Similar thing happened to me. Me and my uncles was talking about an old friend who just died in a car accident. Went outside to smoke and rain started falling but there was no rain cloud in sight. My uncle pour some beer to the ground and after a few seconds it stopped

Aah! Samtillie, LOL, I wondered where you had disappeared to! Greetings, and all good things to you. Yes, we are all well thank you, hope the same goes for you!?
Thanks for your comment, I am happy I could put a smile on your dial! At least this wasn't a 'tear-jerker' for anyone else but me. LOL
Be well, from your Black eyed pea! 😆

Benny, Angel certainly got my attention! 😉 LOL, in a much more profound way than jasmine or roses would.
I see this is your first post here; well welcome to YGS.
I am flattered that you used it on me.
Thank you for your kind comment, and I hope to see more from you, and possibly an encounter of your own. 😊

What a lovely and touching story you've shared with us.
I'm sure it was your Daughters' way of reaching out to let you know she's near, especially with an odour so out of season. Odd she chose the mozzie mats but hey, it got your attention:)
Kindest regards; Benny.

Swimsinfire, family stories sometimes make me teary-eyed too, so don't feel alone.
It's a pleasure to share our personal Angel with all the good folks here on YGS; I am sure she wouldn't mind. 😊

Dear Taurus, thank you for your perspective on my experience. It's always good to hear others confirm what we suspect, or think is true.
Yes, our Angel lived up to her name - beautiful, loving and giving child. We all miss her terribly.
Thank you for your comment and condolences, taurus. I am glad that you enjoyed reading my experience. 😁

Val, you have a point! This was such an 'in your face' experience, especially on Angel's birthday. You make a lot of sense... Thank you for your logic. ❤

Dear Fergie, wow! I love this experience. Well I love all experiences with passed loved ones involved. Your darling Angel baby girl was just letting you know you were right; she was there with you. Truly sorry for your loss of your daughter. I'm sure she showed every bit of her beautiful name. Lots of love ❤

Maybe, just maybe, Angel just wanted to be sure you took notice. She knew you would be missing her and just wanted to really emphasize that she was near.

Miracles - I think you know me too well, LOL!
What really puzzles me, is why that particular scent/odor? In the past, I have associated the smell of jasmine, roses and even baking or cooking with Angel. This was an incongruous smell to associate with her. 😕
Thank you for your comment Miracles. ❤

Fergie - there are times when we don't need anyone else to tell us what we already know in our hearts, but we just want confirmation that we aren't making more out of it than is really there. I believe, as I think you know, this is another sign from Angel. Especially considering she backed off the overpowering scent when you asked.
Thank you for sharing this with us ❤
