Hi. I actually would like to talk to the person who wrote this. Just because I am interested in talking to him and finding out how he came to his conclusion on his beliefs. 😊 If you don't mind, please email me. My email is on my profile. Thanks- Tiaxnokoni

I agree with what everyone else said.
Just because someone has anxiety,
Mental illness, etc etc does NOT make them a demon.
I know this is you're opinion, but you're opinion makes no sense.

I believe I just lost some IQ points after reading this. You sound like one of the many Christian nut cases. I have PTSD and anger problems from seeing my mother literally beat to death by her boyfriend, does that mean I have a demon? No you dumbass.

Demons work is not just spiritual but psychological attacks through mentel break downs. These demons take the form of a non-physcal thing called vice. As the vice grows it starts to hit others as well.
Wrath-this one is self explanitary. Hatred caused by sheer ignorance of any persons but our own, one of these sheer ignorance is war for we fight to gain control but the after effects leave mental scars so deep a a demon is not needed to cause damage.
Sloth-uncaring,not caring for anything. Passivism at it's worst level to the point that not even the sadest cruelest heart wrenching story could touch them anymore.
Pride-This is what leads people to be so obsessive to their own looks that they would damage their own bodies just to appear what they believe is perfection. This also leads to believing they are worth more than anyone they look at that the world is theirs even if it makes them look insanely idiotic for even thinking that they are more vaulueable than any other person. If asked would they sacrifice their life for someone he or she would say that that person should just die for them.
Not everything is caused by angels or demons, but we humans can make things happen as well don't forget that.

I'll also take this moment (this HAD to be a separate post) to remind people that many people believe God speaks to them. It's "God's Word" in religion, but when someone says they hear a voice outside of God we know it as schizophrenia. I see little difference between the two.

"It is better to be an open sinner than a false Saint" - Throin, Wicked Jester clothing.
I'm sorry, I have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), anger issues, paranoia, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I can safely say no demon had anything to do with me developing PTSD, it's the nature of war (for those who don't know, I was deployed to Iraq for a year combat tour with the US Army). ADD's explaination is in the name itself: I have a difficulty paying attention. My anger stems from A) genetics and B) PTSD. My paranoia is a psychological issue stemming from many things including again, PTSD. No demons are at work, it's just psychological things that have been developed (in some cases) from life experience. I'm in control of myself, I don't hear little voices telling me to do things.
This seems to be a rather ignorant post, based completely on religion with no regard for facts.
"Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat, and fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow." Kay, Men In Black (1997)
Catch my drift?

Hmmmm. I think I might need to read this article more throughly, so correct me if I'm off.
I do realize that most of this is YOUR opinion. So I'll just focus on the parts I felt the strongest about.
I don't want to change your opinions, but I hope you see how they might be offensive to some people.
Mental illness does not always have to be a result of or breeding ground for demonic activity.
Also, a mental illness like depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain that can happen to anyone. And I think it's ridiculous how quick some people are to blame demons/the devil for such afflictions. It does SEEM like this is your stance, but I couldn't know just by reading this.

Hey dude, I have OCD and anxiety issues it may not be godly but people aren't perfect. I do ask God for help because I had a lot of problems concerning anger, cronic depression, anorexia, self-mutalation, co-dependence, drug abuse, and low self-esteem. These things cause people to sin and live in misery but it's not always a demon personally possessing a person, it's the corruption in their hearts. The devil and his angels may laugh at me as I struggle with these problems but I don't feel a presence controling me. Although I do feel overwhelmed with just everything and my beats faster and I begin to shake and pace back and forth to try to calm myself down. This would be my anxiety and depression acting up but being honest and talking to God always helps. Hope you become a good pastor able to truly help people, and I mean that. God bless

Demons don't possess people every time they get upset about something in their life or when they feel attracted to someone and want to do more than just talk to them. Everyone gets anxious, especially in situations which place them under a certain amount of stress or which make them excited. Like going on a roller coaster. And I know people don't get possessed by demons every time they go to a theme park. The same goes for sex. We all have a sexual appetite and it has to do with hormones, not demons.
Now, I do believe in demons, angels, and God. But I am in no way religious. Creating and holding demons accountable for the morally questionable things you've done shows how much you don't want to accept responsibility for what you've done. It wasn't a demon who made you have sex with that woman. It was your inability to control your sexual urges.
Now mental illnesses are a serious thing and I will not have any of this, "Well, there's no such thing as mental illness. Demons cause that stuff, don'tcha know!" No. Do you know why most exorcisms end in death? It's not because demons kill possessed people. You guessed it! It's neglect. Those people die of malnutrition among other things.
As for Lucifer. Ayayay. Lucifer means bearer of light. He's the Son of Morning. Sure, God and Lucifer had a falling out, and I'm sure any Archangel could tell you this, they're doing fine. Why does Lucifer have to be evil? Maybe he's just punishing you for being a bad person. You don't hold a cross up to a judge when he sentences a murderer to life in prison, do you? In any case... I hope for your sake you never run into a full fledged demon, because then you'll know who the devil is. And your Jesus this, Moses that, won't work.
(Sorry if I offended anyone with the Jesus/Moses bit. I respect Jesus.)

It is probably good that you won't have a active social life (becoming a pastor...) because every human you encounter (even with the walls of the church) will be a demon (considering your list)!
Does your god not preach to hate the sin and not the sinner...? Very questionable beliefs you have there.

I must be the devil since I got almost all of that. Come on, man... I'm Catholic and I don't go around saying that the menatlly ill are possessed. I got insomnia, I got OCD, I love rebelion, but I also love God and Christ... But this isn't right... I know what demons are, and this, 'Pastor', is NOT true. Sorry, but from one Christian to another, don't go around criticizing the mentally ill, other believes, or whatever; you're not God. Don't try to judge all like if you are, because wouldn't that make you a demon? 😜

If all those comments keep you from every secret, I will not listen to you. I will know that Tom is right and demons and spirits exist for most on one side but not for the other most. It would be because I commented on Tom's story, to find out why you hate his story so much and ban and block him and delete it.
Australians find it the same in the US as well. They find it confusing and Tom did meet Mr. Harold and Gabriel. You commenters had no idea what you've been and you wouldn't believe Tom. I will comment that I believe Tom and I will not disbelieve him. This story is true. It was not fake and all don't say it is when they visit Yourghoststories.com.
How many people find it untrue? All of them! I will believe it is TRUE. You would know these comments are misbehaviors of the story. Everyone don't find it fake. Users cannot make up their own story to make it not a ghost story. You know what, commenters? You make Tom poor. It's bad luck for you. You break his heart, my comment will break yours.
Good day to you.
😠 😢 😐

WOAH WOAH WOAH!
I find it very offensive that you people speak about jehovahs witnesses without even knowing anything about them. I was raised as a JW for 18 years. The reason that girl refused blood is because blood transfusions are actually worse for you! There is alternative treatment that allows the recycling of the white blood platelets in your own blood to help in any sort of procedures.
If you had to choose between eating someones vomit to survive and eating a gross tasting protein pack, which would you choose? Blood is contaminated with SO MANY things but the doctors don't tell you about that because they make TONS of money the more blood transfusions occur, plus its "easier".
Its proven that if you take one patient with a blood transfusion and one patient who received the machine that pumps the white blood platelets back into their body, the one who chose the machine will heal 50% faster than the blood transfusion patient and will have longer lasting effects.
Personally, I may not be in that religion any more, but I value what it did give me and I value my body enough to not let anyone convince me that taking someones USED OLD BLOOD will help me live. I just find it gross to think of someones blood that I know nothing about or whether the doctors even cared to check for diseases pumping through my body for the sake of the doctors laziness.
No thank you.
Do your research before you spout wrong information out.

I think everyone should just cool down and take a look at the title of this... "A CHRISTIAN Perspective on Demons", that is all, this is something that the poster felt might be helpful for other people of his faith who might be dealing with demons. That is all. I don't see a reason to comment and smash him for his beliefs. He isn't trying to convince anyone that he is right, he is just stating his opinion and knowledge so that it might be of use to others who believe as he does. If you don't agree with him then don't read it. Every faith and religion has its own way of dealing with the evil in this world, this is just meant to help those who have a christian point of view.

