Slender Man is always outside, usually in forested areas. He is no demon, alien, or spirit- he's a tulpa, or thought form, and he's also known as the Tallman. In all of the mythos out there, there is no way to get rid of him, other than not thinking about him.

But, I agree with NotAsCrazyAsItSeems- a hypnotist would be a good idea on how to get those memories back. 😊 ❤

What you experienced, if true, it could have been the slender man or an alien abduction perhaps? If the problem is still bothering you- I suggest visiting a hypnotist. This may let you know what happened when you lost your memory, and it would help you determine the cause of this... 😉

justy to clarify, I do not believe in aliens but I do believe tha when someone thinks that they do that it is a demonic manifestation. If you look at the website I posted you will see so called aliens 10ft to 6 in and dressed in all colors. Plus he was outside which points more to what I am saying. Over 1 million people in the US report ufo and aliens, 52% believe in them, it is a demonic show like a poorly made B movie.

I really don't think this is alien in nature because that sounds just... Too far-fetched. But, I won't discredit anyone else's beliefs, I just disagree.

Also, this may sound a little far-fetched also but since it has basings in true occurances, what about the Mothman? Have you heard about that or looked anything up on that entity? From Wikipedia:

"Mothman is described as a man sized, or larger, creature with glowing red eyes and wings of a moth. It may have eyes set in his chest. It is described as a 7-foot-tall (2.1 m) creature, with long wings and huge red eyes. It possesses an unusual shriek."

Jess, please take a look at the website I posted for you on anearlier post. The loss of time is one of the classic signs of a so called alien abduction. Many victoms only get a glance at the attaker and evendually they will allow you to wake up briefly here and there because they want you to remember parts of the abduction. The most tale tell sign is that you are having these dreams and further events. It seems that you have put a lot of work into this. If this is bothering you, you owe yourself to test this spirit. Alien, demon, whatever it is of the spirit world. As far as I know there is only one way to find out if it is bad or not and that is to call out or if you cannot speak at the time you only have to call out in your mind, Jesus rebuke you! If it is melevalent in any way it will leave immediately. Let us know what happens, do it the very next time you feel or witness anything. Also pray before you go to sleep for God to guard your dreams in Jesus name and He will, you will not have a nightmare. Also if you do not have a Bible, get one, read it and put it under your pillow at night. This is a spiritual problem that requires a spiritual solution. If you are not deep into some other sort of religion then you should not mind calling out to Jesus. You can read every similar report report on this site and you will quickly find that calling out to Jesus is always effective.

The best approach for this would be to try and completely ignore it. Any time it comes up, try your best to block it out. If you see it again, block it, tell yourself its not real, then distract yourself with other things or hobbies. You can't deal with tulpas the same as you can with ghosts and whatnot, because tulpas are purely mental, due to being a thought. Its actually the opposite of ghosties, when it comes to attention. The more you pay attention to it, the more paranoid you become, and that can lead to a whole other mess of problems.

Just don't let it get too much into your head. But really, ignoring it is the only way to go about getting rid of it. It will more than likely move to another person who thinks constantly about it. 😊 ❤

Its kind of strange, though. There have been reports of Tallman/Slender Man before Slender Man became a meme, and even after it did, people still reported sightings.

Hopefully this was a one time occurance, and as the people of the EMH/Marble Hornets ARG base like to say, I hope you don't owe him any wifin's. 😊 ❤

well moongrim I realized now that I miss wrote how far away from Rocky I was thank you for telling me. My grandfather has an old correl up near an area called Whirlpool point. I had been having a really bad few months with drama going threw my town and I needed to get away. And being up in the Mountains always relaxes me. I just went checked and the spot I'm not sure about miles but it is one hour and fourty minutes out of Rocky. I have never heard of the Slender Man before but I clicked onto the website on your one comment and I see how that may seem familiar. It makes sense.

Now, this isn't completely dismissable, though, as this could in fact be possible, as Slender Man, or "Tallman" (Polish mythos originator), is a Tulpa- something that manifests, due to a collective thought.

Trust me, get away from the ARG's for a while. I tried watching Marble Hornets, in one shot, at night, and as many as possible. A while into it, and I was freaking out in the house, because I was so paranoid, while talking to my friend who was doing the same. That stuff really messes with your head.

Strange that that section of Canada of yours, had such clear weather.

According to Google Maps, 200 miles west of Rocky Mountain Home, is British Columbia Canada, in the midst of Wells Gray Provincial Park, a lot closer to Kamloops than Rocky Mountain Home. On the off chance that you meant 20, you're closer to Hornburg than you were to Rocky Mountain Home.
I'm not implying something here, it just seems as if your story seems to have a few inconsistencies.

Not to mention you never actually stated what exactly you were doing up there on a Wednesday/Thursday 'getting away from it all'. Thursday was July 10th, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, would be the 11th, 12th, and 13th, respectively.

You're saying that not only did you have 3 days of 'lost time' you also were transported home, and your truck as well?

Sorry Jess, there are just a few too many problems with your story for me to take it seriously.

Ever since that night I have had other encounters like that one. I have gone to a few doctors and I have seen therapists and they think I am healthy. I have nightmares almost every night and when they wake me up I'm to scared to go back to sleep. If you want to know anymore about my experiences feel free to ask. I don't think it was alien considering the fact that the image of that tall man was the last thing I saw. I have been going threw many books talking to many people trying to find out what is happening to me. There are three main possibilities as to what's been visiting me. One it might be a Spirit, Two it might be a Demon, or Three it could possibly be even a Reaper... What do you think?

That is strange... I wonder if you had some sort of panic attack or anxiety episode. I don't think it's a demonic possession because your experience doesn't present any of the classic symptoms (whispered or evil growling voices, self-inflicted injuries, etc.) But it is very scary that you lost a block of time like that. I don't think you were actually unconscious for three days, but I do believe you lost the ability to perceive reality for that long. Do you think it's possible that you might have an illness? Have you seen a doctor or been diagnosed with anything (MPD or anxiety disorders) that might cause something like this? That you also suffered hearing loss is concerning, and I would see a doctor if you haven't already. It could have been a stroke or something too.

Hey Jess, You are very close in your assumption. It sounds very much like you suffered a demonic attack not any type of possession and I would also say that you just described perfectly a classic alien abduction sequence. You may question, alien? Demon? Yes, I am one of a huge number of people that are thoroughly convinced by much evidence that alien abductions are nothing more that an age old form of demonic manifestation. Calling on the name of Jesus during one of these alien attacks will, just like a demonic attack, stop the attack in its tracks and everything goes back to normal. The extra heat, silence, wind blowing all of the sudden, blackout, finding yourself back at your place, physical evidence and seeing a tall lanky being or a very small being regardless of how they are dressed. People report feeling like time has teleported or skipped when being possessed. Do you also have any nightmares of being chased or attacked?
