This happened a few nights ago. I made a Ouija board and decided (stupidly, as I learned) to use it alone. The first two times I tried nothing happened but the third time I started getting answers.

The conversations went like this:

Conversation #1:

Me: Is there anybody there?

Board: Yes

Me: How many spirits are in the room with me?

Board: 39, Goodbye

Conversation #2:

Me: Is there anybody there?

Board: Yes

Me: What is your name?

Board: Alone

Me: Your name is alone?

Board: Goodbye

Conversation #3:

Me: Is there anybody there?

Board: Yes

Me: How many spirits are there in the room with me?

Board: 21

Me: What happened to the other 18?

Board: Dead

Me: Did you kill them?

Board: Yes

Me: What is your name?

Board: [Spells out the name of my ex-girlfriend], Goodbye

After the third conversation I started shaking uncontrollably and crying for no reason. Then I needed to vomit and I went down to the bathroom. While I was walking to the bathroom, I kept hearing weird voices telling me things. After I vomited, I went back to my room and started hearing voices from downstairs (I was alone in the house and would be for another 2 hours or so). I tore up the Ouija board and soon things started going back to normal.

This was the first and last time I will ever use a Ouija board.

at first it sounds interesting for me to communicate with spirits... After I read your stories it changed my mind for not to play around with ouija boards 😨

I've heard of a way to dipose of the board, you rip it into seven pieces, and throw it out. You know the board was lying right? Alone is not a name. It must have meant it was ALONE as in no other spirits were with it. It was 39 years old, then another was 21. This is a wild guess, I have read no other comments, and, did your ex die? If not, well, that part, was a lie and you know it.

it seems like it was not really into talking.
So why did it answer?
Im pretty new to this so I'm going to ask: is there any chance they are somehow "forced" to answer agaisnt their will? I mean, if it went to goodbye almost straight away, why bother answering? To me its like it tried to scare you so you would stop trying to make contact.

Hmm. You can actually tell that spirit is lying to you. I mean, how can a spirit kill a spirit? And also, when you asked "What is your name?" and it replied "Alone" It would've mean't that they were ALONE.
Thankyou for sharing and I hope you do not use one unless you are sure you'll be ok with it.

I found some of your comments about Ouija boards to be very insightful. I don't think any "board" has any particular properties that make it into a "portal." It is what/who we give ourselves to that extablishes a line of communication..., I think that about covers it.

Why the insulting remarks about "Christians?" Believe it or not it isn't FEAR that motivates believers. Maybe you've known some Christians that made a bad impression on you? Well, I guess that means we're all brainless, weaklings, running from every "spooky" thing that pops up. Read a Bible. You might find some very exceptional people that would inspire you.

I actually care about the welfare and safety of other readers. You choose whatever path you want to take in life. That is free will.

If you get others to follow you (and people get hurt in the process), I believe you will be at least partially responsible for them. Even the laws men write in this world observe that.

However, If you ever find yourself in serious trouble, it is my sincere hope that you find deliverance. You can call on any higher power you want. That is free will. 😐

GOODBYE it means you can destroy the board. Or you can force them to GOODBYE. Or ask.

amanda_lynn your story can't be true then, because if you burn the ouija board, it doesn't destroy the demons, it makes them worse and they don't leave! 🤔

Great story, or event for all out there IE humans - a ghost won't or need to ask permission to be with you, they just do...
Others must, it's a law of sorts - the nonhuman kind, so I would have the place blessed by anyone (what ever your belief is) because the nonhuman type can be dormant for decades in a house...