Sorry for the Length of this butit Urks me that stuff liek this is posted. My thoughts are my own and you don't have to agree with them but yeah use your own judgement.
Im with Penny and Mapo on this I can see its set for a self help type post but in my eyes its a blatant full fors pro christian rant. Id love to hear what this guy posts in regards to special needs kids who were born with downs syndrom ect I'm fair sure he would get slammed for it,
As for Nickthe5th "But yeah, keep an open mind, help out your fellow man, and instead of trying to disprove and criticsize his beliefs AND opinions, try to understand his point of view, and try to rationalize why he would think that " Critisizing and then disporving the belifes of a religion is what they all do to try and say don't follow that religion cause its this and that follow ours so in a way you contradicted yourself.
I myself don't hold any religious belifes as its harder to change a Belife then an idea, I hold many good ideas of faith and what is right and just because if they are wrong I can change my idea.
Again my opinion but I mean I'm throwing it out there its the plot to a bad televangalist movie or tv series.
Regards,
~Shadead.
As for blizzard43 (21 posts) posting about Ouija boards being a portal to evil, Hate to break it to you mate but I have done numerous boards and have not had overly bad experiences in the say 50+ I have done and ended them with niceness and respect to the spirits. As pendragon states "I don't condone using them in the slightest. But if you're going to anyway, protect and cleanse yourself." I followed the rules me and my friends agreed on and the spirits were happy with this.

I love how everyone ignored the entire 1st paragraph, plus the following quote "MOST OF THIS MATERIAL THAT I WROTE IS ARE STATEMENTS OF OPINION" it might not be perfect English, but it's understandable. Everything here is written out of his experiences, and at the end of it all, he wants to help anyone who is interested.
Pendragon: he's not forcing his religion down your throat. He's just telling people how to deal with something that he has encountered before, in his unique/different way of doing it. He merely points out that if you're interested about learning to have authority over these demons. And Tom here seems like a straight up Christian, no crusades, no REPENT OR DIE attitude, he's not even catholic, so I don't know why you mentioned so many irrelevant things, maybe it was a demon making you say crazy things haha, who knows? We humans think we know about spirits and whatnot, anyone here could make this stuff up. Your mind has probably filtered half of the things I've mentioned, so read carefully if you will. I'm not trying to change your mind on anything, and to do so would be pointless, but for readers who have read your rant, it might give them a different point of view. Poor Tom, just tellin you his story and he just wants to help those people who might choose his methods and ideas, and you're just rambling on about Christianity this and Christianity that. And reading the bible never hurt anyone, there's good advice in the good book, try to read those books in the bible that Tom mentioned, they might interest you, who knows! Miracles do happen.
But yeah, keep an open mind, help out your fellow man, and instead of trying to disprove and criticsize his beliefs AND opinions, try to understand his point of view, and try to rationalize why he would think that (simply put, don't judge)
And anyone who is exposed to TRUE christianity should see its motive of just trying to lead you to a better world of simple happiness (my opinion)

DA - My first 80 was my holy priest, and my second was the hunter. This is too uncanny! I wanted a face-smashing class, so now I have a DK and a pally in the works. Woo! And I love that JW story. I've heard similar ones.
Emerald - Your family sounds like a treat... I'd call social services. Maybe. Or just go along with it to scare her. I may actually do the second one more-so. Bwahaha!
Dan - We'll be the party life down there, I assure you. We'll have the best parties, because we're cool like that! And yes, I know our imperfections are there, and that some of those imperfections are instilled in us because of others (I have had all of my previous boyfriends cheat on me with women of... Ill repute, and with normal women as well, hence a lack of trust for them, jealousy issues, and trust issues). It happens, and I'm mostly over it. Kinda. The OCD... Well... That isn't going to go far. Ugh.
Thank you for agreeing about Gavin.
What I find creepy was that the four of us found it so very easy to connect. Ladies and Dan, I'm feeling Deja Vu. Am I the only one?
Penny ❤

Penny - Yeah I have a feeling raving it up down under may be pretty awesome it has to be said haha! *Hi 5s*
Thanks, I'm sorry that you have your jealousy and OCD as well. Then again if we all didn't have our various imperfections then A) It wouldn't make us who we are and B) We all have something, no-one comes without anything. I'm not glad I have what I have because it's a problem obviously but then again I know that if I didn't then I probably wouldn't be who I am today.
Suicide is a strange enigma in our lives in that it's so irrational it's so hard to prevent or even notice that someone can be in that situation until it's too late. I'm glad that your Gavin found you as I think you may be very right in what you say. It's hard to notice in people a lot of the time but I suppose when you're in deeper with someone and get to know them that's when you start to realise. I agree with your classification of demons, I suppose some people can take them to be literal meaning.
Also that's not geeky that's awesome about playing WOW and watching Harry Potter. I can't say I've played WOW apart from at a friend's house when he deleted my character after I left. Haha!
DA - I agree with pretty much everything you say on the religion front as well. I would also find it hard to enclose myself on one religion as well. Some have the best bits and obviously with every religion there are it's worst bits as you have found with your Grandmother's experiences of marriage in JW. Also agree on the absolutness thing. I'm always paranoid that someone will take how I write something the wrong way.

DeviousAngel-Dang, my family isn't like that yeah they'll throw holy water on me or hit my head with a bible but if my Grandmother or mother would even step foot in my room they'd be asking for a demon-possessed Kathy to come out and I'd gladly grant their wish. My room is my somewhat santuary somewhat and I can't get my ghostie to keep out tho. Above my bed I have a small dreamcatcher with a cross I had made as a child at school, whenever my mother comes in without permission I yell and kick her out. If they don't care about me just let me rot in my room. I come home and walk out whenever I want and I don't care cause my mom want me to communicate but she calls me cruel names and yells and will leave me standing there, struggling to not cry. I have a crappy life in other words and OMG I LOVE HARRY POTTER! Me and my friend are obsessed and we cried when Dumbledore died hahaha but anyways... I went off topic*cries*

That is hilarious! I totally would have said something like that too. Or I heard of one guy who had just gotten out of the shower when Mormons knocked on his door. When he saw them through the peephole he opened the door with nothing but a towel on and they still tried. "Sir, have you found Jesus?" To which he replied, "I've been searching for hours. You want to come in and help me find him?"
I don't think they ever came back either.

Haha, I play horde as well, but I'm on Balnazzar. I have a priest and a hunter... *cough* Anywho... Yeah, creepy.
I don't know why I keep saying this, but the JW creep me out, and make me want to curl into a ball when they come knocking. I had a math tutor when I was in high school, and he told me that a JW had come to his door a couple days before. He had been cutting up raw steaks, and was wearing an apron that was coverd in beef blood. He answered the door, and the JW asked him if he had a moment, and he just went, "Aww, jee, I wish I did, but I just put the baby in the oven! If you stick around, you can try some! It's going to be fantastic!"
The JW haven't been back to his house since. I just can't help but snicker every time I remember this story, just the pure silliness of it, and the fact that they believed him. They musty truly think everyone eats babies if they are not a JW or something. Who knows.

Oh my god, it's like you're a duplicate of me. What server do you play on? Lol, I play Horde on Eldre'Thalas! And I LOVE Harry Potter.:) I have all of the movies and read all of the books!
When I was growing up I also experienced something similar to EmeraldAngel's explanation of how her family treats her. My mom read once in a Watchtower magazine that peace signs were evil because they were inverted crosses with broken arms. I thought that was a ridiculous stretch, but my mom went through my room and got rid of EVERYTHING of mine with peace signs on it. The same little "crusade" happened when they pointed out yin-yang symbols as being Satanic in origin as well, because it was supposed to represent a sexual position or something like that, or because they were "6s". It was ridiculous and I was outraged because my mom once again went through my room and got rid of everything I owned with a yin-yang symbol on it.
I was not allowed to celebrate my birthday or go to birthday parties. I was not allowed to watch Disney movies because they contained "magic" which is considered a tool of Satan. I couldn't even own Lisa Frank stuff (remember Lisa Frank?!) back when I was a kid until my parents finally quit practicing, once again because of the magic thing. The religion infected every inch of my life and I was unable to have a proper childhood because of it.
A religion should never take over one's life, I think. It should simply be a part of it.

Devious, you haev not given off a weird vibe. I'm always apologizing, for fear that I will offend someone who is of the faith that I happen to be insulting. I also agree that it is creepy that our boyfriends share the same name - it's not a common name where I live.
And I'm glad to hear that someone agrees with me about JW. They scare me a bit, and it makes me sad when I hear about people turning down medical help becaouse of religion. One would think that the religions would want more people to get the medical help that they need, so that their more devout followers would continue to live and thrive and bang on my door again while I'm in the middle of reading/watching Harry Potter for the 50th time, and playing World of Warcraft. (I know, I'm geeky)
There are just WAY too many contradictions in modern religion for me, and for that, I would like to (mostly) stay away from them. But that could just be me.

