Attacked By Ghost In Bed

You are not crazy some-thing vary like this but with the walking and the mark. I still can't sleep a night after the last on. I have been attacked s/he about 2 to 3 times now. When I can I will post some stories. You can post at 14 right?

i have a lot of questions as far as this topic goes. I have had 4 different experiances 3 in totally different houses/location, all in different towns. 2 of those 4 experiances were actually in another state... But all those experiances had other things happen that were unexplained... Such as seeing someone, 2 were dark figures the most recent was my husbands dead father... There have been slamming doors, things missing and coming up in strange places... I have heard voices telling me to open my eyes... Unexplained noises such as like someone jumping on a bed... Lights turning on and off... Bed vibrating like someone sitting on it [when that happened I opened my eyes to see my husbands dead father, I thought it was my hubby 1st since I had never seen pics of his father, later seen pictures and realized my hubby and father look identical]... I have seen dark figures of people either looking directly or out of the corner of my eye... Different smells such as tobacco when neither me or my husband smoke, I found out his father was a HEAVY smoker, as our ceilings are stained yellow... I have seen full people...[diff location before my hubbys dad]ive heard tapping on the window when there was no way because the house window set so high off the ground, later followed by another paralyzing event... I have had instances when I was with someone and their back was turned to me where I couldn't see their face and heard them say something repeted the sentence back and they said that they never said that they were just thinking it... Is it just me am I crazy... Are these paranormal events... Or what? I have so many questions and not enough answers... Please someone help me. I'm going to post my stories on this site but its currently down. I need answers! Help! What's more strange though is that I am not the only one in my family who has experianced these types of events. My brothers and my sister have all had similar experiances, and a lot of these occurences for me have happened with my brother I am closest to in age hes almost 21 I'm 22. Is this genetic... Or some sort of paranormal esp type thing triggering this... Is it the location of these things... Or is it using me and my brother... I don't know what tho think

Dont get too afraid, as it could have been sleep paralysis and for the mark, you could have hit yourself and scratched something.

Well this sure is a scary story. I to would suggest doing some research about sleep paralysis so you could understand more. HOWEVER if this is not sleep paralysis then I would agree that a spirit has followed you home. They can do that. It is rare but they can. I would suggest praying for the spirit to cross over. If you feel its presence I would suggest telling this spirit firmly that you do not him hear. That he should cross over. I have heard that a smudge ceremony is a great thing in helping spirits cross over. You can find information on that on our site. I hope I was of some help. Well for the mark on my neck, I have no explination, just wondering if that can't be a musscle that got hurt from me trying to push myself up that the tissue turned blue.
Will maybe just go to the doctor so they can see if I got simptomes of SP.

That's really scary. I wouldn't know what to do if I were you. I'd look into the medical side of it first, but as everyone here has said, as scary as it is, just try not to panic. If your doctor rules out SP, you may want to consider having your house cleansed. I'm not particularly religious but I've heard that this helps for some people, if nothing else because I think spirits are scared of something being more powerful than they when they're terrorizing someone. I would think it more likely to be a demon than a ghost.

i liked that story a lot and I have a little advice. When you feel that kind of energy do not panic.

I wouldn't worry too much about this, it sounds like classic sleep paralysis. Feelings of fear, a feeling of pressure on your body, of the duvet moving and even the shaking are all symptoms of SP.

Ok. There are a few possibilities. Dont panic. It could have been one of a couple of things. Firstly and most likely it was a case of sleep paralysis or a waking sleep; as for the mark on you people do hit themselves in their sleep. A little research will show that you have most of the symptoms in your story. I don't think it is something paranormal; don't panic. It is incredibly unlikely something followed you especially from a place where most of the dead are receiving a fitting rest. The only way this could happen is if you invited something home with you (almost never happens) or if you accidently brought home an item from work with some kind of attachment. I don't think you did so by the sound of things its SP. Dont freak out. That is really important. Keep the good folks here posted though if things continue; there are some cluey people here who know their stuff. Good luck.