Ahhhhh 😢 poor you, I would be scared sooo much. Sounds like a pretty nasty spirit to me. Using an Ouija Board by yourself is not the best idea. They can be realllyyyy dangerous. Maybe you should cleanse the house to make sure they have gone back to where they came from!

huh. Well despite your tale, I think I'm going to use my board tonight and see what happens... First of all, did you use an intro and closing prayer? That is the most important thing you can do before using a ouija board. Plus you should always surround yourself with things special to you (ex. A cross, something religous, or just comforting) if you are to attempt it alone. I do hope you gain enough courage back to venture into the unknown once more, because spirits have a lot to tell. Plus, don't let spirts like that prankster of yours scare you. You are in control. If it keeps up, simply say goodbye, close the board (VERY IMPORTANT), and then say a closing prayer (ALSO IMPORTANT). God bless ❤

2,18,21,39 did those numbers come up in a
Lottery? Lol.
I never knew a ouija board existed,
Never heard of it until I was 17 and
Accidently walked in on my cousin and
His friends using it. My cousin said,
Hey, the ouija told us you were coming!
I was freaked. I was like What is that thing? I never saw one before.
They started playing it again while I watched. They said it got slower and
Harder to work with me in the room.
The ouija started sending messages wanting
Me to leave. So I stepped out of the room,
Going outside and it started back up faster
And easier when I left. Strange.
Then I heard my cousin starting to ask
It questions about my future, I got mad
Because I did not want him doing that!

Wow, that's a creepy story! (:

My friend's mom had an ouija board once. She was using it with her friend, and she was asking questions, and getting answers...

When her friend left for home, she put the board away, in her closet. She had all the lights off in the house, ready for bed. When she walked past one of the rooms, she seen a tail, almost like a dog... Fact is, she didn't own a dog!

And a few nights later, when she was hanging out with a few friends, she looked up in the sky, and seen two red eyes, like the devil's, looking back at her. Finally she realized she had to get rid of it, so she burned the board, and it all stopped...Creepy!

lucky. I wish my would move. I made one and I printed one of the interent. I did it alone in my garage so no one would think I'm crazy. And it didn't work. Itryed it with both twice. Nuthing happended so I burned them both. Still nuthing. So it must all be fake. I actually believed it might be possible when I heard all these stories.

Here is the proper way of disposing of a ouija board.

Step 1: Put it back in it's box.

Step 2: Put that box in your trash can.

Step 3: Stop worrying about it. It's just a board, not some demonic invention sent here by the devil to open portals to hell so they can torment you (as MANY MANY MANY people believe...) it's no wonder christianity took off like wildfire - people will believe anything their told if it's scary enough.

It sounded like it just wanted you to stop harassing it and made things up or are all Ouija board experiences like that? Well I guess it's difficult to have a lengthy conversation with a Ouija board.

wow. 39 and 21 ghosts (or demons) in the room with you? Oh my god dude, that is freaky. And then, it killed the other 18, sheesh how vilent can it get? I can't stand being in the house alone, poor guy. Please be safe and god bless.

wow I gotta try an Ouija board... How do I use one?

And how does it help if my friend is there? Does it make a difference if he/she is on the phone? I'm really curious and thinking of using one.

i want to and am going to play a ouija board mainly because I'm to curious and can't stand not knowing if it will really works. Is there anychance spirits could in anyway inflict any harm? Does anyone know?

I've never tried a ouija board. I used to be 100% sure I was never going to use one but now... I'm just really curious but at the same time I'm not. Does that make sense? Anyway, is it true that when you play that boardgame it actually means that you're playing with the devil? Someone answer please!

thats creepy something like that happened to me I was at my friends house we were playing a ouiji board and it told us to go to a spot in the yard and dig so we did and we found her great grandpas head! That was creepy true story!

You say that you destroyed it? GOOD! If I were you I would have burned or torn it up and burn it. I thought that the 3rd conversation was very spooky! I hope you never use that board again! 😉

Hopefully you destroyed the board in an appropriatte fashion. There are directions on the internet to destroy these things in the right way. If not, it can come back to you in many different ways. (I have noted some of these ways in my stories, you can read them on this site.) Ouijia boards, in my opinion are dangerous, no matter who or the number of people engaging this activity. Also, I do not think I would put to much stock in this 'thing' telling you it was your ex-girlfriend. These 'things' lie and part of their jollys can be to say what ever they can to freak you out and upset you.

Never, never Ouijia boards.

ouija boards can be pretty nasty sometimes. It sounds like you were talking to a not-nice spirit. Probably if anything else happens you should consider asking it to stop or trying some otehr way of making it leave.
