Oh my goodness! So you had a day with a ghost? Well that must've been Clara's good bye. Look deeper into all of this. Do you still see Clara? Well, if you ever see her, ask her who hurt her and the others. I hope those poor people are at peace now. It does give you a sad and heart wretching feeling just by reading this. I'm ver close to tears, and my great grandma can feel the same way! She's being neglected by her own duaghter! How rude is that?>=( Well, this was a fine story. Keep us up-to-date!

Wow, how absolutely heart breaking. I also agree with Martin, except I have full faith that those who are responsible for these senseless acts of cruelty, neglect and abuse will be ounished and 'hurt bad' one way or another. We may not see it or hear about it, but it will come and it will happen.

Whew, it angers me and hurts so when I think that members of the so called human race can behave in such deplorable and immoral ways!

I am so glad that they few people you were able to be with had you to grace their lives for the short time that you were able to.

I will say a prayer for all of them and, unfortunately, for others in areas and other so clled 'skilled care facilities' we do not know or hear about.

I am certain this was not an easy story to write and I for one am very glad you decided to share it with us.

Wow, how sad for your friend. 😢 Years ago I had an elderly aunt in a nursing home and it was appalling how she and the others there were treated. I mean, come on... These people raised families, fought wars, and paid their debt to society. They didn't deserve the treatment they got. What's sad is that this goes on all the time.

It has to be horrible to be put somewhere and then be abused. We do hear about it and its horrendous. To be cruel to someone helpless is beyond me and I hope they were dealt with long and hard sentences in jail. Those poor souls. I pray they have found rest in the afterlife.

My god, Flutter! This must be the most disturbing story I've read for a very long time! I actually cannot think of a much worthy punishment for such hideous crimes against those poor people. It sometimes makes one wonder if all the people are created by the same Being or maybe there are some who are products of a different force. I only hope that the souls of the departed are at peace finally

I loved this story. Its going to my favourites. I agree with Martin. Its hard to believe how someone people can be so evil. They should be treated the sameway they treated people. I wonder if any wierd things happened at the parking lot. Even though it was torned down I believe that not all souls were at peace. Its a sad thing to say but that what I think. I hope I'm wrong. I hope to hear from you soon nand take care

That's pretty revolting to hear elders being treated like that. I hope whoever is responsible gets what's coming to them. And it better hurt bad. 😠
