that would normally make anyone's blood run cold, you managed to sleep. It trully amazes me to see how unbelievably brave some young people are 🤔

I think it is no coincidence when a person sets out to scare the daylights out of someone else that they, themselves end up the frightened one. I would like to think that the ghosties get together and decide to teach people a lesson, but unfortunately I believe it is a persons own conscience that takes over and chills their spine and creates a type of poltergeist. Thank you for sharing your story.

Sometimes you are better off not asking for more than you are given. You may not like what you end up getting from others. Now that being said. Could it have been poltergeist/ghost? Maybe, or it could have been an over active imagination which is more than likely. I truely don't know for sure since I was not there and I didn't experience what you did. I have always said how surprised I am by the fact that those who set out to frighten others end up being the one frightened. Maybe it is paranormal, maybe the spirits don't like it when you give them a bad reputation by trying to be them. Just my opinion.

Peace, Love, and Luck be with you.

I realize maybe that ghost/poltergeist/whatever might have done that because I was trying to scare my sister, but I would still like to have your opinions on this. 😕

I wonder about this one. First it never stops amazing me how, when one sets out to frighten another they in turn get frightened themselves. 🤔 So, yeah I am just a little skeptical about this one.

Peace, Love, and Luck be with you.
