The Experience I Never Had Before

This happened around the month of August, I believe. I just started living at my friend's place after moving in around July 22nd. He helped me a get a job at his work place and everything was going well until the month of August. I started to feel kind of stressful about the whole situation that I was in. I was living in Lake Tahoe and it was a hometown of mine that I have seen for a couple of years. Living at my friend's place has been going well and still is today.

One late night, I was lying down in my bed watching a little bit of TV before I going to sleep. When it was time to go to bed, I turned off the TV and started to prepare myself to go to sleep. I was half asleep and for minutes I was starting to fall asleep when all of a sudden I heard a loud explosion and at the same time a bright flash of light appeared at the top right corner of my vision while my eyes are close. I felt like a gravity pressure on me. It felt like 5 or 6 people holding me down tightly while feeling some kind of gravity pressure. I didn't want it to last longer so I struggled and broke free from it by quickly waking myself up. After all that weird experience, everything was okay.

MarkakaJin--Weird as it is, this kind of electric jolt happens every so often when the brain is stressed, especially for a prolonged period without sufficient relief. You might want to try opening a window and do some deep slow breathing before you go to sleep and soon after you awake in the morning. It will help you be where you are and let go of unnecessary external pressure.
