Good eatin' in the treat category, chocolate on the outside... And depending on which coast your closest to, the middle could be either marshmallow goodness or vanilla ice cream. With a graham cracker between the two.

A moonpie is a vile, snack cake monstrosity. Rubbery marshmallow goo sandwiched between cookie-ish layers and covered with chocolate, or sometimes yellowy, coating. Truly awful. 😭

Javelina - to tell you the truth, I'm lost. I thought there was a reference to CSI (which is about my last post) and then the Jackie Chan reference was cause a drunken monkey was refered to and that made me think of the movie Drunken Monkey that was about fighting by Jackie Chan.

Hope I've helped?

WHOA! Wait a minute! OK, I walk away from the computer, I get a huge tee-shirt job in the door, I go back and print said job... What the?
The place has gone from the Beatles (I saw granny's reference to Beatle Boots, nice one) to the Monkeys, to drunk monkeys, to Jackie Chan, to I don't know what. I have got to learn to keep up better than this. I'm lost guys! Help?

This kung-foo monkey only throws banana granades. The peel is the trigger. Once you break it... Kaboom!

Hi again,
Redphx: So much has happened over the past four years, it is almost impossible to stop once I start reliving these accounts. I promise to continue, but it is all I can do to limit myself to even the long-winded accounts I have submitted.
FYI: I just submitted a new story today.

Taz: Thanks. He's a tough old dog. We'll make sure he is OK.

Lisa: All very good questions, and all ones that I asked... But it took a long time to decipher their answers. At the time these two events occurred, all I had was the similar feelings of negativity; and at that time they seemed related.

Darkness: Thank you.

Old comments (sorry):

Javelina: Its in a filed envelope, but I'm not licking it to seal it.

Cosmo: Tip of the iceberg, darlin. Much more to come.

Miracles: Where did you go?

Bless,
Lou

What an account! I was hanging on every word that's for sure! I'm no expert but I'm wondering... If he didn't acknowledge you, could it be a residule haunting? Could it be possible the entity in your home was something different? Granted, to have your dog so scared it would definitely make sense if it was one in the same spirit. 6'9"? Sheesh... No wonder you were on the nervous side when you saw him. Thanks for such a great story!

Hi, All.
Thanks for the comments. I won't get into details, but the big lesson quickly learned in this ordeal was understanding that death has its limitations. As ominous and physically intimidating as this character was, or at least presented himself to be; in death, it was all he had.
I often preach to others about standing their ground and taking control of their situations; well this was my learning curve, so to speak. His attempts to use fear and intimidation with our family and our employees were effective for awhile, but we eventually showed him his grip was not as secure as he had insisted it was.

LouSlips,
Oh yes, a confrontation is indeed imminent. I cannot get the size of this spirits apparition out of my head. That's what left your dog in a puddle, just as I would have found myself had I witnessed the same.
Your business property and your home are 3 miles apart? What lies between? Homes, pastures, other businesses? It would be very interesting to know if the those landowners had experienced anything 'odd' during this timeframe.
Geez Lou, how do you prepare for something like that? His size and manner aside, being on the job for as long as he has does give him an edge. However, it does make me wonder if he has merely 'chosen' to be seen in this form. The major component in any confrontation is how you present yourself to your opponent, and he certainly knows how to do that. I don't know whether to be scared for you or envy you for the challenge your situation poses.
I do know one thing for sure, I can't wait to hear what happens next!

PS~~Are you keeping all this in your 'Paranormal' file? 😆

Wow Lou this is an incredible account. Especially now that the pieces are starting to come together like the clairvoyant predicted. So the man you saw must be the tormentor of the young girl, and the same entity that blew through your home the night before. Do you feel like that was the confrontation, or do you think he is going to show up again? Thanks for sharing this other part and I'm with Miracles... Hope there is more to come. 😊
