This feels similar to a recent submission which resulted in much chaos and hurt feelings. Yes, *that one*.

I have taken the time to truly read this experience and a few ideas came to mind.

The first being this...

Are there any LARGE sources of possible EMF running, over, under or near the home (high power lines, an electrical sub station or the main 'electrical trunk' for the neighborhood)?

Second:

Could your home sit on (or very near) a Ley Line? (Ley Line: are alignment of places of significance in the geography or culture of an area, often including man-made structures. They are in the older sense, ancient, straight track ways in the landscape, or in the newer sense, spiritual and mystical alignments of land forms.)

Either of these could (COULD) cause a high level of EMF to be in or around your home. This EMF may (MAY) have caused the issues with the other Families, and if there emotions were strong enough they may (MAY) have imprinted onto the home. The imprinting of their negative energy may (MAY) have tainted the Natural EMF in and around the home which may (MAY) have lured in a negative spirit or entity...

Having said all of that, Blessings and Shielding's directed towards the house and those in it will only have a temporary effect that will 'calm' the situation for a short period. A concentrated effort of Cleansing with a Focus on changing the Energy from negative to positive is what I believe is called for. This will take time due to the fact that for 12 years (well all of the time before you bought the home) the energy that began as neutral was changed to negative in nature.

I understand you may not follow a particular Faith but I have to ask a question... On 4 separate occasions you and your Family were given a Chance to re-think the purchase... Once when the Inspection was canceled, once when the sellers offered you $500 to cancel, once when the owners 'fought about the inspection repairs) and at last when they offered you the $1,000 (plus whatever). During all this it was your Husband PUSHING for the home...WHY? My family refers to events like those as 'Cosmic Bricks'...in other words events that seem to be dropping a hint...that, if ignored, the cosmos will not be responsible for what happens next... So back to the 'WHY' question... From what you explained in your experience it was your Husband who wanted this so badly... Now really think about this answer... Did he seem like himself during those times or did it 'feel off' like something from 'outside' was manipulating him?

Hello, I would like to give some input. I have read that pine wood is a deterant to spirits/entities. I've seen it suggested that people hang something made of the particular wood or renovate their house with it. How exactly though or why I can't remember.

I also would like to say that the cleansing takes multiple times to work especially if they have a great attachment to something in or under the house.

What you have really does not sound like a demon but a poltergeist. Call me crazy if you want or have seen too many movies I don't care. A poltergeist typically is an enraged spirit consumed by its own rage with other reasons why.

I have a few questions for you.
Do you know if any Indian pottery when your house was built, how about any bones?

Have you checked your house top to bottom including attic or crawl space and basement or hidden rooms and under the basement stairs for anything unusual or creepy? You should really take a good look. If you do find something ask Rook what to do with it. Then do his cleansing/shielding method.

Yes, there is a chance it will need to be preformed more than once... But the energy and or 'curse' did not manifest at the same level it is at now... It took time to get there and it will take time to reverse it.

OK sometimes it will take more than once to cleanse a home. You will have to do this several times.
Here are some steps you can take.
When starting to cleanse the house start by sweeping the dust out from all the rooms and while doing that tell what ever it is to leave. When done with that I would advice you to get some holy water and some bells, go to each room in the house including closets and ring the bells in each corner of every room in the house as well as throwing the holly water in the same time. Usually negative energy like to accumulate it's self in the corners of a home, so it's important to get it out. Often saying the blood of Christ is all powerful can also help get what ever is out. Here is what else you can do.
Shake the dust off before you come in!

Father, I ask that you wash my spirit, soul and body with the blood of the lamb.

I curse every corruptible seed that has been planted in me and I command it to wither and die.

I command every foul, unclean spirit that may have attached itself to me, to loose me, to leave this property, to seek dry ground and never return, in Jesus name.

By the blood of Jesus Christ, I bind every evil spirit that is in this room and command them to flee right now and go where the Lord Jesus Christ sends them. I renounce and reject any inch of this house and property that has been yielded or surrendered unto Satan and by faith I take it back and surrender it to the Lord Jesus Christ. By faith, I claim that this room is covered under the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and no evil spirit can enter it." (Pray this over every room in the house).

After going through every room in the house pray:

I dedicate and consecrate this home to the Lord Jesus Christ and Satan has no hold on it at all. I surrender everything in this house to the Lord Jesus Christ and claim it is under His divine protection including all electrical wiring and plumbing. I bind every evil spirit that is in this house by the precious blood of the Lamb and command them to flee and go where the Lord Jesus Christ sends them. I claim by faith that everything in this house is covered under the blood of Jesus Christ from the top of the roof to the bottom of the footing and everything in between and especially anything that conducts electricity.

