I understand feeling afraid and intimidated about confiding something so deeply personal to someone face to face- heck, I'm such an introvert that I start to stammer when merely telling someone my own name face to face! Perhaps a less intimidating way of approaching the situation would be to go to confession - not that you have done anything wrong to bring this on yourself or have anything that you should be ashamed of! But, it gives you a way to open up about the subject with a degree of anonymity while knowing that the priest is bound not to tell anyone what you have said. If they seem helpful in confession, you can later set up an appointment to meet with them and talk more. Granted, I don't know if you are specifically Catholic but, even if you aren't, all Christian churches seek the same god and, in my personal opinion, I don't think the divine would fault a young girl for seeking help through any channel.

If possible, maybe consider taking a women's self defense course or at least some form of martial arts. No, you can't physically fight this thing off with fists BUT the empowerment to be gained from such a class and some of the psychology they teach you about how predators work could be very helpful to your situation. It would also give you more contacts and possibly new friends - all positive things that will help drive this thing off.

Its good that prayer seems to be helping - keep believing in what you are doing and in yourself. Remember that this thing is just a baddy - anything positive will make it recoil. When it comes at you say 'NO, you aren't welcome here - get out.' Think of things that bring you happiness, love and joy - pets, best friends, beloved family members, specific memories of good times - mentally surround yourself with love knowing that love both the divine and the quite mundane are stronger by far than the entity. Tell it to back off with self affirmations 'I am strong and I don't want you here. Go back to where you came from.' Never let its petty negativity invade your space in any way not even in the speech you use to drive it off.

Fact is, remember all that energy I mentioned that folks theorize is generated by young people your age? Well, if the theory holds that it is strong enough to attract or even generate poltergeist activity - that is a lot of energy and energy is power... You have power. When it comes at you, tell it no, say your prayers and in your mind envision yourself surrounded by that power - an impenetrable bubble of power, strength, love and good.

So, this week, was pretty fine but... After I recorded it... It became worse.
Right now is night here in Germany. I did my usual prayer to God and Archangel Michael before bed, when I felt touches on my legs. At first I thought is just the covers and I shouldnt pay attention. Then the touches started to move up until it touched my butt and then I knew this is not just me. I felt cold breathing in my face and neck, I can still feel it. I was lying in bed with my left knee resting on my right leg. I felt something pulling it in the opposite way so my legs were wide open and I started to feel like cold hands down there... And then I somehow managed to get out of bed to turn on the lights, but it was hard since I was feeling a heavy weight on my whole body, and I can still feel it.
I heared whispers which sounded like " submit" but one of them was a female like voice that said with a laugh " That little head of yours will understand".
I also heared sounds coming from my walls and my lamp. I can't describe it. I live in an apartment and here is very quiet. The neighbors don't make noise and the building is new.
I started to pray when the sounds became worst. Now that the light is in I rarely hear any sound in the walls. I'm scared to go back to bed... Even before I went to bed I felt someone cupping my face. I still feel it.
It told me to submit and obviously wanted to scare me just to accept but even thought it was tempting, I still said no, that I don't belong to anyone, that I only dedicate all my being to God. I will try to fall asleep now... I will keep updating.

Talking about trusting others... Well I would go to a priest but he may think I'm crazy, or that I'm with the evil spirits and stuff. I'm scared, to be honest. If there was anyone that could see ghosts and spirits in my area, that would be the first person to go to.
I tried to talk to my friends about it, but they all said that the stress from school makes me see things already and that I probably dreamed about thise events and I shouldnt worry and yea... They didn't believed me. Bht there is one friend that believes me but she can't give me proper advice cause she doesn't have any experience in parabormal, she is only reading about it.
By the way right now I'm typing and I feel someone touching my cheek and like some breathes right into my face. Its not my imagination, cause my hair is moving because of the air... And today it began to touch me sexually again. I noticed it does that when I'm weak. For example, now I'm on my menses and I guess you know how it feels. It gets more touchy with me in this period of time, that's what I noticed.

I am sorry to hear about your family situation - that is a lot to put on someone your age. I do think your age has a lot to do with what is going on. You are going through a period of such tumultuous change - everything about you is effected by puberty from the physical to the emotional. I was the most innocent and sheltered kid in the world when I hit that stage and suddenly I was thinking all sorts of thoughts that would have been absolutely gross to me before. Fact is, your brain has had chemicals introduced to it that it has never experienced before at levels it will never have to cope with again - the effect can be similar to the effects of a stimulant drug rush. You say these thoughts 'aren't you' and in many ways you are exactly right. They are just the effect of hormones and they're a rollercoaster ride. Don't let them disturb you - just learn to laugh at them and accept your changing self.

