Kevinizer - research sleep paralysis. See if that rings any bells. Rook mentioned it in his comment and I think that might be your culprit.

Okay, here we go:
Kevinizer: I have no doubts that you actually did 'see' your ghost woman. I also have no doubts that you were 'paralysed' when this happened. I seriously doubt that this has anything to do with paranormal activity though.
You mentioned drug abuse. The most common substances available in Bangkok (and other places all over the world) are LSD (acid) and PCP (angel dust). Of course these are the banned substances as per the 2003 act of 'War on drugs', put into action by the then executive leader of Thailand. There are legal drugs, again easily available like nitrous oxide (laughing gas). These substances cause hallucinations. During and after consumption. The effect after consumption gradually wears out, but it stays for a few years before completely going out of the system.
Now for the second part: The most common videogames in Bangkok are Ubisoft Ghost and Bangkok haunted. Both these games have a stage where the player is faced by zombies of all shapes, sizes and gender. Of course, there are plenty of imitations available in the market.
So, what I am saying is, you probably were hallucinating, and in the process 'saw' what you thought was a dead girl dressed in a sexy outfit. This in no way negates your reaction, which is very valid.
I am going to conclude by congratulating you on quitting the drug habit, and asking you to not worry about any 'ghost woman'.
Cheers

HAHAHA Javelina, this actually made me laugh. And i'm not mad at anyone nor will I be, every one has the right to believe what they want here.
Adsouza, indeed this apartment has had no other owners. I'll ask the property-keeper if they had any accidents during constructions. This apartment is in Bangkok, downtown but don't get me wrong. Downtown or not Thailand is a place where spirits interact with people more often than in other countries. Don't ask me why. I don't know why.

Kevinizer: You make more sense now that you have responded to the comments and cleared some of the smoke. I am not going to repeat what Rook, Miracles and the others said.
You mentioned you live in an apartment that has had not previous owners. What about deaths while the apartment was being constructed? Have you looked that up? How old is the structure? And where is this apartment?

Kevinizer!
Wake up! You aren't dreaming now, but you are fixin' to give me nightmares. I don't know what gets into peoples heads some days. Man, you need to back up some before you go to far and creep everybody out.
And just what the hell was this statement all about?
"Besides, if she hadn't been wearing this "sex suit" on her, I probably would've felt more comfortable with losing control"
I want you to know how absolutely over the line you have gone and taken your little fantasy.
You are showing disturbing signs of wanting to have sex with a corpse. Necrophilia. Not only a corpse, but a victim of torture as well! Buddy, I don't want to be anywhere near you when your Karma comes back around this way.
Think of it this way, she could just as easily been your sister, cousin, aunt, or your mother. Go ahead, get offended. I dare you.
😠😠😠...Jav

For those who think I have an insane mind, think twice. Just because you hear about something that you can't concieve as being part of your world doesn't make you normal and others insane. I have seen ghosts in the past, and I don't need to talk about them. I'm pretty sure everyone would be more open minded if we spoke about those who don't really matter to me. But right now, you guys have to tell me what it means to have the spirit of a dead chick in a bondage suit on top of you when you wake up with your entire body paralysed except for the eyes.
Miracles, debzinger and Rook, thank you for your informative comments, I think the three of you hit the spot. A spirit that takes the form of being dead in a bondage suit either had a really twisted mind or had pain to express about her death. As a consequence I couldn't tell wether or not I was dealing with a succubus or not. After doing much research I had found that succubes/incubes were the hardest entities to repel. This is why my biggest wish was that I wasn't dealing with a succubus.
However I find it hard to believe that people here are asking wether or not this was just a dream or if it was real. Because when this happened I took SO MUCH TIME, looking around my room while I was paralysed by her. (like I said I was paralysed but I could move my eyes, and since my head was straight up high I could see the integrity of my room) Looking throughout my room for me is the simple proof that I was awake while this happened. The way I saw my room while I was paralysed was the way I saw it after the entity was gone.
And, I don't call waking up paralysed in front of the dead waking up normally which is why I said "i hoped to wake up normally". In better words
"i hoped to wake up normally" = "i hope this chick really disappears".
I didn't know about residual haunting until now Rook. So I've done research and it wasn't a residual haunting. I live in an appartment that has had no dead members and is brand new. My mother even places stones, and basically sets 'protective elements' in this house in many ways. As a consequence, there's only one hypothesis that stands. I was visited by a chick determined enough to haunt me she just went through all the protections in the house, and appeared very strongly, clearly, and very close to me for about 10 seconds long aka after my first wink.
I will repel her in every way. My first impression was the best. But i'll keep doing some research because last week another member in our house had a particlar dream, about a 'shadow' coming into my room (the same room in which I had the above experience). I just really hope this 'shadow' isn't the same one as the girl I saw 5 months ago. I'll keep doing research, simply because this may be unfinished business.

