Hello Autumn.
Thank you for your kind words. It pleases me that other people, especially the ones that I'm closest to, finds pleasure in reading my stories.
In reading your thoughts/comments,I found them to be almost a "mirror image" of my own. It would seem that I have rubbed off on you, you rubbed off on me or we have rubbed off on each other. Maybe those long discussions have done some good <smile> - for the both of us.
I don't know why she came. I have often thought that maybe she was just visiting and when she saw that we could "interact" with her -without running out screaming in fear- she became curious and kept coming back. Our acceptance of her, plus the love that Sherry and I have for each other, has created a "safe haven" for her-where she can be a child again. Does this make sense?
No she has never "spoke" to me. It would thrill me to death (no pun intended) if she would. I have heard my name called several times but it wasn't in a child's voice.

Thanks for making the much awaited sequel. I enjoyed the story; it was pretty brave of you and MrsFrawin to treat Abigail as if she were your child. The story was not scary but rather interesting, I have never heard of this type of reaction to a spirit before and I am quite excited to hear more. Abigail seems to fancy the attention quite a lot to the point of disrupting your email to whitebufallo 😁. But, as always, you are a pioneer in the Your Ghost Stories community who rarely falters. Keep up the good job sir.

Best of luck with the knee and the back, I and many of the members of YGS hope and pray for your full recovery. I am sorry to hear about the disruption of the muscle at your back, but I am sure MrsFrawin will nurse you back to health in no time.

I like many others wish to hear more about Abigail and her antics but along with that, we also want to hear about the two other mysterious resident ghosts. Take your time in recovering though.

ATTENTION ALL FRIENDS OF FRAWIN!

Frawin wanted me to come and tell all of his friends that he has suffered a slight mishap. He has pulled a muscle in his back pretty badly and is currently confined to bed. Where he will STAY for the next few days. As soon as he is able he will return to the site and will answer all comments and questions accumulated during his enforced absence.

To White Buffalo yes we received the communication thank you for letting us know what was going on. We will drop you a note when we can.

Hi FRAWIN. As always, I loved reading your story about Abigail. I do not have any idea what it is like to have such a pleasant spirit around, not that I have had evil ones around either, but they surely aren't sweet little girls like Abigail. Mine like to be more mysterious and scare the BeJesus out of me. I think that this is such a wonderful experience. My daughter and I have said how cool it would be to have a really friendly, helpful spirit around the house. Maybe have one to watch over and protect us. I will be waiting to hear more about Abigail, and I also would like to hear about the Ancient one or any other spirits in your home. Thanks for sharing and I hope to hear more stories soon.

Burning Flame. I came back here to see if you decided to realy take part in this discusion. And you did. And to that I owe you a lot of respect. I checked out this whole situation and I realised that I should apologize. The truth is I did attack you. I was let's say a little upset. Frawin is a great member here and a great friend to us all. He doesn't just help us in paranormal things but in life general. I had the feeling that you were trying to attack him but when I read your comments I got a feeling that attacking is not the thing you had in mind. Being sceptic is a great thing. It helps solve many problems and mysteries. But Frawin is like that to. He first looks for answers in a scentific manner then later when he gets no results he looks in for a different solution. But the main reason I want to write to you is to apologize for being harsh on you. I just got a little mad. But I see you are a very inteligent guy and almost everything makes a lot of sence to me. I don't want to suck up but I realy mean it. I just wanted to protect a friend. I hope to hear from you soon and take care

Thats a fair question. First of all thank you for answering my question. There was no weighting behind it; I have just heard like many of you probably have opinions which suggest that attempting communication with entities can be dangerous or harmful and I was merely wondering if you had put any thought into this aspect of the situation since you obviously have what appears to be continuous activity. You however seem to be as fully aware of what's going on and I'm glad to hear your perspective. I was more curious than concerned to be honest; maybe my wording wasn't perfect because a few people turned a wee bit hostile. I just wondered if it was something that people in your situation considered and I'm pleased that you chose to share your opinion with me.

I fear that the word skeptic is far too often associated with "non believer". I use it to describe myself because I personally believe that all supernatural phenomena can be explained by science but we have thus far failed to do so. I also believe that a lot of the things which people claim to be Paranormal are not. Thats why I gather people's opinions to try and gain a better understanding; I'm just merely skeptical of everything I hear and will continue to be until there is proof. I do in fact believe your story; But I can't accept it as fact because I wasn't there and It wasn't me but Thats just the way I approach everything I read online so please don't take offense.

Hello burning_flame87. To answer your initial question, "...doesn't it concern you that your continued interaction with this spirit could be preventing it from moving on or even drawing others in?", the answer is no. If I thought for one minute she was lost or trapped, I would do everything in my power to set her free to rejoin her family. As to my interaction with her drawing other entities in, no I wasn't the least bit afraid that would happen.