Its a well known theory that all the turmoil of puberty can produce energies that have a paranormal effect- that's why many theorize that poltergeists have a sort of reciprocal relationship with teens in that age group. Maybe that thought puts the thing into perspective - if puberty is powerful enough to exert a paranormal pull, of course its making you feel not yourself! And that is my guess as to why this nasty entity fixated on you - the turmoil of puberty created the energy to attract it and the stress of school and your family situation made you vulnerable.

I know how easy it is, without any paranormal interference, to feel isolated and powerless as a teen. Reach out to your friends, extended family, guidance councillor at school, local church, community center - pick whichever you feel most comfortable with, pick a few if you can - you don't have to tell them everything at first, let yourself get to know and trust them first - and you don't have to tell them anything you don't want to. But finding allies in this situation will help. The stronger and more fortified you feel, the weaker this thing becomes. Keep praying. Keep doing what you believe in. And always ALWAYS believe in yourself - you may be changing right now but YOU will always be in there, never doubt that ❤

Yes I talked to Mr. Rook and curently I'm trying some shielding methods. He also gave me advice about my problem.
Talking about my clothes... I'm more than sure that they were secured. Those buttons were very well put on the shirt, its impossible to fall on their own, and my pants too. That zipper is hard to unzipp. I believe its not just a coincidence because before, when I heared his voice, he was practically stripping me during classes and school. You have no idea how unconfortable I was in that period of time.
I read yesterday on the internet, that you can hear it's voice when you are trusting it, and also, when the incubus feels confortable with you and made a connection witg you so... I guess I'm on the right path? Since I'm not trusting it anymore.
By the way, from all of the methods recomanded to me, I find prayers the most useful. I just believe in them.
My family is a christian one, and my mom and grandma have books about archangels and my mom told me once that if I have any problem, I can pray to them. She also strongly believes in them cause once she was in a very bad condition in hospital, and she prayed to archangel Raphael, and it helped her a lot.
(Im trying another methods too, but I strongly believe in Gods power so that's why I'm always praying. I pray before bed, before going to school, before a test, for my parents and so on)
I have a feeling that I put an imaginary wall between me and him but I feel like he is doing anything in his power to get me back.
I know it may be the age and all... But for a time I became very perverted and I feel like... I need sexual things to happen to me. When I get this thoughts I try to deny it cause this isn't me. If you knew me in real life, you would know that.

In my opinion, the changes to your body may be normal given your age... I could swear some teenagers go to bed one night like kids and wake up the next morning looking all grown up.

As for the button falling off of your shirt and the zipper coming down, are you sure they were properly secured? Even some new clothes are not strongly made and can cause unexpected wardrobe malfunctions.

Have you got in touch with rookdygin? Have you been able to perform his cleansing/shielding method? Have you approached anyone else asking for help?
If so, have you noticed any change in the frequency and intensity of the events?

It is important that you learn to focus on other things in order to remove some of your attention away from this entity.

If you are afraid of ending up alone, would it be possible for you to go back to Romania and live with one of your relatives?

I forgot to mention one more thing... I noticed that everyone is leaving me. For example my step dad's work is too far from home so that's why he comes only in weekend. Recently my mom found a job in another town and she will also come home only in weekends. For the past 2 weeks I've been living with my little step brother alone for an entire week (except for weekends of course) but for some. Personal reasons he wants to go to live back with his mom and now... That means I will be living alone... And I'm scared, is this it's plan? To isolate me from the rest?...Im afraid of what will happen if I will be by myself... My mom doesn't really want to leave me like this and said that she will figure something out... I hope she does.

Hello everyone, thanks for your comments and sorry for not answering to them, I was really busy with school.
First of all let me tell you what happened this week. On monday I went to school and the first lesson was fine, but everything started at the second one... I was taking out my books when I heared something small falling to the ground like someone threw it. I looked around but saw nothing. During the lesson I noticed that it actually was one of my chest buttons of my shirt... And because of that button missing... You could see my bra and all... I'm not entering in the details.
After that I went to see my class playing football when I felt my pants getting lighter and lighter... I went to check to the bathroom since I couldn't see cause my jacket was covering my hips. When I checked... They were unzipped... But that's impossible to get unzipped on their own.
Anyway, one more thing I noticed is that everyone was telling me before that I'm childish and that even on outside I look like a 13 year old, but now all of the sudden all of them tell me that I look older like 16-17 and that I became sexy and my body is curvy. Nobody told me that before lol but now all do. I read on the internet that when an incubus is attached to you, you may look older and stuff, is this my case too?

