EVPResearcher, on the evp (which by the way is very good) I heard "Did you hear that?" at the very start. Any way great job with the recordings! Happy Hunting!

Katona1700s - One of the reasons that I get better EVP's than most people is that they have not figured out this simple fact. Use CHEAP recorders. Expensive recorders have great sound. However the sound quality comes at a cost of filtering. They filter out the Hertz range that EVP's "appear" in. Typically below 300 htz. Humans "Hear" between 300 to 600 hertz range. I use the following recorders. I get EVP's on ALL of these.
1) digital recorder (RCA) from Wal Mart about $30
2) 3 different LG flip cell phones (Voice Memo Feature)
3) Keyocera (I don't know how to spell that...lol) flip cell phone.
4) Small hand held digital video camera. This makes movies and records mp3 files. Wal Mart $90.00.
Just give it a try. You will probably have better luck than I do. My kids (14 and 10) have spirits talk to them more than I get.

Oh and I forgot. I'm pretty surprised I could make it out (kind of) while others can't. I wish I can do EVP, but I'm just not ready...:)

I'm not entirely sure, but I'm guessing it said something like, "Look at me. Look at- look behind you..." That's all I could make out.

Dreamergal72, I FIRMLY believe that everyone was born with the ability to see Beyond. I believe that sometime in our lives, some of us have made the decision, through our environmental influences to deny ourselves the opportunity to KEEP seeing them.
Being hearing impaired has no bearing on what you can sense. In reality, what it does is SHARPEN your other senses. Vision being one of them. You can probably sense the presence of the cat with the "tingling" also, Can you not?

Hi This is my first time here and I wonder Can a Person see ghost? I mean Like Who is deaf but only can feel them can't hear what it say on recorder. Just want to to know cause I am deaf and I do believe in ghost cause I see one time is a cat to passing in front of me fast while I was talking on vp "Video phone" WIth FRiend. First time see one and also I do feel them.

I really like the EVP, I don't quit get what it is saying. I honestly would like to know what type of recorder is needed in EVP research. I would like to get an answer, I plan in the future that I will become a paranormal investigator.
