This is more of an experience than a actual story. One night whilst watching TV in my living room with my little dog Bob for company I had the most crazy encounter of my life!
The Flat was on the ground floor of an old Georgian property which was converted into Two Flats. The living room was at the front then the bedroom with the kitchen and bathroom accessed by a long hallway. It was around 11pm and my partner had gone to bed. I was sitting in my chair watching TV and my Dog was on the Settee behind me asleep. Bob woke up and started rolling around on his back with his little legs in the air making this cute noise that I could never resist so I got up and went over to him to as he always liked a lot of attention. Then I heard this banging noise coming from our bedroom, it sounded like someone was going through my wardrobe, I automatically assumed it was my partner. Then I heard heavy foot steps coming down my hall so I looked up at the door expecting my partner to walk in but instead what I saw was one hell of a shocker!
Standing in my doorway just 3 feet from where I was sitting was a figure of a Man. It was around 5,10 tall and was solid White, it had like a glowing aura all around it. There were no features, just bright White. I sat there just staring at it in complete shock for what felt like forever but was in reality most likely just a few seconds. I could not move or speak, I was frozen. The figure then moved in a strange sliding motion back into the hall. Then it popped it's head back around for another look, this time I could see its head and shoulder and arm only, then it once again slid back into my hall.
I sat in the same position on my Settee for hours, I was frozen with fear until about 3am, when I finally got up the courage to go into the hall and into our bedroom to get my partner.
My dog Bob did not seem to notice anything. We have now moved to a new home and never had anything like that happen since. I have no idea what this was but I am pretty chuffed that this happened to me as I now feel certain that life goes on when we die. My Dog Bob died a year ago from old age and it gives me comfort that I will see him again.
Thankyou for reading my experience.
It would be amazing if bob popped by for a visit:)
