These spirits aren't out to control (may I interject "Possess") you or steal your soul. They have one single motivation and that's sexual activity.

I am not asking you to reveal any personal information you are not comfortable with but could you please expand that statement?

The only real danger I am aware of is the pleasure of these beings can overshadow human to human relations. If it's a jealous spirit it very well could interfere with any present or future relationships and is the only danger I'm aware of.

The OP sounds like a younger person and given the fact the experience can be far superior than human to human relations, I'd agree with your advice and encourage him to stop if this were a new phenomenon but he sounds well established.
The relationship is near impossible to break once the two are committed as they appear to be. I think making unsubstantiated scary comments can be less than productive in his situation.

It is extremely popular on the web that these beings "suck the life out of you, steal your soul". Some fearmongers even go so far as to claim "They leave you with painful open genital sores and leave you covered in green goo"

To give your self to a spirit or entity is very dangerous and if you were only a teenager wen you did this the entity was attracted to your energy as we all know going through puberty does strange things to our bodies and minds however wot you describe is a bit too vivid for just being your imagination running wild.
I agree with all the other comments left wen your a teenager you can blink and an erection will happen however if this is true and you are having an intimate relationship with this entity you are in danger.
You may feel it is fun and wild and all the good things that come with sex but to this entity/spirit it is control of you and possibly your soul that it is after,
I hope you have not had recent relations with it and if you have please heed my warning its wrong its not a good thing and you are most definetly in danger if you don't stop it from happening.

The power of teenage hormones! I would bet dimes to donuts when you start experiencing sex with real girls all this stuff will vanish. I have a bit of a problem with this kind of phenonmenon because I think it reeks more of imagination,frustration,oppression in some cases, then of a real entity interested in only sex.