What you believe in is the most powerful weapon in the world against any entity that means you ill. If you believe that pendant will protect you - then it will serve its purpose.

Christianity isn't the only religion out there with answers for you. If you happen to be Christian, that's fine and that's where you should start but don't feel like that's all there is if you don't find the help you need there or if you simply prefer to go somewhere else. Its all about what you personally believe In and what resonates most for YOU.

Above all, the most important thing you need to believe in is you. You've got this and you are 100% strong enough to do what needs to be done. This predator, whatever it is, wants to make you isolated and miserable - don't let it ❤ Join new clubs to meet new people, take a class after school at a community center or take up a sport, volunteer at a soup kitchen - anything that gets you active and involved with people in a positive way. And don't forget to take care of yourself - take extra time to do little things that make you feel happy and happy with yourself (from reading a book to painting your toes 😁 - anything you can think of to spoil yourself a little). These little things may sound silly but -in addition to seeking out help from a secular or non secular professional- they should help and certainly can't hurt.

Hi MyStory15, what I'm going to say is my opinion, your friend is right, demons can and do influence the outcomes of some tarrot readings. Their world is as complex (or perhaps more so) than ours, but I believe that they have 1 main aim -- to prevent you from knowing God well. Your "incubus" is just another demon conforming to the pattern of what we think an incubus should do (jealous "spirit"). The pendant is of no use, the demon may stay away for a while to make you believe that it is beneficial.

I think the best way to get rid of it would be to seek help from your local Christian church (Most Germans have a functional grasp of English). The pastors may have some experience in dealing with these demons or should be able to at least refer you to someone who can. I would say stay away from psychics or spiritual healers because, well you're just getting more of the same. Please look at my profile for more of my thoughts on this.

If any callous individual tells you that you are crazy when you are merely being honest - walk away- they are narrow minded and incapable of helping. Look online to see what sort of resources are available in your area from community centers and non-religious options to different forms of churches even if you aren't an official member of that faith (many more new-age religions are very helpful- I have found Spiritualists to be very welcoming and willing to listen but there are more types of religions about than one can shake a stick at). A good councillor be they religious or not should not tell you that you are crazy or should not speak of such things (I understand how it feels to have that happen... I had a councillor give me similar 'advice' - the trick is realizing that the fault in that situation is with them not in you and not all of them are like that).

I just don't want you to be alone - allies are so important even if you have to use Google or medical insurance to get them:-) I have done both - its ok ❤ Just don't forget, you aren't crazy and wanting to know the truth is not a sin - and if anyone ever makes you doubt either of those things, there are plenty if folks here on this site to help remind and reassure you ❤

Second of all I think they will believe that I'm crazy or something, that's why I'm afraid to go there. When I was smaller. I started to read about paranormal activity on the internet and books, and I decided to ask a question to the priest from my school, and when I did, he told me that this is a big sin and I shouldnt talk about stuff like this, and he believed that some sinful entety made me read that stuff... Anyway, since then I'm afraid to go and talk to priests about this.

Wow - what a mess to have to deal with... Being 15 is already hard enough without an added stressor like this! I may be quite off base here but the reactions you describe hit home for me but in a different way - I was molested by a family friend between the ages of 13 and 19. I didn't see it as abuse at the time. Sure, down deep in my gut I knew *something* was wrong but I so desperately needed love and acceptance that I fiercely ignored it. However, that unease would bubble to the surface whenever I was around any other man. I would act out irrationally, feel misplaced fear, tremble if they came to close and push them away for no reason.

In your account, you described having many of the same reactions. I don't think you are reacting that way because of any control this thing has over you but instead as a result of the abuse he has put you through.

In addition, is there some neutral party you can go to as a councillor - either at school or at a local church? I don't know how health care is set up there but a therapist could be an option too. I am not saying this because I think you are crazy (I absolutely do NOT) but because it seems like there is a lot you need to get off your chest and it doesn't seem like your family is helping you there.

Also...I know well from personal experience just how adept the human mind can be at intentionally forgetting, repressing and blocking out thoughts that cause it distress. In reading your account, it seemed to me that there may be something more going on in your life than a purely paranormal issue - something quite similar indeed to what I went through and it could be causing the behavioral reactions you described along with everything else you are experiencing.

