Dee - unfortunately I don't meditate like I used to. I miss it very much and have to get to the point where I have me time (4 year old doesn't believe in Mom having me time LOL).
I have actually wondered if I am tuning in to different times, universes, etc.
My thoughts are all over the place this afternoon so I don't think I'm getting my thoughts out the way I want.
😊
Your comment about you and your partner made me wonder, when we see someone wiggling their finger in their ear, if they are hearing something they can't explain but think it's just ear wax 😁

val - your theory made me realize something I've overlooked that may be of importance. Although I have vinyl siding and underpinning, I did choose to have a metal roof installed rather than reshingled. I will have to look back through my tax returns to see when I had the roof replaced but I think that could be a valid reason for hearing the music. As we have discussed off site, the music seems to be more active May and June.

Tweed - I went back and read our Loonie experiences at Mansfield Reformatory and in the comments on my story, one of our members mentioned hearing a piano in the recordings I shared.
It's funny, but the more recent music clips I've been blessed with have been more in tune with what I like to listen to rather than something I'd rather not hear LOL

Tweed,
Well shucks, thanks for the compliment. The down spout radio credit goes to my oldest brother. How he came up with it, I don't know, but I do know the why; the no noise after 9 PM rule. Boy was my dad strict about that! 😨
When I had my own experiences with phantom music, I did a lot of research into it. You know I'm big on that.
I've heard of fillings picking up stations, and I suppose the water content of certain people might be a cause also, but I'd think it would be more an internal thing. As in only that person would hear it. In this case others have heard it as well as Miracles' having recorded it. That screams external cause.

Jubilee - recently, while trying to find a connection for the music, I researched the weather and moon phases for many of the dates. Here are the ones I have info on:
12/25/09 - Weather conditions: 45°, overcast; winds 7-10 mph; First Quarter Moon (Full Moon 12/31)
11/17/15 - Weather conditions: 61; winds 8-21mph; clear; New Moon - First Quarter Moon (Full Moon 10/27 and 11/25)
8/23/16 - Weather conditions: 70-73; winds calm; clear; Last Quarter Moon (Full Moon 8/23)
1/27/17 - Weather conditions: 50-67; winds calm - 11.5mph; overcast to mostly cloudy (weather for the whole day); New Moon (Full Moon 1/12 and 2/10)
2/01/17 - Weather conditions: 42; winds calm - 5.8mph; overcast (weather conditions from 6:51am - 10:51am); First Quarter Moon (Full Moon 1/12 and 2/10)
I think even Sam and Dean would turn their noses up at the Bluegrass LOL And my Journal is one of the best things I've done

Unicron1000 - thank you for the compliment, I appreciate it 😊 Sometimes the music is comforting and easy to listen to but other times I just want them to stop so I can go to sleep LOL

Miracles,
This is absolutely fascinating! Ok, here's what I'm thinking as a possibility... You mentioned that you meditate. Do you meditate on a regular basis? The reason I ask is that it's possible you are psychically 'tuning' in to a different dimension or time. I've also heard music and voices while meditating, and it's always hard to make anything out. You also mentioned imagining places and people while hearing the music... But is it really imagining or tuning in? Know what I mean?
Besides that, I know you've experienced activity in your home, so it could be spirits 'attracted' to your light and you are 'picking up what they are putting down' so to speak. 😉
As far as your grandson hearing the music... We know children are more sensitive to energy and spirit, so this doesn't surprise me. He could also be 'extra' sensitive (or gifted) or if you are open to talking about these kinds of things, he just accepts it and would feel comfortable discussing it with you. 😊
One more thing: My partner and I often hear conversations at night that sound distant. I was the first to hear it, and then he noticed later. We did try debunking it (no close neighbors, kids are sleeping, no TV or radio on, etc) and have come up empty handed. I think we all pick up on something, but most people dismiss it.
Awesome account, thanks for sharing,
Dee ❤

Val, they be some hefty observations! 😲
Could the 'ear piece' also be the water content in our body? So all that would be needed is contact with the trailer, like being inside it, then surprise music. Far out.
Who thought of the down pipe radio? That's genius!

Miracles, this may be far out in left field somewhere, but since we ruled out MES (Musical Ear Syndrome - it is a thing, folks!) during one of our other conversations, I've been wondering what else might cause it. Just for the record, I want it clear that I do believe you are experiencing it, and you know I've had the same happen to me - just not to the extent you seem to be.
Back when I was a kid, we often attached an ear-plug to an alligator clip, when that clip was hooked to a piece of metal (usually someone's down spout), we could pick up radio stations from all over. So here's what I'm wondering:
We've established before that there's underground springs thought to be on your property, water is conducive to sound. I think the vibrations travel something like 4x faster than through air.
We also know you live in a trailer - most of which have aluminum siding, which is another fantastic conductor for sound.
Now here comes a heck of a lot of ifs: IF at certain times the water hits a certain level, carrying with it sound waves, with enough strength to travel up the foundations of your trailer, and IF the home is indeed aluminum, might not the trailer act as a giant antenna, with the water as the ear piece? Thus making 'radio' audible to you? Of course another large if would be the underground stream would have to be quite close to your mobile home. Just something to ponder.

Miracles, quite an eclectic range you've got playing there. Shame about the bluegrass.
Were you in Ghost Hunting With Loonies by Granny? I think there was some saloon piano in that, or maybe it's another experience. Maybe a connection?
The radio station thing is bizarre it's like you're literally picking up a station. Far out, first I've heard of that!
This is all very bizarre, but in a good way. Thanks for sharing. 😊

Hi Miracles, if I were to have a choice in the matter, I'd have lovely haunting music in my home too. This could be a job for Sam and Dean... 😜
Just a fanciful notion but I wonder if this is a case of some cosmic overlap. As if the house is some giant radio that can tune into distant radio stations or sound waves. Or you and others are special human receivers of signals from a distance. After all, our eyes can see objects millions of light years away - think about the sun, stars and constellations. Why not our ears with certain vibrations and sound waves when the circumstances are right, i.e. Resonant frequencies...?
Maybe you can chart the times and dates. See if there's a correlation between weather systems, air temperatures and humidity levels. I wonder if there's some quirky wiring somewhere in your place that due to expansion/contraction, moisture content etc somehow becomes a radio receiver when all the right conditions are met. That could be why the occurrences are intermittent. But that's just a theory that hopefully someone more technical-minded can shed light on.
Thanks for sharing these experiences with us - and for showing us once more the importance of keeping a detailed journal! 😘

I understand why you call it your "Musical Home"! 😁
This is something that I have never heard of before. But it would be nice to have music playing in my house like that!
Thanks for the story. It was fun to read!

Be interesting to see what you find out. As I said, an awful lot of 'ifs', and even if (ha-ha) it all fit together, there's no way to be sure we're a 100% right. Could just be the cosmos telling you to broaden your listening. 🤔