Penny, firstly that is Twilight Zone-scary, my boyfriend's name is Gavin too.:)
I'm sorry if I might have given off a weird vibe or anything, but I don't necessarily prescribe to one religion or another. I suppose you could say I'm a spiritualist, so trust me, I take no offense to anything you've said. There are cruel and archaic practices in just about every religion, it just seems to me that they are more common in JW faith. To give you an example in return, my grandmother has been a devout JW for about 30 years. So much so that she attends Kingdom Halls 3-5 times a week as gas prices and her health permits. They wanted to excommunicate her from the church because she married a man who is not a JW. They didn't care that she was in love, or that she had devoted more than half of her life to constant service. She has spent countless hours going door to door, working in the hot sun to spread literature. None of this mattered, simply because she married someone who was not of her faith.
I agree, it feels more cult-like than religious. It demands complete servitude and unquestioning obedience to old, outdated doctrines that do not apply to today's more technologically, scientifically and socially advanced society. I disagree with the blood transfusion thing as well. I recall that being an issue with Michael Jackson as well, that he refused a blood transfusion when he was sick because of his faith.
As others have said, I don't understand why God/the gods/the Goddess/Allah/whoever would give us the capacity to think and act freely and demand that we not use these gifts, and instead live our lives around fear, delusions, and outdated belief systems. It's like, wake up guys, the earth is round and not everyone who is crazy is possessed. The only kind of demons that possess every person in the world are the personal sort, which are the sparks we've all experienced of hidden fears, things we don't like about ourselves, our lies, our regrets. They aren't the type of demons controlled by an ultimate evil. They exist within our minds and they are typically products of ourselves and the world around us.

Like I keep saying, we need a chat forum so we can just chat there instead of all over these stories - so many people seem to connect over them, and so many people seem to develop friendships over the similarity of their beliefs here.
Dan - Thank you for telling me that you enjoy my rants. I just start typing and all of a sudden, it's three pages long in MS Word, and I don't know how it happened. Ah well. According to Tom, I'd be possessed by the "Demon of Long-Winded Rants" or something like that. I don't mind, I think I'll even let him stick around. I'm also very sorry that you go through some of those mental issues; I suffer from extreme jealousy and minor OCD. Ah well. We're doomed now. *gives a high five* Guess you and I'll be tearin' it up in the afterlife. I hear that there are some wicked parties down under! Kidding. 😉
Emerald - Thank you for saying I am like family! It's an honour, and I completely agree that it is amazing that people that live so far away from each other can be come so close in just a few days. I love being here, and I'm very happy that I found this site to share what has happened to both me and others I know, as well as hear some other stories. It's intriuging, and makes me feel less schitzophrenic than I thought I was becoming because of Fred.
I also agree that we are no longer in the Dark Ages; a great deal of things change in a few hundred years, much less a few THOUSAND years. I love that I am not the only one thinking this. I also agree about suicides; Though all religions believe it is not right, and they all seem to say you are comdemed if you do so, some people just see no way to fix whatever is wrong in their lives. It's the sad truth of humans. I strongly feel that, had I not stepped into the life of my boyfriend, Gavin, he would have, due to seasonal depression, not been alive today. I can't imagine a world without him, as he is actually rather compassionate.
Though I guess the same goes for everyone who has known someone who committed suicide; the person was so fantastic, and yet they killed themself. Sometimes we never really know a person's inner demons until we talk to them. I choose the word "demons", here, to suppliment the word "problems". The words are interchangable, and I think THIS is where Tom gets his misguided information from. A lot of people I know use the word "demons" for things such AS alchohol problems, or as for smoking cigarettes, or whathave you. It's not a demon, merely a problem, but the over-zealous christians think that the word demon means demon, and that's all there is to it.
I wonder if they know that many popes and higher church officials (Bishiops, etc.) have actually had supposed relations with Succubi. Lots of stuff pops up if you google it, lots of stories. Ah well, me pointing out more flaws in a religion I don't follow. Sorry for being a party pooper, Emerald, Dan. Haha.
Thanks much for reading,
Penny ❤

Thanks Dan your words are appreciated very much, I learned that phrase seen but not heard from my dad watching "Madmen" I'm pretty used to my family treating me like a dog, I'm just a kid that doesn't open her mouth much in true life. And when I do open my mouth the words come out wrong. I don't care tho, I'm usually home alone, staring at a wall, listening to music, working on my book, stuff like that. But anyways Penny you've done a lot ever since you came on this site and you seem like family to me, this whole site seems like my family and I won't be brushed off like a 5 year old to go play, I've gone thro a lot in the past. And am glad I can be of help even when we all live in different state, thanks again and Tom, I hope you'll in the future understand that not everyone is evil there are evil things in this world but not everyone wants to kill you, take care, Katherine.

Penny - Don't stop doing it, there are some really good stories on this site that have been lost with time unfortunatly and bringing them back gives people who wouldn't go through hundreds of stories a chance to read them and put what they think.
I agree on the science front. As a logical society why should we not take into account explanations the body of science give? What suited a society a couple of hundred years ago may not suit it today as values and normalities change.
Katherine - I've read some of your posts as I've been on the site and I'm sorry about how you feel about your family. It can never be nice feeling like you live in the 18th centuary or what not with the whole seen and not heard thing going on.
I also agree with you on Tom classifying the disorders as denomic possessions, if this is the case I'm probably quite deeply possessed and therefore I guess I must be evil and want to destroy everything haha!
Truth be it, these problems are INDIVIDUAL MENTAL ISSUES that the sufferer has to deal with day in and day out and it's majorly disrespectful when people like the OP Tom do try and put a heavily religious front on them because I'm sorry but that is going too far. As someone who suffers from various problems listed in this story or whatever you call it I think I can safely say I am not "Possessed." In stories I post later on when I get round to it you will see that I have experiences but none to suggest that I am possessed.
Infact the amount of people who live with things such a Bi-Polar disorder totals to about 1 in around 45 adults. Mental disorders like these are very serious and surely cannot be put down to "Denomic possession." Many suicides come out of depression and other mental issues and whilst I respect suicide is not the Christian way it still happens, it does not mean that a demon is making them take their own life, it could mean that they can't cope with the environment around them.
Sorry about my rant, it was overdue haha!

Hahaha Penny I now have my full respect to you, like me I will rant and take up an entire forum if I have to to speak my mind of some. I sometimes just can't stand religion if all people will do is call someone a sinner and start wacking them with a bible and say REPEL YOU VILE DEMON GO BACK TO THE DEPTHS OF HELL! I like my fathers part of the family are quietly religious and will keep to ourselves for the most part while my mothers side is rather ugly, taking away my manga and force a blessed bible in my face, treat me like back in the old days be seen but not heard, make me wear a cross which I don't mind tho I hide it in respect of other people. You know typical old paranoid grandma a century old bible and such. When it comes to people who preach that every glare is a sin where that's where I put my foot down naming disorders and human nature as demon possession is outright dumb and full of it. I myself might be a tiny bit bipolar tho since of my dads family but seriously my fury when Tom started going off was my own fury that isn't passed down from blood it was a fullblown Katherine fit on the other side of my phone, even when I shall sometimes just write a calm request to stop writing such things, its a different situation in true life, my grandparent were probly seeing my head frying and eye-twitching now that's true possession to be honest now, but anyways with that I respect all in such who are quiet in their religion and will do so in my own, peace out, Katherine...

