Can you give any specific examples of why you think you may be haunted? Is there anything happening other than the feeling of being watched?
Feeling watched can be the result of non-paranormal issues. High EMF can cause feelings of being watched, paranoia, occasionally it can cause feelings of physical illness. It isn't paranormal, high EMF is usually the result of poorly insulated electrical wiring. Its a completely mundane thing that causes very spooky sensations.
Have you discussed this with your mother? Does she realize just how severe your feelings of being watched are? There may be something she can do to help you get through this, but you have to make her realize you're scared and this isn't something you want to pursue. You absolutely have to examine and consider every possibility, even mundane ones, before you can deal with this effectively.
Do you get these feelings outside of the house? When you're at school, out with friends, or is it just at home? Would you be willing to share the picture? If so, upload it to a site such as photobucket and put the link in the comments section.