Now on to the subject of ghost and spirits. I feel, like many others that a ghost is earthbound, trapped here for whatever reason and has not crossed over and a spirit is one that has crossed and is free to travel back and forth for whatever reason. Is there scientific proof of this - of course not. Science will not acknowledge that man even has a soul - IT IS BELIEF. Have you ever seen the WIND? No you've not but you have felt it and seen the effect it has on the environment and you can say the wind is blowing even though you can't see it.

Now burning flame may I ask you a question? You say you're a skeptic but you seemed concerned with Abigail's welfare, whether she was trapped or not. My question is why the concern, when you didn't believe my story to begin with?

Hello Chris, it is always a pleasure to hear from you. Yes it would appear that I have picked up an addition to the family<smile>. I do enjoy it when she comes around. I don't try to summon her, nor do I try to stop her from coming. I guess to her it's like a visit to "Grandpa"-both of us are happy.

Hello Tammy. I'm glad you enjoy reading my experiences. I will include more about Abby when I write about my other occasional "house guests..." I am not quite sure if the Ancient One is Native American or not.
Mrsfrawin thinks that Abby may have lived close by. We know the history of the house trailer, it was moved in sometime in the 1980s after the old house burnt down. We don't however know the history of the old house or the land. Why she showed up the first time? I have often wondered that my own self. Maybe she will volunteer that information someday- like she did her name.

Well, well, well, looks like the comment section just may open up to a discussion on the differences between ghosts, spirits, angels and demons.
Nicely done, All. Make those minds and thought patterns work. This IS all classified under the title of Unknown, so opinions are all that we can go by. The only way to form an informed opinion is by accepting or denying the "answers" that are out there.

FRAWIN, I have to be completely honest. I laughed through this whole account. Not in disbelief or disrespect, but in pure happiness. She seems like such a delightful child. Abby gets it from MY side of the family! Joy just streams out of the words and there is no mistaking the lightheartedness of a child. You need to tell her that you are just sending an e-mail off to Aunt Autumn, and you will be right with her. 😆
Seriously, though, I wonder about her LIFE. She seems so well adjusted and happy there. What would cause a child to travel the realms? Perhaps she lacked loving parents, or even acceptance. Has she SPOKEN to you yet? We all have our angels. And in my opinion, Little Abby's spirit is the closest thing here.
While I grieve for her lost life, I am thrilled that she is able to be met with compassion from two beautiful people who will accept her, and even play with her. Perhaps that is what this young soul needs.
To travel from the Spiritual realm to your home, there MUST be something special there.
Just for the record, I feel that Abigail is a SPIRIT, and in no way needing help in Crossing Over. She has already been through The Journey. She simply CHOOSES to be with you both.

I suppose you read too much into the comments we write burning flame. Nobody has called you rude of obtuse unless I missed something! Obviously you didn't perceive that it was YOUR comment that was aggressive in the first place. No, you are not here to judge character- no one's asking you to. You are here like the rest of us to read through an experience and discuss it. If you noticed nobody else claimed to know all answers that is why there's the " I need help with the experience" or "I will participate in the discussion"- a discussion that is meant to be a dialogue between people that question what they've experienced and even doubt their experience per ce. As for scientific proof- well, if there was any, I don't think we would have needed this site! When talking or claiming, like yourself to have had an encounter with the untouchable, it would be pointless to ask for tangible proof.

Im glad to see you're all so certain you know exactly what's going on. I'm a skeptic and while I respect that you believe that you have finite answers forgive me for taking them with a grain of salt. I am yet to see the scientific study which definitively proves the difference between a "ghost" and a "spirit".

To accuse me of being rude or obtuse because I don't know FRAWIN like you do is frankly a little bit of an affront. No offence but I don't know any of you but why shouldnt I question the actions of anyone on here? Because I'm meant to know FRAWIN's a great guy or something?

My question would be the same to anyone who claims to be interacting with a paranormal entity and it remains open to FRAWIN if he wouldn't mind weighing in with his opinion.

I agree with Tammy here. I think you should get to know more about Frank if you wish to say what you said. But Its your comment and I guess your aloud to say what you want. But then again later everyone may have a on you and it might not be what you wanted it to be.

Burning_Flame, that is what distinguishes a spirit from a ghost. While a ghost is earth- bound due to an 'old debt' and unable to cross, a spirit is the soul which has transcended and willingly travels from one realm to another either to give a message, to provide comfort or to simply visit a place and people it loves.

I don't think FRAWIN is the kind of person to keep a lost soul trapped in this world!

Your wife was absolutely right when she said that Abigail lived there. I wonder where's her family though and what is the one and only thing that made her come back the first time? I know she now comes back 'home' to her new family but what made her show up the first time?

Does your wife believe she actually lived inside the house you currently live in or is she attouched to a 'spot' outside the house-the 'yard' let's say?
