Let me first start off by saying that sometimes there are very special people born into the world, and some times there are extraordinary families created in it. My story is not my story alone, but belongs to my whole family.
The story of the Blue Lady is older than I am and I am sad to say I do not know when it started. As for myself I had never heard of her before I saw her. This is her story (or what I know of it) and I'm just telling it for her.
Until I was in the fourth grade I lived with my mother, my stepfather, and my father in a blue doublewide trailer in New Hampshire. We shared the lot our trailer was on with my grandmother. Her house was also a trailer but had been converted to look like a house. One of my and my cousins favorite things was to sleep over at her house. The only problem was that one of her windows got boarded over on the outside, but never covered on the inside. The back of the board that we could see through the window had a mark on it that greatly resembled a face, and consequently scared the crap out of us kids. So we always slept in the livingroom.
One night while my cousin and I were sleeping on the couch bed, I heard a noise and woke him up. From this bed you could clearly see the kitchen and the refridgerator. The whole kitchen was illuminated in a fuzzy blue light. Being the simple children we were, we dismissedd this as nothing more than one of our brothers raiding the fridge for a midnight snack.
The next morning at the breacfast table we decided to rat our siblings out to our beloved Grammy. Instead of the frustrated look we were expecting our brothers to receive from her, we got a look of absolute pride. We were the youngest to experience this but not the first.
All of our other siblings and cousins had already seen this earlier in their lives, sometimes in diffrent locations and sometimes with an actual look at the magnificant Lady herself, but as far as I know I am the only one who as seen her on more than one occasion.
