Omg! Ok I hope to chalk all that up to X sleepwalking. He only started this just a few months ago, so Its disturbing when you see it and hear about it.

Time for some house cleansing/sheilding and salting doors and windows.
You have to stop thinking having spirits in your home as the norm. Unless they are relatives. I know you like spirits in your house but the fact is this one tried to harm you and the little girl scared your daughter. I think this all started when you went to talk to the woman a medium delivery boy told you there was a woman that looked like a nun. I told you not to invite her into your house, I hope you heeded my warning. I think I also told you that if you have a welcome mat to relpace it with a decorative mat or to turn the welcome mat around see welcome as you walked out the door. I had to do get rid of the welcome mats because I was getting unwanted visitors that I had a hard time getting rid of. If this site was around in 1998 and I knew about it I would have a hell of a lot more stories to tell. If I thought of keeping a journal back then I would have a lot more stories on here.

spiritwaiting, Your description of X crawling to his brother's bed and back sounds like sleepwalking (or crawling 😜). My family is full of sleepwalkers and we have a bunch of strange stories that would fit right in with that. We once ate dinner with my brother, when he was on leave from the military, and he was asleep and eating normally through the entire dinner. Didn't know it until he was done eating and sat waiting for his orders. We finally looked closely at him and he had the 'glazed eye' that we all get. Fully interactive, but not there, and no memory of it afterwards.

All of what you are saying makes perfect sense!

I got the feeling the little girl wants my attention, and by messing with my children she definitely gets it. Because I do tell her to stop, that it's not allowed. If she needs to communicate she needs to do so only with me.

Now there being another entity, makes perfect sense also.

Because I communicate with my Late Uncle, and Grandpa, I think I somehow open a door/or catch the atrention of these two ghosties, because I am open at those moments.

I am going to read rooks cleansing and shielding, its time to have stronger boundries.

Tweed 😆 I surprise myself when I don't run when these things happen, but rather I get more defensive because my children are involved somewhat. Got to protect at all times.
And my oldest son loves this stuff,he's into the paranormal like I am. So its great to have someone in the home to relate to. My husband is terrified of this type of stuff, so I don't bring any of it up.

I know exactly what your talking about!
The struggle with it was exhausting! I felt like I had been up for an entire week and my body was sore.

My migraines yeah I have suffered from them since I started to accept my gift. And yes last June I moved into this home.

And I will definitely start looking up the history, well go more indepth and look harder. From what I have looked into I haven't found anything significant. But there is always tons of different info out there!

Think I read in one of your recent stories that you'd recently moved into the place you're in now, that right?
I'd assume these ghosts have come with the house, or the area. I really love what AugustM said about the girl with your daughter, I was struggling for a motive for that until I read AugustM's comment, definitely seems to fit!

I don't know how long you've been at the place, but I've noticed with moves the energy gets disrupted. In a way it's like a home gets a default cleanse as new people move in. Then, the energy or vibes, I guess, settle again. If there was some particularly strong willed ghosts there before you moved in, maybe their vibes/energy have strengthened over the weeks/months and they're now able to communicate their presence.

Keep the place cleansed and shielded, even if you don't get a bad feeling from them. I've got a sneaky feeling they'll become a nuisance given the chance. They might not mean harm, but hey you've got to have peace in your own home. Good fences make good neighbours, can also apply to ghosties.

Interesting developments. Bravo for not running for the hills. It's refreshing to read experiences from those who also reside in the ghostie loony bin. 😆

Sounds hectic over by your place at the moment, a lot of goings on 😆

First thing I thought when you mentioned the migraines, I've been told that if a spirit is trying to communicate with you and doesn't really know how, it often manifests as a head ache. If you have several spirits, all trying to chit chat with you at the same time... Could very well turn into a migraine, just a thought.

The being pushed out your body part, I had something similar happen. Its horrible and exhausting! You wake up feeling like you've just fought a heavy battle, I liken it to what I think medieval knights must have felt, lugging all that armour around.

Sounds to me like the little girl was jealous of your daughter. As she was getting snuggle time with you. I agree with Punkysmamma, ground rules required asap! If she gets strong and nasty, she may get more aggressive with your children, fighting for your attention.

I suggest shielding, for you, your home and your children. Rook's one is simple and effective, well it works for me and others on the site. You can find it on his profile.

Stay true to you and keep your boundaries up, is the best advice I can give. You may be unwillingly dropping your shield, while attempting to communicate/understand?

Kudos to you for not letting such events frighten you - I don't know that I'd be so tough in similar circumstances!