I hope in my attempt at tact that I didn't merely talk in circles. Bottom line, whether this is paranormal or not, you need an ally. Rook is an excellent resource for the paranormal end. Now you need someone for the rest - please look into a councillor of some type that you can talk to... An incubus is a spirit/entity in male form who, according to mythological and legendary traditions, lies upon sleeping women in order to engage in sexual activity with them. Its female counterpart is a succubus. The 'sexual activity' generates a type of energy that these types of spirits/entitles thrive on.

This never seems 'negitive' at first. These spirits are protective, helpful, supportive... But only if it helps them get what they are after. They are single minded... Driven and will do whatever they need to in order to keep the 'energy source' they have attached to.

For the human in this 'relationship', a dependency develops and that is just what the spirit/entity wants to happen... Dependency equals addiction, addiction equals wanting more, wanting more means isolating oneself, isolating oneself means cutting off friends and family until finally the human is worn out and can no longer provide the energy level required to sustain the spirit/entity...once this happens the spirit/entity moves on leaving behind a wrecked individual...

It has been my experience... I have encountered two succubi and one incubus... And what I observed each time was like a cycle of addiction... The denial was there..."Oh no they would never harm me." To..."Oh, we do not have 'relations' that often." Then as time went by the individual in question would begin to look tired, call out from work... Become sick more often... They would isolate themselves so that they could spend all their time with this 'spirit/entity'. Then once the spirit/entity was done with them there was the withdraw symptoms. One friend of mine was unable to 'recover' from his experience with a succubus and he took his own life (I have actually detailed that on an older experience here on YGS (Not one of mine), feel free to look it up, as I still find it painful that I and his Family and friend could not help him.) The other two individuals recovered... But it took a long time.

If I understand the timeline correctly this has been happening for 1.5 to 2 years? If that is correct I move on with the following points...

1) Put your pendant back on... Refresh the Basil... But put it back on.

2) A Feather and some Sage: IE; Smudging... Gather some sage twigs, bunch them together in a tight bundle and light it. Then blow it out and spread the smoke around your room using the Feather as a 'fan'...heck the whole house if you can... As you do so talk about casting out all negative energies/spirits. You can do this in conjunction with a Cleansing/Shielding method I have on my profile.

3) Do you feel your Grandmother was accurate with her Tarot Reading? Why or Why Not?

4) Succubi/Incubi are a type of spirit/entity that attach themselves to an individual and draw out a certain type of energy from their chosen host. You being younger suggests to me (MY OPINION) that this spirit/entity is grooming you so that when you are 'old enough' his 'actions' will become aggressively more sexual in nature... Right now it just 'touches' of a sexual nature coupled with... If you do not do as I want/need you to do I will hurt those you 'love'...or 'If you 'give' me what I want I will 'hurt' so and so for you...

These types of spirits/entities 'groom' their chosen host the same way 'sexual predators' groom their victims... Then when they 'feel' comfortable they 'strike' get what they want and continue to do so because they 'shame' the individual into doing 'it' again. Then once the individual con not 'supply' them with what they need, they move on.

Think back... Just before these things started... Did you 'pray' or 'say something out loud' like 'Please help me find...? OR 'please help (INSERT NAME OF CHOICE HERE) get better.) Did you do this without it being a DIRECT PRAYER to Heavenly Father or his SON Jesus Christ? (Its a focus thing)

If you were not focused then 'anything' could have 'answered'. It's 'taste' will mature as you do... Until you have nothing to offer it any longer. It will then depart, just as suddenly as it came... No questions asked... And the 'host' is left as a burnt out, 'need' something to take the edge off, individual.

If you did not 'ask' for 'help' then perhaps it came into the Household via an object... If so do you remember any antiques being brought into the home just before these visits began...heck...it need not be an antique... Just something owned by another individual other than someone in your household.

Nobody believes me. I tried to talk to my mom but she believes that Its just me.
I have a step dad that doesn't believe in paranormal and we don't even get along that well, same goes for my step brother.
My grandma doesn't believe its a bad thing since the tarot card reading said its a good entety... I think the only way to solve this problem is by myself since nobody believes me.
As I said before in my story, I had a dream where I was talking to my step brother and I was telling him that I was with my ex and stuff. We usually don't talk, especially about private stuff like this. He wasn't acting like my brother though, he seemed more open and talkative. He said " Oh, believe me, I know that from a VERY long time" he put the accent on "very" and had a smile on hiw face which looked like a smirk. I fel bad vibes from it and I freaked out, then I woke up.
Also not long ago I had a dream where I was holdong hands with a man and we were shopping. I couldn't see his face though. I don't know how to describe it, it was all blurry.
I try to find out what it is, cause when I will know exactly what I'm dealing with, then probably it will be more easier for me to take action.

