No offinse but how could you possibly remember when your in age 3...honstly I don't believe that part... But the basement is weird... And one question
Did you see what was biting your arm? Human or animal?

That seemed to be one creepy/scary experience. I'm not really sure what to say off the top of my head as of right now but I do have a couple of questions to ask if you don't mind me asking.

1) Do you still live in that house or have you moved?

2) Do you still have activity happening around you in
relation to this ghost?

3) Have you ever done research on the history of the
land or the house to see if anything has happened
in its past that could cause the ghost to be there?

The main reason I asked that last question about doing research is because sometimes if something happened in the past for the house, even if the house was not yet built when it happened, the ghost could continue to hang around in the house and react to the people living there.

Another thing I am curious about is you said that when you asked your mom about Emily that the color drained from her face. Is there a possibility that she also has experienced this ghost or could have known who Emily was before she passed away?

Just wanted to see if you would be able to answer some of those questions and I may be able to think of something to help. I apologize if it this doesn't seem to help at all.