Well said, Devious. You and Sergeant are, amidst countless others that I have talked to, the types of religious people that I do like. Quietly there, showing your values with compassion rather than, "YOU MUST READ MY BIBLE! Here, have some fliers! You are a sinner until you repent and join ussss!" It's almost like some kind of cult, and, to tell you the truth, it scares me.
And, even though I'm Agnostic, and most of my family knows it, I'm still my cousin's Confirmation sponsor. I've gone through all my sacraments to date. I go to reconcilliation once a year with my dad, and I attend Midnight Mass with my grandparents. I do not mind church, in fact, I find the masses interesting, and the psalms beautiful. I love the feeling of community that comes from them, and how welcoming and nice everyone is. I don't hate organized religion, I just don't believe the same as everyone else.
And, as you mentioned the Witnesses, Devious, I didn't mind them up until about 8 years ago, and since then I have decided that I will torment them mentally when they come to my door. I know this is mean, but here's the brief story.
A girl, on October 14, 2002, living in my province of Alberta, died of leukemia. She was 17 and a devout Witness. Her mother and father, both Jehovah's witnesses themselves, had begged and pleaded with the courts to ignore their daughters requests of not getting blood transfusions. In other words, this 17 year old died, because of the belief by Witnesses that blood transfusions, which could have saved her life, are evil. Her parents are now in the process of sueing the Watch Tower Society for being so strict with their religious blood laws.
This broke my heart, that a girl only 5 years older than me, chose to die rather than go against her religion. At the time, I was Catholic, and I remember what a stir this had caused. Many of my family members would tell Jehovah's Witnesses to take their murdering religion elsewhere when they came to our doors, that we believed in saving our children's lives with organ transplants and blood transfusions.
I lost my own faith in Catholicism shortly after, when we started learning more about other religions and cultures and the ancients in school, but that is for another time.
I'm sorry if that bugs you, Devious, what I say about the Witnesses, but I can't see how it would, as you have converted. I don't hate them so much now, but I still tell them that I won't join them, for the fact that, if I become sick, or need an organ or else I'll die, I know I'm not allowed to get it, and that I, therefore, must die. I'd rather live a long and healthy life, using someone else's heart or lung or kidney, than die at age 20. Besides - those donors chose to give those organs to those of us that needed them after they passed. It's near disrespectful to refuse, in my world.
I have signed my Birth Certificate stating that, when I die, I want to donate my organs. AND BY ALL THE GODS, someone had better use them! 😠 Lol.
Cracker; another long rant. 😭 So sorry, guys. You must be getting sick of reading these.

Sargeant, it is the people like YOU that give me hope that good people still exist and not all of the goodness in religion has been lost in outdated dogma. You are exactly the type of person I'm talking about. I was raised as a Jehovah's witness and knew from a very young age that the practices were meant for a different time. Nothing made sense to me even back then, and when I experienced a few supernatural events, I was told that these were demonic attacks because I was "sinful" or I wasn't loyal enough to Jehovah. It was the same when I became a Christian. I was told that these things happened because they were a test of my faith, but then I had to ask, why does God need to test my faith if He knows my heart?
I don't know what the "true" or "right" religion is, or if there even is one. In my mind, all paths lead to the divine, and as long as we are here on this earth together it is our responsibility to help each other, not condemn each other in the names of our various deities.
When we do that, we have truly undone ourselves.

Tom you will attract more people with love and beauty and less with fear and ugliness.
Like most people I was turned off to religion for reasons already stated. I moved to a new city in 1983 and met a group of people who were so full of life they glowed. You know the type. They don't have to wear any sign of religion or preach. It's in their aura.
I chose to follow their example and spent the next 5 or so years learning and living. Despite being quite involved, attending church 3-4 times a week, Bible study 2x a week I always tried to wear my religion quietly and let love and grace do the attracting. Our Methodist Church was regularly invited to visit the prison and two orphanages and I enjoyed going. The people there appreciated the company.
There was a fellow at my regular job who was very loud about religion. Nobody appreciated it and grudges developed. I had a few talks with him, and he believed anyone who didn't believe his message of doom was Demonically possessed. The final straw was when he told a well liked co-worker that her baby was struck with downe syndrome because of her personal sin.
It was that point I had nothing to do with him.
That aura of light, of goodness and beauty wasnt' there. But something of arrogance and pride and the desire to control others filled its place instead.
A lot of things have happened in my life since being reborn in the 1980's which cause me to evaluate and reconsider many things. For example Muslim prayers seem to work for Muslims. Christian prayers seem to work for Christians as do for other religions. Etc etc etc
Religious symbols and items contain no power in themselves except through the person using them. A lazy priest could fill a bottle with tap water, set it out as Holy water to be just as powerful.
I've come to relaize there is probably one God, the same one represented in each faith. It's man with his religious system of do's and don'ts, lists of sins etc which cause the confusion and rejection- not to mention hatred, bloodshed and war.
Christians go to Christ, Muslims go to Allah etc. It's all the same pool.
I know for fact there are unseen beings among us. Many of them have abilities to effect our lives and they have a multitude of personalities and motives. Some are very very good, some are evil and most I believe are somewhere inbetween. Any being not officially recognized by Catholicism is commonly called a Demon.
We can see in Malleous Maleficarum http://www.sacred-texts.com/pag/mm/ they rounded up virtually all spiritual beings whether good or bad and labled them ALL Demons.
Malleous is an amazing read which states:
* Earth is the center and stars revolve around it. (They imprisoned Galileo for his opposition)
* Star positions influence mankind.
* Satan can't influence mankind directly.
* Satan manipulates star positions to indirectly influence man.
* (epileptic) Seizure is sign of demonic posession
* Parents must confess sin to a priest or their children will be replaced by demons.
* Unconfessed sin is passed onto children.
* Succubus steals male sperm while they sleep and impregnates human women.
(Notice there hasn't been any supernatural births recorded for 2010 years)
* The resultant baby should be considered (treated as) a hybrid demon child.
* It is sinful to let a witch remain within your community.
* Allowing a witch to remain is almost as sinful as being one.
* A witch carries all the sin of mankind since Adam combined.
* A woman is weaker than man (She was made from his rib) and more easily seduced into witchcraft.
* A repented witch should spend a year in prison.
* An unrepented witch must be killed. (Hanging, burning, drowning)
Me?
I consider that Catholic document among the most evil in history and I believe very little religious dogma these days.
Yes I am still Christian. I believe in Christ. But I reject the religion of man.

Pendragon, I have to commend you for everything you've said here. You hit the nail on the head. Tom, I appreciate you sharing your experience with us but firstly, it doesn't belong on a website about ghost stories and paranormal encounters. This is propoganda and it belongs on a site for religious recruitment. One thing I've learned about the evolution of Christianity is that, as Penny pointed out, it has assimilated the symbols and beliefs of other religions to suit itself. That is because after years and years of crusades, witch trials, and other forms of religiously-inspired bloodshed, they have realized from not only a religious but a political prospective that the easiest way to convert a group of people is to force upon them an alternative that is comfortably similar to the lifestyles they already have.
There are GOOD Christians and people who believe in God, Jesus, and other Christian figures who are not militant. They are loving, kind, caring and righteous individuals and I wholeheartedly adore them for who they are. It is people who spread lies like this--like saying that mental illnesses are ALWAYS caused by demonic possessions--who are clearly on a warpath against science and common sense, that I can't stand.
Penny, I tip my hat to you and all of the other open-minded individuals out there, be they Christian, Catholic, agnostic, Wiccan, Quakers, Bakers, or Candlestick-Makers. I salute tolerance, which is what God and Jesus are supposed to stand for. Love and tolerance, not fear and boldfaced lies.

Haha, Dan; I'm in the process of reading through everything on this site. There wil probably be a good few more rants form me in the future about this sort of thing.
And I'm glad you agree with me. I agree about not knowing about God. I'm a very science-oriented person. However, I know that all the chemical and biological coincidences could not have happened without some help, without some guidance. Hence me being Agnostic. I think I like the idea of the Greco-Pagan religion the most. I don't know. In fact, no one knows.
Guess that's why so many wars have been fought in the name of different ideas of God.
I also think that, if there was just one God, we wouldn't be having the issues with religion that we are having today. There would be no question, there would eb no doubt. If it was true, there would be no Buddhists, no shintoists, no Taoists, no Pagans. There would be, really, nothing but Catholicism and Christianity. That right there is a contradiction in itself, in my world.

I agree with pretty much everything you say in that rant Pendragon. I'm agnostic as well. It annoys me so much when I'm told I'm going to hell by people knocking on my door because I don't believe in THEIR God. Yet it can all change if I join THEIR religion or movement.
No offence to anyone here and I mean no offence, but we don't even know there is a God. There are so many ideas of a God out there, heck some religions believe in many Gods and yet this is just the mainstream religions. We see so many New Age movements and people moving from Mainstream to New Age today that there are literally thousands of ideas of a God.
Does this mean that we are the seeds of our own destruction? That just because we use our own free will to believe what we want to believe we will go to hell, or that we are demons?
If God is all loving like in the Christian perspective for example, and because I don't believe in a religion that worships one idea of it, that I am a demon and will go to hell. That doesn't sound all loving. I could go on for days as well.
Please don't think I'm trying to discount Christianity or tryng to hate on it because I'm quite simply not. I don't hate Chrisitan's I just dislike preachers who don't even know me yet feel the need to try and force their views on me and act like they're better than me because of it.
I agree with MAPO as well on the idea that we have free will. We have it for a reason.
Thanks for posting on the story Pendragon I didn't even know it existed. (Haha!) Also if anyone read this thanks for reading.