Also one more thing, you can communicate with Mr.Rook, you may address your current situation with him on this site. He had helped me dealing with an entity a year ago and let me tell you his prithisions are really effective.

Frequent communication and begging it to not harm anyone may lead to more complicated results. Talk to your elders in your family as what it seems that it is highly unlikely latching on your head. More you not inform to your family the more it lure you into isolation.
Don't let this situation go acute. All your precautions are seems like temporary, find a permanent solution.

Thank you for the advice, I will try everything you told me in the comments.

I wated to tell one more thing about my experience that I forgot to mention.
As I said before, since I started wearing my pendant nothing strange happened but now it started again. I noticed that this started since I was dating my ex. Before, everything was fine but after we got together I felt the touches again and whispers.
I also started to wake up very tired. I searched on the internet and there was said that an incubus can make love to you in your sleep and then erase the memories of it, so when you wake up in the morning you don't remember a thing. Can that be possible in my case?
Bt the way, yes he is listening to me but not always. When I tried to make him stop hurting the people I love, I got to beg for that... And also promise it to let me touch me however it wants in echange for that... Then it finally stopped hurting someone. That may be a dumb decision to make but I'm the type of person that would sacrifice herself for the ones I love.
One more thing... I'm not experienced with such things so... If anyone could tell me what this entety is I would appreciate that. I am confused cause It touches me and says I'm his, but in the same time I don't remember having any sex dreams.

I am here with LG, self believe and strength is the key ingredients to fight such entities. Although, I don't have any knowledge on Incubus or Suscubus... So I think it is just like some kind of a poltergeists sort of a thing that can have physical effects even it doesn't have any solid appearance.
I would suggest you to add one more thing (as all the possible steps has been forthputted by LG) to do meditation, specifically in the early morning hours, try to increase your focus. This will definitely help you fighting with this entity. Also you can take pranic healing (if this is available there) this will help you healing you both physically and emotionally. It will also restore your imbalance ora emanitating from your body which is making you vanarable against such entity.

This is just my opinion, I think that the first you should do is to treat this entity the same way you would treat any annoying guy and tell him to stop bothering you, after all it seems to listen to your requests:

"... I told the spirit to stop hurting the people around me and it stopped."

It is important to ask for help to the people closest to you, I think opening up to your Grandmother and telling her what is going on would be a good idea since she seems to have a extensive knowledge of the paranormal. I do not know if a strong spirit would be able to change a tarot reading on its favor but I'm sure your Grandmother will be willing to protect you.

Based on your narrative I assume you have some religious beliefs (Orthodox?), so asking for the advice/help from a religious leader would be a good idea. Or you could try the cleansing and shielding method of one of the members of the site explained in the following link:

I didn't know about the basil leaves but, if it is working for you, keep on using them. In my opinion, the strength of a person's faith is more important that what they believe in.

Start a journal and record all the details that you consider important, as the day, time and place you feel being touched; and the reaction of the entity, if any, to whatever you do to protect yourself.

Thank you for reading my story, I appreciate that you dedicated your time reading it since its kind of long... But anyway yeah, my experiences began when I was still in Romania but they somehow start to happen again. I feel touches on my body and today I felt like someone pulled my hair. By the way I broke up with my boyfriend cause things werent going very nice and I began to be somehow disgusted by him for no reason at all.
Talking about my grandma's tarot reading well... She is pretty accurate cause she is doing this for a long time since she studied astrology and stuff like this. One of my friends that is passionate about paranormal had a theory. She thinks that if the entety is strong enough it can change the tarot card to its own atvantage, I don't know if that's true though, that was only her theory.
I still wear my pandant that kept me protected from that entety but I started to feel the touches again and I'm starting to become scared again. Also my mom saw me sleeping with the pendant as I usually do. Before she was ok with it, she had no problem, but now she is insisting to take it off before bed. Can she be influenced by it.
If you have any advice please help me, I really need it.

I got confused reading the following parts of your story:

"My family and I moved to Germany 2 months ago due to my stepfathers work. I'm originally from Romania... And there is where everything began..."

"...A year past and nothing else happened. I started to believe that this was all finally over but I was wrong..."

"... I thought that if I move to another house it will stop but it seems that it followed me."

Does this mean that you began having these experiences while still living in Romania or did they began two months ago when you moved to Germany, as you explain in your narrative?

Do you consider your Grandmother's tarot reading abilities to be accurate? I find it strange that she would 'read' this entity like a protector.
