Incubus, Demon, Poltergeist, Or My Imagination

My name is Alex. During the past week, I have been having some difficulties with unexplained phenomenon. I have come to a conclusion that these experiences may be the result of an incubus attack. No, I am not a 12 year old girl seeking attention; I am a 17 year old in need of help.

I have read that an incubus attacks the female mostly at night while she sleeps. However, these experiences have occurred for me continuously during the morning, afternoon, night included. Sometimes I will feel an attack even when my parents are home and when they are in the room right next to me. However, I cannot scream because there is too great of a force on top of me.

Whenever I have an "attack", I will feel an extremely strong force on top of my chest as well in my "lower area" if you know what I mean. I have recently been attacked in my shower last night. No, I have not seen what the creature looks like so I cannot be sure if my experiences are for real.

It is difficult for me to sleep at night because of this fear. When I wake up during the middle of the night, I will feel hot, sweaty, and exhausted. On certain occasions, I will feel the need to start conflict with those I know and have massive headaches. I am usually a very calm and carefree person.

Hello Alex,

For many years I have been studying traditional approaches to spirituality and shamanica. After my experience and finding a solution that worked for me, I have been sharing my info with others and hopefully helping. If you still need help on this matter please get in touch: HunaAloha7atGmail.com

Love,

Yeah. Most people are wrong here. Incubus' and Succubus' both work on the power of temptation. They will often appear as amazingly beautiful people, and basically make you commit sin. It's all in the Bible.

Drakosgirl,

In the past, I've experienced panic attacks so severly I was barely able to drive myself home after work. It felt like something was crushing my chest, and my body felt like it was trying to curl up.

For a prolonged period of time I would suffer something like 20 or 30 attacks each day. Psychiatrist put me on medication, which didn't seem to help much.

Then things started to get weird. Whenever it would get dark outside I found it nearly impossible to bear, and one panic attack might last several hours. I would carefully turn the blinds so I couldn't see the darkness through the windows. I'm not really sure, but there might have been a spiritual influence I didn't suspect. I occassionally still experience repeated panic attacks. I'm pretty much over the "darkness" problem.

Conversations over the internet may not be the best way to get help. There are many limitations to this kind of communication.

I'd say you need to talk to your parents, and then perhaps a doctor. I suspect doctors aren't going to seriously consider spiritual influences. So, beyond all that, if you see a priest or minister it should be one that has first hand experience with your specific condition. I'd suggest your parent (s) should be present.

One last thing, see my comments for a story called "Incubus Sex Past Two Nights." There might be something relevant to your story.

Could SP also include feeling a rushing/circling feeling in your arms and upper body only? I have this and yes it sometimes feels like it is coming from outside my body, but I'm not sure. I also can't move, and there's an unusual tightening of my lips where I can't say JESUS' name. After a few seconds I can, but not right away. It usually happens real close to each other, maybe 2-3 times in a night. I don't have any spiritual sensations, as in a negative way, but like I stated, sometimes feels like an outside presense. I don't actually "feel" something on me, just major "swirling/dizzy" feelings. You all would be great help! ~Karen

well for incubus there is something called "old hag" syndrome. They do not have intercourse but you do feel an unpleasant feeling of great pressure on your chest.
I think it may be your imagination.
Don't get me wrong, it could be something.
But repeated intercourse with an incubus (or succubus in a guys case) can result in deterioration of health or even death.
A demon may do intercourse with a human but only when the human is sleeping.
I think it may be your imagination since you feel pressure both places. Unusal.
Just keep some religious stuff around you when you go to sleep to feel more comfortable.
Update me on how you do 😊

Hey Dudearon...
The shower thing, Alex stated 'in the shower last night...' not middle of day🤔

SP can occur at anytime for Narcolepsy can be related to SP. Just wanted to clear that up.

Also I feel that WReck72 has some very valid points especially about the neurological issue.

Im interested in keeping up to date with your accounts so if you could keep us posted that'll be great.

it doesent sound like SP nor an Incubus,

Incubus only "attaks" you when you are in the bed,
SP in the shower ore in the middle of the day,
I don't think so,
And SP realy cosentrats on your "down aria",

My guess is a Demon, whot kind of Demon I don't know,

I need some more info to be shure before I say any more plz. E-mail me

While I agree completely most incubus and alien attacks are actually SP. I do not think this case sounds like it scents it is happening at all times even in the shower. If your body is relaxing to the point it's causing you to drop into an SP state in the shower that would probably be a very serious neurological problem. Also she mentioned a change in mood and while this could be caused by exhaustion. I think it would be best to look into both options instead of simply dismissing one because it's not as common. Also trying some of the simple tricks that should reduce attacks like sleeping you a glass of salt water next to the bed, burning incense or candles, smudging, preying, or keeping religious items near could help give peace of mind and which would also help reduce SP frequency and severity. If you, Alex, feel you need help sleeping you could try melatonin or Benadryl. However you mentioned waking up with head aches this could actually be a result in a change in caffeine amounts. If you use to have lots of caffeine and recently taken it out of your diet that could be part of the problem and while less caffeine is much healthier it could cause some issues like this for a little while when you 1st stop. If you decided to go to a doctor to get sleep pills be extremely careful and make sure your family knows to keep an eye out for you when you 1st start taking them because you can started all sorts of activities in your sleep which could be dangerous.

Hey Alex,

There really isn't much docs can do. They can give you pills to help with sleeping, but as its a physiological occurence, the pills don't really do much.
The best thing you can do is learn to control it. I know that sounds weird, but I attended a talk on the subject about a month ago now where some people in the aundience have actually started to enjoy it for they have learnt to control it! Apparently, once you've done that, the 'demons' will disperse and you'll get lucid dreaming instead. Oh Gee, I could ramble on about this subject all day!
Next time it happens, try and move your hand or arm and don't panic... Ok, remebering to do that will prob be last thing on your mind but you'll get there.

I have read many stories on Incubus, Demon, and Poltergeist, along with reading many articals about them. This seems to be Incubus or a Demon. Poltergeist usally move things around like chairs, vases, and so on. So it is unlikely it is Poltergeist, but no impossible.

Hi Alex

The report you stated is so similer to so many people who experience these attacks.
There was a very similar case that I answered pretty much the same way as I'm going to answer yours.

The symptoms you've described sounds very much like that of SP (sleep paralysis) it is otherwise known an 'Old Hag Syndrome'. I could get all technical on you now but I'll try not to. SP usually occurs at sleep onset, 'Hypnagogic' or as your coming out of sleep 'Hypnopompic'.

Nobody really knows why it happens, but they do know how it happens.

This is a subject I have been concentrating on and doing presentations about for most part of this year alongside Prof Chris French and we hope to do some tests in the future to see if we can find out more about it.

Here are a couple of link to articles by Chris and myself on the subject, I hope they help and maybe help you to understand it better.