What MAPO said. I've got a pretty sensative 3rd Eye. I've known people who have used them, though, and they took their own precautions, and they were fine. No demons. No evil spirits. Just a nice conversation with a young boy's ghost, I believe. He also, when asked if he was from teh sun or moon (heaven or hell, for all you Christians), he pointed to the sun. A demon can not lie about being from hell when asked in terms of symbology, soooo...
I don't condone using them in the slightest. But if you're going to anyway, protect and cleanse yourself.

Thank you for agreeing, MAPO. And yes, I meant to add that as well, the no hard feelings bit. Just reading his story made my fingers twitch and started to annoy me all over again, lol.
Like I said, I meant absolutely no disrespect to the people of Christianity or Catholicism, but pointing out that not everyone is of those religions, and we're tired of it being stuffed in our faces all the time. Well, okay, maybe that's just me. I didn't even touch on his thing of the mental diseases, because my rant was long enough. Maybe I'll write a second one later today. Who knows.
Penny ❤

to tack on to pendragon, christians have very few things to call there own (simbols, stories, most everything) and the church has no right to say what we can or can't believe. Did god not give us freedom of choice. So in telling us what we can or can't say you are taking away one of gods gifts, am I not correct? So that makes you the sinner. Lol I feel better
and to the above. All of those have been proven as to why. The red face is from blood pressure (I get that from being mad or running a while) OCD is a dysfunction in the brain. None of this is from possesion. Now possibly if it all happens in one day out of the blue then maybe...
Ps my family is christian/catholic. I am not. I believe what I believe. So no hurt feelings?

This comment is two years too late, but I need to speak my mind. I hate that this ended up so long, but I needed to spit this out, because as much as you guys are on a "Crusade for Jesus", Tom, I can't help but point out how all the other Crusades ended - complete, miserable failure. I don't mean any disrespect to those I have befriended on this site that are indeed Catholic/Christian, but I'm starting to get very mad at the fact that so many people get preachy like this.
There is indeed a reason for the downfall of Christianity, and many people turning their backs on the Pope, and that reason is over-zealous people like yourself, Tom, preaching to those of us who are Catholic, or Agnostic (believes in a higher Power, just not the god of Christianity and the Bible). There are also other things, like the Pope trying to pull off some stupid stuff with the legal system to not have to testify about a priest from his district who MOLESTED young boys, but that's another can of worms, and just makes me certain that any higher power out there could not be that god, as he would not allow his highest followers to commit acts of such treachery, hurting people so innocent. But that is my view, and my opinion.
I am the latter, Agnostic, and your claims truly disgust me, and remind me why I was so turned away from Catholicism. I can not tolerate people who, like yourself, like to preach the, "I art holier than thou" story. I HATE it. I can see why your ex, Joan, would get angry at you for preaching to her that way. Because she does not believe in YOUR god does not mean that she does not believe in a higher power, and certainly does not mean that she was demon possessed.
Feeling Lust for someone who is attractive? HELLO. That's human nature. Anger? It's human nature. Anger is a natural response that happens when things do not go the way we want them to go. What kills me is that, since Christianity came along, we have discounted other religions, and other faiths, as being "really good stories". The Greek God/Goddess system and the Egyptian systems used gods, and the myths like "Pandora's Box" to explain typical human behaviour. In fact, the seven deadly sins appear to be an abridged version OF the Pandora's Box myth. But that's just my opinion.
As an Agnostic, I say you need to look further into your rather "young" religion. The Greek Pagan, Wiccan-Pagan, Norse Pagan, and Old Celtic Pagan and the Egyptian Pagan systems of religion (Just to name some of the most commonly known Pagan religions out there) started thousands of years before Christianity came about. If you look into the research that has gone into the Bible, and how some of it came about, you'd be shocked to learn that Christianity borrowed symbols from other religions to suit their needs; or at least, that's how it seems. I could go into detail about this, but the only two that really, truly bugs me is the Greek God, Pan, being turned into the devil, when he was a god of rustic music, the wild, and shepherds and their flocks. The other one that bugs me is that Poseidon's Trident got turned into Pan's Pitchfork, and that irks me.
I could go on for days about this whole thing. I really could. And like I said above, I'm so very sorry to how many Christians/Catholics on this site, who are not like this person, whom choose to look at my rant. I'm just so tired of, on a site that should be open to all religions, that we have so many people trying to preach Christianity to those of us that simply do not believe in it, and that there are some that think that, because we do not believe in the God of your choosing, we are "demons" and "Satanists", when many of us, I have noticed are indeed Neo-pagans, or Agnostic. It's not fair to us when something like this pops up.
Don't get me wrong - I went to a Catholic elementary school, a Catholic Jr. High, and a Catholic High School. I studied the same religion classes as everyone else. I just choose not to believe in Catholicism and Christianity. Please respect that. Please respect all of us that choose this path. I'm tired of the Jehovah's Witnesses banging on my front door at all hours of the day. I'm tired of Global Warming being the next Great Flood, when, if you look far enough back in history, temperature fluctuations on our planet are common. (And besides - if you're going to say we have too many CO2 and Methane in the atmosphere, just eat more cows. They put out more CO2 and Methane in a year than some major cities. <- Attempt at humor)
I am also glad that the moderators now thoroughly scan the stories that get posted. I'm pretty sure it's in the site rules that you are not allowed to post this kind of stuff. I'm glad it gets filtered out.

Also, did you read the part in the bible that talks about how humanly imperfections from things like stuttering to stubbing your foot to illnesses happened? Obviously not because you wouldn't say these things. In the book of Genesis its written that after eve took from the tree of life she had opened up a "pandoras box" of sorts and no where in the bible does it say that illnesses are caused by demons. From that first act of disobedience came greed, hate, illnesses and death which along the eras have spawned into many things that we as humans face every day. If you were TRULY religious you would have known that.

Tom, like most of the comments I disagree with some of your faiths and a lot with naming disorders as demon possession. Me being part christian part catholic (due to having my holy communion as a young child, still am a young kid and also being baptized) I take offence to some of those disorders, my great grandmother, favorite aunt and possibly father are bipolar. Are you saying my Aunt Cindy is possessed by a DEMON! I love her like a mother and she is a really good person who is spiritual and a pure person. My father loves me deeply yet has his moments and not used to love due to a really tough childhood. I ask you keep some of your beliefs to yourself cause I'm hurt by what you say. Everyone not too religious seems a demon to you, I'm sorry you feel so strongly about that and you make it sound like god forced you into religion. He is our father who watches over us and protects us when asked. I believe that strongly and will not sit back and read of these offensive stories from people who think they know what's right and wrong its annoying and making me question some people when I do my best to stay openminded and positive so please keep some of your stories at bay with religion even tho I'm not to trifle with what you believe, I'm only twelve after all but I thought you'd like to stay informed and, one more thing I'd like to add is I'm a strong believer in God and know he watches over us all with my Grandmother and my beloved dog who sadly is to be put down tomarrow due to old age and difficulties

Sorry, but are you nuts? I have SEVERAL friends who have most of those "demons" you listed. One of them is a pastor, and another is his wife. NOT ONE of them is possessed by a demon, and I don't see why you would think that those imperfections would be caused by demons. At the end of your story, you say you hope you can help people? Try helping yourself and not going by what others say. Read the WHOLE Bible, not just Mark.

dont mind what people say, your not the first person I have heard with the prospect of those illnesses being of actual demonic action. People should not brush off a mental illness and think the person is sick. Even within movies they are depicting the illness of such... If not, watch mirrors (the horror movie). I respect what you have been through and done and going to do. We live in a world, full of demons and people don't even realise it. And people don't believe in the devil, people don't believe in hell, people don't believe in demons. Well hears the reality: the devils greatest weapon is make you think hes not real, that way you can do what you want and feel no remorse and "wont get punished". And you feel like you can do what ever you want and feeling like you can't be controlled when actually you are.
I am a christian and before I fully turned my life to God I encountered those exact same feelings, depression, anxiety anger lust fear...ect. And now that I am free I'm more at peace than ever. (I need to sum this up 😊) the closer you are to God the more you will see things the way they are and not as they appear. And once you start seeing things for what they really are, the more temptation and opression will come.

