I'm in agrement with Warrior_Troy on this... Your problem is demonic, and only through Christ can you get rid of this.

I spent over thirty years monkeying around with the occult, twenty of which was after I'd walked away from my faith, believing (erroneously) that I'd lost my salvation. I didn't believe at the time that demons were responsible for most supernatural occurrences, mainly because the books I read on the subject didn't say so. So, my friends and I kept poking around in this stuff, with disasterous results.

Leave the occult alone-don't try to communicate with it, or "exorcize" it; recieve Christ into your heart, and let the Holy Spirit cleanse your life and your home.

I agree with guyinsane. He has some pretty good advice there.

Sorry for posting on your story without actually commenting on it.

I think you should seek some professional help with this ghost/entity. A pastor/priest or a medium.

Warrior Troy - I've download the book. I'm now reading it. The part about men being made in the image and likeness of God is mind blowing stuff.

From what you have described - it sure sounds like you have a ghost - and not a very nice one. You need to find a way to have the ghost removed. If I were you I would have the home blessed.
Right now this ghost is just being a little mischevious - but I feel that he may get meaner/nastier over time - and you really want to nip this in the bud before that happens.
Children do have a "what I call" a sixth sense about them - and they do tend to pick up things a lot better then adults. I fear that this ghost will go through her a lot more because she can see him - and that is not good. So I urged you to quickly take care of this for the sake of the child.

Playing with a Ouija board just one time CAN open a demonic doorway in which a demon or demons attach them self to you. Please don't get mad at me for what I am about to tell you. I am sharing from being a minister of the Lord Jesus Christ for over 20 years.

I am familiar with demons and how they operate. The only way to rid your life completely of demons is to receive the cleansing work of the blood of Jesus over your life. Demons recognize when a person has been sanctified through the blood of Christ and they have to step off. Once you repent of dabbling in the occult and ask Jesus to wash and cleanse you by HIS blood, now you can take authority over that familiar spirit and bind it and tell it to leave.

I want to point you to a resource that can help you gain understanding about demons and how they operate. They don't want you to read this information that I am going to share with you because it exposes them.

Did you play with the Ouija board before you started sleep walking? I fear there's possibly a connection between the two.

Children are naturally more open to the spirit world. You might try asking your roommate's daughter about when she started seeing the boy. Seeing as you appear to be more susceptible to activity, you may have brought this 'thing' with you when you moved in. Then again, there's also the possibility that the poor child was seeing this 'scary boy' before you showed up.

You may also want to talk to your roommate about what happened to her after you experimented with the Ouija board. She may have opened a doorway as well.