I wonder if it was a psychic situation for you and she was trying to communicate with you about her demise. I'm not sure it was a Succubus. But then again, if it comes back and has sex with you, it is. Best do study on it long and hard. Know what you're getting into. Good luck.

Very kinky. You could have written it a bit better, like had her touch you, had her say something a bit raunchy. And said she had beautiful tanned skin, not some half decayed blackened complexion. Sounds like you need to get laid, maybe visit one of those girls in the brightly colored houses.

ok you "wake up", see a dead girl with leather blindfold and "sex suit" chained to your ceiling by wrists and feet hanging over your bed!
And you want to meet her?
Im guessing to "get to know her" better,
A DEAD girl in bondage gear!
What ever you have been using in the past, and you mentioned the drug use, has done something very very wrong to your fragile mind.

This sounds like one weird dream to me. I had a weird one the other night in which I murdered someone with my bare hands, cooked them and served them to their family. I think I realized I was dreaming at some point, and perhaps that's why the dream escalated to such gruesome and disturbing proportions. I'm not reading too much into it. I've been under some stress lately, 'nough said. I don't know how old you are, but I'd guess hormones might have something to do with your dream.

You are a great story teller but I do not understand most of your experience. It sounds like a dream and you did mention that you had been having trouble sleeping recently.

Kevinizer.
Disturbing account, and none of what disturbs me is paranormal. I guess dead girls tell no stories, but why would you hope she was dead? If I woke up to having a beautiful girl in a sexy outfit in my bedroom... My first choice, second choice, or last choice would not be for her to be a corpse.
How is it that you would summise that she knew you better than you knew her? What does that mean?
Your "beautifully, innocent white wall"...what? Is this opposed to the other three which are smeared with blood?...
You are sure you are awake, but then you hope to wake normally...?
Dude, you either have some repressed fantasy issues of a severly twisted nature or you are your local hardware store's leading purchaser of bags of lime, I'm not sure which.
Thanks, but this site already has a resident deviant...
Oh,...and my dog snores, too.

Kevinizer - your story has me somewhat confused. Parts of it make me think it was a drug-induced hallucination, a helluva good dream, or just a ghost, but you wanted her to be a succubus. Especially the "sex suit" comment.
I admit, I am thoroughly perplexed by that reference. I understand why you phrased it that why, but that doesn't mean just because she was dressed that way that she was a succubus.
And on that note, you asked if this is a good idea or bad. I think you already know the answer to that. Just in case you're confused, no, it really isn't a good idea or you wouldn't have said this, "Until now, I always felt like it was bad to have something with the dead."

Kevinizer,
You are 100% sure this was not a dream... I ask because of this statement...
"I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and hoped to wake up normally somehow."
If you are sure you were awake then I put to you this question... Do you know the history of your home... In particular what your room may have been used for? I ask this because there is a chance that as you were waking up you were in a state that allowed you to to see a 'full manifestation' of a Residual Haunting. The paralysis you experienced was simply your mind being more awake than your body... (think sleep paralysis). I say this because of this statement of yours...
"The truth that I later found out was that some spirits have the ability of paralyzing living beings."
Just what 'truth' did you learn and just 'how' do these spirits paralyzing living beings... Is it hypnotic? Or is it more like a 'toxin' released when they breath/touch you?
Please do not think I am making lite of your experience...I'm not... But the odds are better this was a 'waking dream' or a residual haunting than it being a visit from a Succubus.
Respectfully,
Rook