I find the fact that you were willing to share your beliefs with everyone quite bold and I commend you on it.
However, I find it highly offensive that you put everyone with a mental illness under a category which is not reserved for humans.
I believe that you could travel around the world and find one of those illnesses in every one of the people you meet. In that case, we're a world of demons in your opinion.
You would be wise to come back to reality once you're done rebuking all the humans around you that you see as demons.

Not every imperfection can be explained away by demon possession. Are you living in the Dark Ages?

Yes; her name is Mrs. Loraine Warren, and I've dealt with her, and had several professional contacts with her. She is a tremendous person. This poster is correct, although no mention of sacramental confession or mass is even hinted at. So, he and I don't concur 100%. And many of his symptoms are far too simplistic, and not at all a complete list. However, having said that, he is correct that 99% of mental illness, especially sudden depression, has its genesis in the preternatural. Also, the Devil feeds offf both sins, i.e. He mentions the 7 deadly sins, and negative emotions, i.e. Cursing fighting, etc. It must be remembered that most of the old boy's accomplishments are of the ordinary (plain old sin) kind, and not the extraordinary, i.e. Perfect or partial posession. And what he refers to as posession may more probably be demonic oppression, which is far more common. Viva Christo Rey. Dukes2352atAOL.com.

your a demonologist, damn you know how the job is! People claim to be demonologist, but have you met the women that investigated the Amityville Horror. Now, that women it's a true demonologist, the only one of her kind. I didn't know there was more like her

I agree with some, but by no means all of your story. I'm Roman Catholic and a demonologist. First, demons number is numerous, or legion. One third of all the Holy Angels became demons. Two thousand years of history have clearly demonstrated that demons do specialize, but in a lot more than the seven deadly sins. The old boy probably does have a hand in most mental illnesses. However, the reality of mental illness is undeniable. You mention nothing of the use of sacramentals, i.e. Holy water, blessed salt, receipt of the Sacraments, and recitation of the Rosary. These are MOST effective when dealing with the demonic. Also, be careful not to confuse ordinary sin / bad behavior with posession. Actually, what you referred to is called transient posession. In theory, deamons can hop from person to person, but via 'The Work', I've observed that is not the norm. It conflicts with what I've encountered and long years of Church history in this arena. God bless. Dukes2352atAOL.com.

I'm a Christian myself and this story humiliates my faith. I feel sadened, by the lack of judgment you have to people that have disorders. If your going to be pastor, it's wise that you must help them. Yeah, pray people, that helps. Hope they feel better and stuff like that. With a little help of medication that can succeed along with prayer. You know all through history it's always been a battle between science and faith. They must work together in situations like this. I agree with most of everyone comments. Not all people that have disorders are demon possessed. Some people can't help it and some people can't stop it.
Demon can be everywhere, anytime, anyplace, so I know where you coming from, but why would demons enter a human body that is not even healthy. If I was a demon, I would possess a healthy one. Satan has no time for weak sould, he wants the healthy and delicious ones. Ofcourse, I'm being a jokester when I said that, but it's true. Either way god bless and be don't think people are demon possessed, christians are no better than they are, oh and see this movie called Legion, it will open your eyes a little more about angels and God himself.

Tom,
I respect the fact that you're publishing and conveying your beliefs about demonology, however (as a Roman-Catholic), I would have to say that I disagree with numerous points of this particular account, namely the eight demons e.g. Scizophrenia, addiction etc. Etc. When classing these baheaviours/situatuations as demonic; you should keep in mind that God created no-one perfect; even Jesus himself was imperfect to a degree (the outburst of anger in the exploited temple and the whipping and attacking of the traders who were defying the holy place). Ring a bell? These are not demonic attributes, they are simply imperfections which materialized within our persons at the time of our creation. God gave us these imperfections so that we can continuously better ourselves as children of God.
Keeping (in my view); the discrepancies, in mind. It was still a delight to read.
May God be with you.

I have been around people that seemed possessed by evil spirit/demon but that was few and far between. I have also seen demons but very rarely. I try to focus on the positive and love everyone. Love conquers the deepest darkness. I was raised Christian Science and Science of Mind (yes I believe in going to doctors) and I believe there are many paths to finding God. I find some of what you say insightful, but at the same time it worries me how much you focus on demon possession. I think that what you believe you will receive. Best not to dwell on such a negative subject too much or you may actually attract demons to you instead of getting rid of them. I pray that the white light of God surrounds and protects me before I go to sleep and it makes me feel safe and secure and I don't have any trouble with negative entities when I do this before bed. I have a completely different approach to make malicious spirits disperse then you do and it works wonders for me and I found out how to do it by praying one night while I was being attacked spiritually.
I wonder if you even read these comments...
Love to you,

You can't be a pastor if you do not do intensive research and rational reasoning. It's more like you're manipulating others to see through your perspective or perhaps this is just your own which I duly respect but strongly disagree. I pity your ex girlfriends. They should be better off with a better man who shows care, love, concern and understanding them. Isn't Christian's all about LOVE? How can you be one when this is lacking in you and to top it off, negative thinking which is negative energy and going by your theory, derives from Satan right? So maybe you too are possessed? That's ridiculous man come on work out a better, convincing and a sensible theory OK?

See Doctors do not look into us people as being possesed. They are all about science and fact. There are people who do need meds but I have been to 3 doctors for help thinking I was ill. 2 of them said I was bi-polar and schizo. The 3rd Doc said I was only ADHD and to study up on ghost. He said that might help. Well I had already been doing so at that time. I then told him what all that was going on in my life. See I have been haunted by my dead grandfather which was a very evil man in his breathing life. He is now a demon or he works for the devil. Not really sure on how to put it but his name is Frank Ellington and he was killed by my aunt because he came to kill my mom and my uncles. He beat them and raped them as children. Well he was killed before I was born. To make this long story short he still walks the earth and he is just as evil now as he was alive. He comes to me alot. I even think he never leaves me. He has hit me in my face pulled my hair. He has shown himself to me. He was a person but had a green tint to him. Touched me and talked to me. He said at one time he will be back for me. I just know I am crazy but I am not. I do not need meds and never will. I think there are people who do but not all of us are bi-polar or schizo. We may not have them in us but they are all around and help us to be upset. We weak ones are who gets possesed but family will know if its illness or possesed. Trust me I do know. My life I hate because of the gift I have or the hauntings that rule my life. I guess is what I was really saying is People look at ghost as science and try to find facts but really they just need to read the bible and hope evil will not haunt them. So no matter what all others say you are right in some ways. The only thing you didn't say was people have a choice to pick being angry or sad. Its up to us to med our selfs up to take away the pain. Only God can. If he doesn't it is because you are doing right and the evil ones will do all they can to bring you down.

I would just like to say that as a Christian who actually had a demon in her for up to a year after I got saved, that your comments and understanding are not well informed. I strongly encourage you to get your understanding for demons, how to bind them etc and who they can enter from the bible and not simply from other christians and/or books they have written. There are a LOT of christians out there that don't know what they are talking about. Some of what you said was right, but much was out of line with scriptures.
A person who habitually lies, or has anger issues, turning red in the face at mention of the bible etc., does not necessarily have a demon. I did none of those things, but I DID have a demon. I even had a mans voice speak through my vocal chords once.
For all of you unbelievers out there, I just will say this. Science and medicine come up with all kinds of explanations for sicknesses, diseases, mental conditions etc, but they may also be seeing symptoms of demonic interferance. I know demons are real, not only did I have one in me, and when it was kicked out, felt it leave, but the things it caused to happen in my mind and life went away with it. Here is my thought on this. For those who will acknowlede the POSSIBILITY that demons exist and that they can influence things in this world: I think it is highly possible that what doctors & scientists see in mental disorders as regarding chemical imbalances etc., could possibly be a result of demonic activity. This is to say that yes, there is a chemical imbalance, but what CAUSED that chemical balance is the question here.
I KNOW that God and demons, angels are real... I could tell you stories you would not believe, but they are true life. My brother got thrown across a room by a demon right in front of my eyes when he was only two feet away from me about 5 minutes after swearing at a spirit via the ouija board.
Though I do not believe that they can jump into people at will, it is entirely true that they can exert influences on people, and can get into people who are doing things that allow this to happen. Drugs can lead to it, though not always. Occult practices, trying to communicate with the dead, all kinds of things. This is why God has forbidden certain practices, because they are actually participation with unclean, ie evil, spirits. Those spirits are angels who rebelled against God, that we now call demons.
I am well aware that this is a controversial subject, on many levels, and I don't expect non-christians to understand or believe any of this, but demons, God and angels are real.
Again, Tom, I strongly encourage you to read the word of God prayerfully, pray God will guide you into all Truth and lead you out of error, and use His word as your guide, not the writings and conversations of other christians. You don't have to say "by the blood of Jesus", or "by the cross" and you do not have to know the name of the devil that you are rebuking. You also don't say "I rebuke you" I did this once and it did absolutely nothing for the poor girl that had the demon. However, I have seen demons respond to the authority of Jesus Name when it is a true Christian, born by the Spirit of God using that authority.
You simply tell them to stop doing whatever it is they are doing, or to leave, get out, etc., in the name of Jesus Christ. That is the biblical example and it has worked for me whenever I have encountered demons in life. It doesn't happen everyday, but it does from time to time, and at those times it has been clear that they were there, not just the idea that they might be. Pray that God will give you the gift of discerning of spirits and that He will guide you in your efforts to help people
I am appreciative of your desire to help people, just praying for you that you will do it in knowledge and Truth, rather than based more on other peoples teachings.
God Bless & Keep you & lead you into all Truth
P.s. Are you sure you are Born of the Spirit of God? You never mentioned how you came to this place in Him other than you started praying.
There is much more to being born by the spirit than simply believing and praying. If you want to know more, please see my testimony (in two parts) at http://www.myspace.com/heavendreamr - feel free to message me there as well.
I welcome comments from others via the myspace website I just listed as well, but please keep it friendly.

