I'm submitting my experience for the first time. It's not the first experience, but I felt it just a few hours ago. The reason is I'm sick and tired of these experiences and need some advice on them.
I work in a BPO. I work night shifts for a US Telecom Company. Yesterday, my cab didn't pick me up. Being extreme fog here, it wasn't possible for me to go on my own. Hence, I took leave and went to bed. As I had already slept throughout the day, I wasn't able to sleep, so I started surfing the Internet. Around 6 in the morning, I felt a bit sleepy, so I switched the lights off and covered myself under the quilt being extreme cold. That was the time, it started...
I was half asleep and half awake, when I felt a shock like someone had slapped me very hard. I got-up and found myself shivering. Anyway, I ignored it thinking it was some nightmare, though I was sure I didn't sleep.
I again tried to sleep. I suddenly felt an urge to drink water, but when I tried to get-up, I couldn't move. I felt like someone had caught me so hard that I couldn't even take my hand outside the quilt... I tried to look to the right side, where I had kept the water bottle, but I felt only my head was moving and rest of the body below my head was still frozen. Till then, I was completely terrified and wanted to run outside the room; however I wasn't able to even move let alone run. This situation remained for 3 to 4 minutes. After that it became normal and I saw everything was normal, but I sweating in that extreme cold. Anyway, I had water, had a smoke and washed my face. I was still feeling like I had no more energy left.
It was almost 7 in the morning. I again tried to sleep. Just after, when I had closed my eyes, I again felt someone/something was above me. I started screaming, so that my landlord could hear me and come to help me. I soon realized I wasn't screaming, but only thinking to do that. I suddenly saw the back of a girl and her long hair. I jumped off my bed and started putting my trouser on, shouting at her to leave in the name of lord Hanuman. I didn't know why I thought she was a ghost. My landlord had come and was knocking on the door for me to open it. Meanwhile, I realized I was still on my bed wondering how I came back on that, though I was about to open the door. I tried to take a deep breath. After that, I just found myself awake and finding everything normal. There was neither anyone in the room nor my landlord. I was still under the quilt shaking with fear.
I apologize, if my English isn't good, but this time I need some advice. I've been experiencing these things for around 4 years; however it has increased within the last 6 months. Please help me finding the solution for it.
Thank you,
Anurag
