Hi, you said that this is your most recent which leads me to believe you are sensitive to spirits and may have the gift/curse to further enhance your abilities if you so desired. Do you stay in contact with your tribe? If so I would speak to an elder about some of your experiences and listen to what they have to say. It could give you some insight. I think your bestie was saying goodbye and letting you know it is ok. Some of us seem more attuned to the veil that its like a volume knob, some are 0 and some are 10. Sometimes the signal is better than other times. Please understand that most people seem to be a zero and wouldn't hear or see if they were looking directtly at it. Look forward to replys and future storys.

Wow what an amazing story! I had an experience a little like this, I saw my grandfather in a shadow form just days before I feel he passed on. I really wouldn't be to shocked by this, somewhat happy! I believe your friend showed herself to express her appreciation so she could be at peace.