for someone who claims they have been "born-again" and that most if not all mental disorders and other items you listed as deamons... You should stop and truely take a look in the mirror.
Personal opnions aside, expressing all that you have in this expression of yours, makes me sorry that such a deluded person exists, free to roam the streets. No, I am not fighting with you, either on your personal beleifs or on your belief/faith in God, but your other non-senceitcal ideals that you use to label other people as "demon possesed". It is insulting and demeaning, cruel and shows that you are not as "high of a spiritual person" as you believe you are.
You are insulting on many levels, to many people, both of your faith (christianity) and most others. One can hope that you will never be judged by the same set of crazy lies you have come to see as your truth. Since I don't follow your chosen god, but fully believe in his existance, I hope he offers you the full amount of forgivness you believe he will, for judge not others as you would like to be judged.
It may be your personal beleifs, but have you never heard the saying, "If you have no kind words, then speak none"?
In my personal opnion, you have some serious mental issues that you have used your re-emgerance into your faith as a catch-all scape-goat for all that plaqued you in your earlier years. There are several medical reasons why you may have had a 6-month laspe with little to no sleep, but never once did you state you went and visited any doctor to be checked up.
I hope your life is a rich and fullfilling one and I dearly hope that none of my friends and family ever cross your path.

I am really speachless here! I don't want to be disrespectuful... But I can't find the right words without lol!
I feel it for your ex. A woman who, by your description, was feeling rather down, disapproved of her body (as mamy ladies of all times) and on top of everything, she had you, her boyfriend, who instead of helping her gettin out of her dark period, accussed her of being a demon! Please!
And the other lady who in turn aroused your sexually...hmmm...isn't tha normal? We meet people, some we like, some we don't, some we'd like to friends with and some with just simply would love to get giggy with, make love, have sex, which ever way you'd like to call it! Sex is healthy, it's part of life, that is how you come about!
I think that you suffered (and maybe still do) from depression, which as you left it untreated, resulted in extreme paranoia, disillusion!
Depression is not a sign of weakness, but rather an illness (the brain does not produce some chemicals...) which can be cured through medicine (I don't support that but it works for some people) or by (tried and tested) a new food regime, lots of fun, taking life a bit easier and good people around you!
It appears that you blame all your "weaknesses" on demons...i.e. Lust and depression. Insomnia is that common, especially nowadays, when pressure to be this and that is very high.
The deadly sins you mentioned are just factors of life, which have a positive and a negative i.e. The positive of sloth is lay-back...there are lots of books that explore the science of the mind, give it a try. Your views seems to be rather bias...
I am really sorry that you feel this way. Life is to be fully enjoyed! Seeing demons entering and exiting people bodies? The mind see what we want it to see!
All the best, I hope you get out of it asap 😠 🤔

This is a good story, but for you to judge those who have depression as demonic possecion makes me to believe you have post tramatic stress syndrom of somekind... People deal with situations differently. An it sounds if someone doesn't have the same opinon as you are of the devil... Not true... Maybe Gods messingers are trying to tell you differently but you will not use the tools or lift the vail so you can see. Best of luck and blessings

Okay, I am going to try to sound as disrespectful as I can.
I, myself am a Christian. But I do not think that you have the Devil possessing you if you have any of the list you gave, especially the illnesses and diseases that many people cannot physically control, many are brought on by something that has happened in their life.
If you have lust, or anything along the lines of that, it is known that God gave us free will. Free will does not equal the devil being inside you.
Everybody makes mistakes.
You are making it sound as if you have to be perfect to not be possessed by the Devil...
Sorry if this sounds disrespectful, I don't mean it to come across as so.
Take care

Also, most of the people I have seen go "red in the face" when discussing religion are the ones preaching the oldschool fire & brimstone. Those who would force their opinion onto others as the "truth".
So much as even question their "good word" & you'll see a demon alright!
Not that you are being forcefull in anyway, but your attempt to use your "testimonial" & bring others into your fold, your 15th centuray way of thinking, by praying on scared individuals who log into this site is tacky at best.
(unless you really beileve you are right, in which case refer to my previous post below.)
In that case you would actually believe you are helping... Some way.
Well intentioned although illconceived as it may be.

Ya know...
The characteristics of as well as delusions there of mental illness are often mistaken by the mentally ill individual as the "soul truth" rather than as a matter of opinion.
Therefore, fundamentalism could very well be a mark of mental illness.
It's something to think about, Tom.
Especially since your opinion is that mental illness is actually demonic possession.
(Yes, I said "opinion")
So who is really possesed?
Maybe Joan left you with a few remnants of her personality dissorders.
I don't even know why I'm bothering to post.
Because in my OPINION...
You are coo coo for coacoa puffs.
(Not that I don't believe in demons or possesion, you're just so way totally off.)

Ok, I am going to try to be really respectful of your beliefs and such, and try not to come off as cold and heartless. First, I'm a bit miffed how you take mental illness to be a demon. As a psych major, I kind of have more of a perspective on this than someone who majored in Business. I don't mean to sound like a smart- but this is my area of expertise. Most mental illnesses are caused by chemical imbalances. Sometimes that can be from drug abuse (my ex's father became schizophrenic because he was a coke addict) or from genes. Addiction can be caused by genetics as well (Say one has an addictive personality) None of this has to do with demons or the devil. This is not a black and white issue. These people will not get better because of prayer (though it helps in some cases) They sometimes need medication and they most certainly need therapy, not an exorcism. They are ill, not possessed. Frankly, that is a very 15th century view to hold
Second, Your lack of sleep could easily be from stress. You released your stress by becoming a christian, possibly because you were feeling guilty, which caused you lack of sleep. You seem to regret being in a relationship with that girl, and the subconscious effects probably got the better of you. This is a mere analysis, seeing as how I have never met you I can only speculate. Though you seem to beat yourself up over a relationship outside of marriage. I guess seeing as how I am not a Christian this does not seem huge. I have slept in the same bed as my ex-partner and unless he was snoring (which was a lot) I slept like a baby. Earplugs helped with the snoring... But I digress, many people have been in pre-marriage relationships and have not had any troubles like the one you describe.
Third, all of the personality traits you list as someone who could be possessed, these are just general vague shifts. Everyone is angry, aloof, or unfriendly sometimes. I know my moods shift depending on my current emotional state. Frankly I have been more on the cool and anti-social side all weekend, for good reasons. This does not mean I am possessed. I am dealing with emotional issues that every one of us goes through. Everyone goes through our moods when we are uncaring, cold, depressed, blue, anxious, or any of those other things on that list. That's what I like to call life.
Fourthly, your ex seems to me a deeply troubled girl who is in serious need of a therapist.
I know these are only your opinions, but I really needed to clarify some things here. Sorry but the mental illness thing set off this little booklet. Sorry for the long comment.
Peace

I don't agree with anything in this post. The person sees demons everywhere even when it's just people being people.

i just have to say that everything tom wrote about can be explained by science and medicine, and the going red in the face crap when your angry, how many people does that happen to, a lot I'd say I't doesn't mean your possesed.
And I am suprised at the amount of people who actually agree with him.