I get the feeling that their may be two spirits involved here - granted this is just supposition based on gut feeling - one being older and stronger, more malevolent and somewhat controlling of the other, the little girl. I think he was there first and keeps her tied there - it's a control thing. So then the footsteps and heaviness would be the older spirit and the activity involving the children would be the little girl. It seems like the little girl more than wants your attention but wants a mother - demonstrated by her tricking your daughter out of her place just to steal it herself. Maybe it was her (possibly with the help of the older spirit) trying to pull/push you out of your body so you could be with her, her mother. Your waking up exhausted in the mornings could be a result of her having attempted similar stunts during the night with less success. Her messing with the kids may be out of jealousy.

Maybe research the area a little more - the house may have no significant history but the land just might. I don't know what part of Oklahoma you're in but a quick and dirty way to get an idea of what may have happened in your area would be to google 'major events in Oklahoma history' and see if anything turns up anywhere near where you live - that's just a start but it's an easy first step. However, if you don't find anything, don't be discouraged - not every life's drama makes the history books. The 'major events' might give you at least a date range - ie if you can find out when the area was settled and by whom (from what I know of, there are a lot of potential groups to chose from...Spanish, French, many Native American tribes, settlers...). If your daughter could describe what the little girl looked like, that might give you a lead as well...

I have tried communicating with said spirit. Usually get nothing.
I am starting to think maybe its not just one spirit, but a few others.
Im not sure though.

I will definitely keep up the communication.

Good point!
It could be a child spirit wanting attention. I have made boundries for this spirit. Before I really knew what this all was I was exhausted woke up still tired,headaches,aggitated.
When I would sit and talk which was weird to this spirit, things would die down (no pun intended).

Hehe yeah it's definitely not my first experience with spirits and I'm sure not my last.

Im truly hoping to chalk all this up to something not dangerous, but that's only hope. I'm looking further into these incidents.

After all of what has been going on, I have thought quite a bit about it.
Trying to put a reason behind all of this.

I do believe it is a little girl. Although I'm not for sure.

I think because I experience so many things as does my oldest son, we may be attracting other spirits.

At times activity happens all together, day after day. Then it stops.

I honestly don't know what to think of the situation where I was being pushed out. It was terrifying. It literally felt like I was fighting for my own body.

But I have noticed my daughter has only experienced seeing this little girl while in my bedroom, no where else in the home.

The history of the home shows nothing of interest. Except the time it was built which was in the early 1990's. No tragedies have been reported.

Since I've written this experience a couple other things have happened with my son X.

He heard knocking, on a mirror in his room, its a big mirror heavy actually and it sits on his room floor against a wall.
And the other night he said he felt like something was trying to suck the breath out of him. While he slept.

Your experience with something pushing you out is eerily similar to mine; I thought it was sleep paralysis, too, and it probably was but now I'm not too sure. It would appear that something wants your attention... Or wants you for itself - not sure which. If you can talk to it, ask it what it wants, that could be a first step to finding out more.

What an incredible set of events! First off, I don't know what it is like to be possessed as it has never happened to me that I know of 😨 but whenever I have heard stories it was always of people feeling as though they were trapped in their body and had no control over their movements or actions. But it sounds like you were being pushed out! Which is really scary! What if you did not have the strength to go back in? Would you be floating around somewhere now in a catatonic state in the real world?! Or worse! Someone else residing in your being; an impostor!?

That was just really strange to me beings that I haven't read of many people ever experiencing something like that. I definitely would have been spooked. 😲

Though your daughter was afraid and said the girl looked evil, considering nothing has harmed you, perhaps what she was interpreting as evil was more so mischievous.

If she is the reason for your son's strange behavior and perhaps the one pushing you out, it may be something as innocent as a child wanting attention, playmates even who needs to be advised of personal space! I have only read one other of your more recent stories but from a quick glance at your bio I can see this obviously isn't your first rodeo.

Perhaps it would be in your best interest to try and communicate firmly with the spirit and let her know some ground rules... Like no pushing souls out of bodies. That's a No No... 😨

Do you know if there were any tragedies in your house during the history?
First as I was reading I thought it's just a sleep paralysis which most of the time can be explained, like stress, tiredness, etc. But then your daughter seeking a scary girl, something is wrong. And then your son X crawling of the floor, which made me thought that there is a possibility of the scary girl possessing your son.
I believe spirit possessions exist in many religions, first of all we need to understand (and I believe you do) that not all possessions are evil. In one of the TV show that I watch, a child's spirit is not necessarily demonic or evil, most of the cases they just wanted attention like most of the children do, if they start to act aggressive there is a reason, just let them know we care, and kindly ask them how can we help them, once the spirit noticed that we can't do any help it will leave. Just an advice that I thought will help a little.
I know it will be dangerous for us if we don't know what we are dealing with, but we have to be strong against the spirits and let them know that they have no rights to touch our life. I hope this can help a little as well.
