Lady glow, Thank you for your comment. You have no idea how glad WE were, that everything turned out ok in the end. I am sure that was only through my Dad's intervention, that things sorted themselves out.
You are right, love transcends time and matter, no one will convince me to the contrary!

Jav,
Thank you for your kind words. 😊
You have no idea just HOW scary this whole saga was. Raylene even got a breathing monitor mat for Kyle, but surprisingly enough, he never stopped breathing while asleep. (We didn't know that at the time) So it was a needless expence.
Specialists could find nothing wrong with him at first, so that made the family worry even more! We didn't know the cause, & as you know, the unknown is always the scariest.
I have had a few, insignificant dreams of Dad since; but nothing to hold a candle against This one. If I close my eyes, I can still see the image, almost burned into my retina.
Thank you for the great compliment, I hope my future accounts will not disappoint you. 🤔

wonderful post fergie, thank you for sharing 😊
As usual on here someone else has beaten me to the same comment I was going to put (thanks jav)
Will repeat though, your dad showed you in a dream that he was there and watching kyle so that you would not panic seeing your dad in spirit form and I am happy to read that it helped having your dad watching over him.
All the best
Taz

Ufff!
I'm glad this was a happy ending, and so happy that your dad was there to help his little grandson.
This is only one more proof that love trascends time and matter.

Fergie,
This started out so frightening! I was afraid to continue reading, I didn't want to cry. But I did it anyway, because it was you. I am so glad that I did!
What a wonderful way to have finally made contact with your late father! It being in a dream just validates it even more really. They say our relatives choose that way of communicating so as not to frighten us. This proves to me it is so.
Thank you for sharing Fergie. I just love to read your experiences!

Jav ❤

Cliney1212, Love knows no bounds, especially that of a parent for a child! It is always traumatic to lose a parent, no matter in which way. But at least we know that they will love us unconditionally ~ for ever! ❤

This is a lovely story! My Dad passed 11 years ago and he still visits and supports me and my family through our dreams... He came and brought me pure white flowers bunches and bunches of them when I found out I was pregnant with my son. He came to my daughter before her first day of high school, and when my Mum had a stroke (she's ok thankfully) he came to my daughter the night before (we didn't know yet about the stroke) and pleaded with my daughter (who's 15) to never take up smoking a leading cause of strokes...

Thanks Isandhu, for your observation. Do you know, I never really noticed, or thought about that... Untill today! All these years, I just thought of that woman as a shadowy figure in white. You have helped me to connect the dots! Thank you... How could I have been so blind? 😕
The old saying "We are not alone" takes on a new meaning! 😉

Sounds like not only did dad come to the rescue but he enlisted some otherworldly medical assistance as well. Nice to know we're not as alone as we can sometimes feel in this life.

Thank you Shellzy, I love tales with a happy ending!
I hope my father continues to look out for Kyle, as he is a very miscivious young man.
Thank you for your warm responce.

Gee Adsouza, you are on the ball, aren't you? I was just reading your account; intending on commenting on it, when I saw your response to mine.
Thank you for the compliment! 😊
Yes, eventually they did find out what caused Kyle's breathing problems; not that anything could be done about it... He was diagnosed with a spastic epiglotise! (Hope I spelled that correctly.) You know, the small 'tongue' in the back of your throat. He just had to 'grow out of it'!
It was a very difficult time for the family. I am sure my Dad had a hard time keeping Kyle safe.

Fergie

Wonderful story! I really do believe that we all have guardians and baby Kyle was very lucky to have to have your father looking over him. Thanks for sharing this heart warming story 😊 😊

Wow Fergie! This account has a beauty of it's own. It has a big 'feel good' factor to it. I remember you mentioning once that your father looks out for your grandson... Thanks for sharing this.

By the way, out of curiosity, did you find out why he had the breathing issues?