I claim by faith that this house is surrounded by a hedge of protection, a wall of fire, a wall of faith, and covered under the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ on all sides, above, and below. I pray that powerful warring angels would come to protect the Four Corners of this house and property and everyone inside. Thank you for the complete victory we already have in Jesus Christ. I ask that this home be consecrated with your divine presence so that everyone who enters it will be blessed with spiritual blessings from heavenly places, Amen!

It is telepathic, if not vibration. The reason why I mentioned vibration is this: think of Heller Keller. She was blind and deaf due to a fever when she was a baby, but she learned how to speak and write as she spent more time with Anne. The reason why she learned how to speak was because when she touched Anne's mouth with one hand and felt Anne's throat on the other hand, there was vibration. That was when Helen realized that every time Anne's move her mouth, she felt different type of vibrations formed based on how she moved her mouth and tongue. This was when Helen understood that people communicate via talking. And then Helen was introduced to music and learned that from the different vibration she felt with her hands when she touched the speaker.

We hear each other speak because the sound came from vibration generated from out mouths.

Because of this, these souls/spirit do not see our world, but instead feel out world like how we feel that they are present. They are in a different dimension seeing what they normally see and we are seeing what we normally see, but they feel us and sometime "might" see us like we see them.

Maybe they see it in their time, or ours or both if they choose. Maybe depending on their strength and ability to do so.

That's an interesting idea Joanna. I suppose it poses the question.,, how do spirits perceive our world?

People tend to assume that a spirit can hear and see for example. But how does something without the physical structures of the eyes and inner ear see and hear I. The literal sense? Same goes for any other physical type input.

Accounts of communication between human and spirit are generally thus to be presumed to be telepathic.

But that aside, how does a spirit perceive the actual physical worldly environment? Or does it at all? If so, by what mechanisms does it perceive it?

There is definitely something wrong with the house to begin with. On top of that, we are also feeding more energy to this entity by showing our fear/anger; thus enlarging the problem that already exist. There is no point speaking to it because this entity will not understand/hear you because it comes from another dimension. This entity will only feel you, just like you "feel" them. This is because this whole energy is part of quantum science.

If you want to get rid of this negative energy, you need to rearrange the house to the point where the house actually looks different from what it once was. What I mean is the structure of the house and not just cleaning the house. Example, change where the doors are. Block off one window and open another one from another direction. This will remove the negative energy because that energy will leave once their surroundings no longer become familiar to "them". This will make you the master of the household.

I'm sorry you are going through this. I too believe negative energy can be absorbed into places. And if not dealt with properly it can destroy your life.

I too along with my husband have taken a little from here and there from just about every religion we have studied and come across.
We believe every religion, has good qualities.

I also believe homes, apartments what have you, do soak up energy, whether good or bad.

Because you and your family moved into the home so quickly after the previous owners sold to you, I think whatever entity/spirit,didn't have a chance to lose what negative energy it gained.

Hearing of a curse may be feeding your subconscience, turning it into reality thus causing some fear or belief in it, thus feeding this entity.

Even the smallest of energy can help an entity grow in strength.

The entity may be causing havoc for your children, causing stress in you, further more causing stress on your husband. Him being the protector, he can't do much with a invisible being. If you know what I'm saying.

All ending up in giving this mischief filled entity all the energy it needs to continue on.

Look at Rooks page, I'm sure it can help add to what you have tried so far. Sometimes its hard to fight against something like that, but where there's a will there's a way!

Ummm, this sounds like reading too much into things. Arguments can be underlying stress of buying a home, having a mortgage which must be quite substantial given the size of the block. That's what I figured for all the former residents too.
Kids not wanting to sleep in their own beds can be a tug of war of control over the parents, pushing the limits etc. Fear of the dark or being alone can be exasperated by enabling.
The toys going off and then stoping when you tell them to. Err, come on, you're open minded, it's probably some kid just mucking around. No real harm done.

Look into couples therapy. Doubt the problems are coming from supernatural sources.
Probs not what you want to hear, just my opinion based on what you've said.

I'm no expert but what is the basis for believing it is a curse rather than one or more entities occupying the position causing the issues in the house?

Are the two actually mutually exclusive? I mean what is a curse? In normal usage it's a paranormal bad thing deliberately generated by someone I believe, usually attached to something tangible (such as a house or person). Is it a negative energy situation without sentience? Or is it tasking a nasty entity? Or is it the placement of negative energy in the hope that it will attract unpleasant entities?

If any of the above, how does the perpetrator generate such a degree of negativite energy without falling victim to its effects also?

Also purely out of curiosity can I ask which branch of the services you are in?

Sounds like a job for Rook's cleansing ritual. It also sounds like we need to know more about the property's history.
