I purchased my home 10 years ago. It was built in 1880. I did not notice anything unusual in a paranormal way, until I had lived there for about 7 years. I would hear static and words I could not understand, like an old radio broadcast. I thought it was the neighbors, or a car going by.
I was stepping down into my basement, and there was suddenly a very loud crash, and the three small electric boxes sparked. Nothing was damaged. I think it was my friendly spirit letting me know to get a new furnace. I let it go at that.
I saw a bright yellow orb in my bathroom, zig-zagging back and forth like it was lost. Have not seen one since.
Ok, now it gets serious. The static got louder, and I could hear more. Something like a man singing. And sometimes a woman sings along. It keeps me awake. I went to the top of my stairs in my bedroom and banged the wall twice and told whatever it was to keep quiet. I went back to bed and right behind my head there were 2 loud banging noises.
I started hearing popping noises, felt wind in the rooms, and a weird gurgling noise. I was starting to get freaked out. I could not sleep, and even got ear plugs, but this static and voices came through anyway.
If anyone wants to know what it feels like when a ghost/spirit touches you, well here we go: I was sitting on my couch in the daytime and this round mist floated into the living room right in front of me. It was startled, and spread out and looked something like a white misty paint splash on the floor. Then it floated very quickly to another room. A few seconds later it came back and came right up to my right shoulder. I felt my left leg get so cold. I just sat there and it went away. I have never felt anything that cold in my whole life. And hope I do not ever feel that again.
So now I called the church and had my house blessed. It did not change anything. Then I called the local paranormal research group, and they said that the entity was trying to communicate with me. So I did talk back and constantly asked it to leave and to go to the white light. I prayed a lot. The paranormal group spent the night. I did not. But I did get some information from the medium that was with them. She told me it was nothing demonic or dangerous. It was a young lady about 25 years old, and born in 1886. She lived in Ireland and came to the US of A in the early 1900's. She is very sad, and waiting for someone. She told the medium that she liked the mirrors that I put up.
Well, she is still here with me. My daughter spent 4 days with me, and I told Elizabeth (that's her name) to be quiet and not to come around or make any noises. And she did exactly what I asked of her. I still want her to leave, but not much is working. I don't sleep in my bedroom, I sleep on the couch. I keep the TV on all night, and if I do turn it off, she starts with the static, and moves around the house.
I must admit, as nice as she seems to be, I do not like this at all. I want my house to myself. So now I am in limbo. She lives with me but is from another dimension. Anyone have any ideas? I have prayed to God, Jesus, St. Michael, and asked my few passed on relatives and friends for help. I suppose that their time is different than mine.
Need some advice on this one. What can I do to claim my home? Thank you for your time.
