Hello, Wow that awfully. I guess that means you are pyhius Sorry not spell right. You should tell it to leave you alone and emma you are more stronger then it with those engery just fight and say something like church things with bible or whatever your choose. I am 35 and I get same problem the cloak but I call it hooded figure but it black not white I never heard white is evil.

Sorry it took so long to reply I was very busy. Yes I have tried to confront it, it won't leave me alone. I have also tried to ask it kindly to go away cause I am trying to sleep (yet it doesn't listen) its stubborn and the energy gets so intense that I have to actually leave my room and go downstairs to my parents room cause I get so scared. I am really sensitive to it, its like I feel like I am a magnet and its prepelling me yet trying to get me at the same time. So it feels heavy and numb too. I have asked what it wants and why its here but it never answers me.

Have you tried telling it to leave you alone in the name of Jesus Christ? I also agree with rebeccad, praying to God to surround you with his white light before you go to sleep helps too. Maybe burning sage and surrounding your bed with salt also. ❤

You say it attacks you, what form do the attacks take? Are there overwhelming, negative emomtions projected onto you? Are you struck by invisible fists? Are you sure you are being attacked and not approached out of curiousity? Have you asked the entity what it wants or why its hanging around you? Have you tried respectfully asking it to leave you alone because it is interfering with your sleep?

Sorry for all the questions, but the answers will make it easier for everyone at this site to give you specific advice and not a shotgun, canned answer.

Im sorry Emma... I don't have much to say but I guess I could give you some advice. When you feel the cloaked 'thing' what do you feel...sadness, anger, or anything else? Anyway... When it happens again tell this 'thing' to go away and leave you alone, stand up and don't be scared to tell it, I have seen people be scared when they tell their 'spirit' to go away it gets much worse if you tell it when you are scared and weak. As for me, I have the same problem in a way... I am sensitive to others so I can guess how they are feeling and I am sensitive to my surroundings... (see spirits) it was scary at first but now I am so use to it, it doesn't bother me anymore... And I'm 14, these things started happening to me just last year.

You are indeed a medium. This spirit may feel so week, that it is trying to take over some stuff so it could be stronger, and attack for more juice to control things. Yet again, I am only 13, two years younger than you, but that is my opinion. I believe I am a medium too, but I am still gaining on my abilities as I get older. I have had many experiences, but none like this. Next time try to confront it, or put a cross in your room. If it is evil, you don't want to let it have your abilities, or it might get the power to hurt you!

i think you need to tell it that it has no power over you and it needs to go back where it came from, imagine a barrior of white light around you and force the evil away with your mind.

You are blessed person. From what I have read you might be a medium or physic. If so you are prone to being attacked.

so you can move things. That means you have mind power. If this heavy white figure bother you in any manner, why don't you try to coversate with him through your mind power. Dont afraid of it.
