nice story aussie. I myself have been working on the quitting thing. Cut back alot, and plan on quitting now... Your story only helped me with this decision, as I'd hate for my kids to go through all you have with your mum.

Oh aussiedaz, once again you have me fighting back tears. Your stories shoot straight through the heart. I have to say I'm a fan. I can sympathize with your plea for people to stop smoking. Both of my parents smoked and eventually so did I when I got older. I was the first one to stop, then my mom only because she developed asthma and had to. Then my dad had a heart attack due to 90% of his arteries being clogged, and that was scary enough for him to stop. My only wish now is for my husband to stop. So many people in his family have died of cancer and I fear for his health every day. Thanks again for another beautiful and touching story. Take Care 😊
