Green Eye's Shadow

I have been seeing this shadow lately. I'm sure it's a male it is short and has a basic frame of a man but a bit smaller. I am 5 foot and 1 in this apparition is at least 5 foot 4 inches. Everyone in my home has seen it and it's rather violent towards my sister. It has never hit her, but she will wake up to it pounding on her door. Our dog's which we have 4 of are getting sick easily and don't like being in the house alone. My cat's night fury and shadow are acting doubly weird. I wake up with a fresh bruise every morning normally on my arm the size of a thumb print. My sister and I had a not so good child hood to the point of both of us having trauma. Since about the age of 5 for my sister she has seen things that aren't there. I on the other hand will get visions of how a person dies and I know how long a person will live. This being is slightly violent not to my sister but to me. My mother and father who adopted me and my sister have seen the spirit as well. I do not fear it and have been doing some cleansings of the house I haven't gotten to my room yet so I can study said being.

-lingers near the bathroom and my room (Bathrooms are common to see or feel a spirit)

-Follows us around

-Myself and my father are both getting sick or have bad body aches to the point it hurts to move

-Strong scent of pepper or a strong spice like garlic