I just knew that this entry would be totally incoherent just by reading the first paragraph.
I strongly disagree with you, and I believe you are a very disturbed person: seeing "demons" everywhere you go, accussing the mentally-ill of being possessed? And you're about to become a Pastor? Come on, man, you've got to be kidding me.

i agree with you completley! Your entry is very insightful
I believe that I have a friend who is demon posessed and it's so very sad. If this guy was as devoted to christ as he is to darwinism and marajuana, he would be one of Jesus's greatest followers.
What's odd is that something in my gut has always told me without a doubt that I will see him in heaven one day. I don't know how but I just will.
I've never been one to evangilize but one night while watching TV, I felt the urge to tell him that God loves him and that one day he would be a believer. I grabbed his hand and stared him straight in the eye. I said to him, "Sonny, God wants me to tell you that he loves you. One day you will come back to him and I will see you in heaven..." He stared at me and tears began running down his face. He said that he could feel a definate energy flowing from my hand to his. I could feel it too. It was the feeling that I get in church during worship. I told him that it was the holy spirit. He said that he had never felt that way before and that maybe there was something beyond this life.
I saw a lost boy, trapped within himself dying to get out, but something was keeping him trapped.
I let go of his hand. Two minutes later he said to me, "I was lying when I said I could feel something. I F****ing hate jesus christ..." about 30 seconds passed and he said it again. Then to minutes later he said it again. Almost reassurig himself that he couldn't believe it.
Earlier that night I was stung by a scoirpion outside. Later that night when we went to the pool, it was there again. My friend sonny jumped in the air and stomped on it.
After reading a book on expelling demons, a bible verse was listed something along the lines of
You will trample over snakes and scoirpions in the name of god.
This gave me hope.

I think you're headed in basically the right direction, though, like other people have mentioned before, you need to study the Bible more on your own and see what it says. Don't just take the word of someone as truth just because they say they are a Christian.
The main thing I would disagree with you on is your definition of being demon possessed and the examples of what qualifies as such. People with many of the characteristics you mentioned aren't necessarily possessed by a demon, but more likely have just had their minds well conditioned over time by one. I'm sure full blown demon possession still occurs today, but not as many instances as that you might think.
For this area of study I would recommend the classic "Screwtape Letters" by C.S. Lewis. I must be honest that I find the book a bit boring at times, but still is a excellent insight on the working of demons in our lives.

There are medical illnesses that can be explained with science, genetics, something that is truly out of your control and has nothing to do with being good or bad. What I believe can happen, and has happen is that some of these spirits, ghost, demons or the like can influence bad behaviors, making you angry maybe even fearful for no apparent reason.
No one really has all the answers to these questions of where do we draw the line between science and the supernatural.
In my experiences and talking with different people. I have met Medical Doctors that have experienced the supernatural and have had enough understanding to know the difference. They realize when they have been held down by something at night or on another night when it was just a dream. Because they have a reputation to deal with they will not come out and tell everybody.
Stay open to ideas, we are always learning but remember that these entities probably influence bad behaviors or the like because in essence they mean to do us harm. Whereas characteristics like anger, depression, anxiety are a part of life, it has always been and will always be the world we live in.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with your conclusions. Just because someone is angry or depressed does not mean they are possesed.
The reason some poeple certain health problems (ie: bipolar disorder) is not because they are bieng possesed it is a chemical inbalance.
Dont jump to conclusions, It's an easy answer to say "oh, your just possesed" that's like answering a little childs questions by saying "well, because God did it that way"
Your not creating any solutions, your saying all of our problems come from demons, I disagree.

I'm sorry if you take this wrong, but your whole story doesn't add up. I have done a lot of research on demons / ghosts, etc. True demons can take control of a person, but not as likely. You may experience something demonic, but however a possession isn't something you see daily! Especially on ' everyone ' you know.
Your ideas on demons is way out there, I don't know who these people are that you have talked to, but I believe you need to do some research and not just take someone's word for it. Read the bible, understand the bible. Talk to a REAL priest, get their opinion. Do more research, find the right answer. Talk to God.
You said these are signs of a demon
1. Lust
2. Anger
3. Any and all mental illness
4. Depression
5. Anxiety
6. Fear (panic)
7. Schizophrenia
8. Bi-Polarism
For one... Lust is a sin.
Anxiety and Depression can be helped with a doctors help. Depression doesn't mean a demon has taken over the body. Different people have different stages of depression, depending on how life is treating them, etc
Schizophrenia and the other mental problems are something people can't help.
Actually all of that is something that people have no control over.
Fear?Where does fear have anything to do with the devil? Dont you
Think the devil isn't afraid of anything? Think about that a minute.
Anger... Doesn't everyone get mad at times, even to the point it is ANGER!
Everyone does... Its part of life.
Seems to me that you think all those people you have named, your ex grlfriend, a co-worker, and the cab driver are demons. They all turned red in the face, hmmm that's NOT a sign of the devil. If they had told you " hey let's meet up tonight, we are having a party, but only you have to wear this uniform I give ya, its just tradition. And they try to get you to do things that the devil may have done, such as killing for fun, drinking blood, etc, then I might say that was somewhat connected to the devil.
If you are a strong person nothing will control you. Also if your a person who watches and study people you will know who you can trust and who you cant.
There are some christians who experience demonic things, some who claim to have been possessed, doing things they normally wouldn't do. Why are these people ' possessed ' were they demons all along? I think not.
So next time you talk to your ' friends ' maybe you should give them a little test, asking them questions, study them, see how true they are to the bible. And you should do some research and learn what a demon is.
As a matter of fact if you like you can email me and I will give you a link to my webpage on paranormal. Read and learn some people's experiences and I think I will also make a new topic there " WHAT IS A DEMON ", see what everyone's reply is to that. Sometimes people think they know things, and really you can never stop learning. You are 25 years old, and still have a long life ahead of you, I recommend that you do some researches and get facts / documents of what a demon is. You decide then what you feel is the truth. I'm not trying to make you believe different, but I just think that you have a lot to learn. Rednkgrl2004 (at) yahoo (dot) com

hmm that is one way to belive. I am a beliver in jesus but I must say that what you are saying here is a little of I recomend that you studdy medical sience and that you read the bible whit the help of the holy spirit.
Most mental illness can be explaind by doctors it is the balance of the brain that couses most mental illness but it is true that not all mental illness can be explained Schizophrenia is one off them. Anger is a reaction the body have to things that happens to it. But demon possesion is somthing that also can be discoverd by tecnologi. But you say that all demonic forces are the devil but that's not true a demon is a cast out angel like the devil but not an arc angel. A demon can not posses a new born in jesus but it can kill you. It is rare that possesons acure but it do somtimes but it is true that demons wander in this world but it is not true that they have no fhysical form. A demon can take humen form if it helps them preform the task they have been sent to do

I like your article. My mom taught me a lot about rebuking, casting out, and binding up demons in the name of Jesus. One of my favorite prayers though, is after binding up some thing, "whats bound on earth is bound in heaven, what's loosened in heaven, is loosened on earth. After saying that, I always feel protected, like he loosened his protection onto me. I know some of the demons you talk about, from some of the stuff I went through in the past. I really like this article, cause it covers a lot of ground on what I've learned.

Tom,
I too am here to help people about what they experienced, it sounds like you have a lot of knowledge regarding Demons since you are studying to be a Pastor and with your influence of people (teachers) on this topic. Thank you for bringing insight into Rebuking the evil, I do not think all illness are from evil, although I do understand the point you are making. On your quest for truth please be open minded, everyone is so different just as their experiences in life. God Bless You, After reading you Article I have some things that came to mind I will think about. Take Care. V III.

Paggark, What and how you believe is up to you. Not going to church doesn't make you any less a christian than someone who does. It is what is in your heart that matters. Just like, because you believe in the paranormal doesn't make you evil. All paths lead to the divine, some just take detours along the way. Now back to the SPOOKY stuff.
Peace, Love, and Luck be with you.

Is it possible for me to be christain even if I don't go to church every sunday? I trully believe in Jesus and the almighty God himself in my heart, I also believe that I am born half of God's child and the Devils as well. My life has been believing in both father of good and evil but mostly in my father of light, life and love. I know God will protect me from all evil in life but he can't always protect me which he test me to see if I can protect myself.
I remeber reading from some book (which I forget) about the seven deadly sins called
1) Lust
2) Wrath
3) Envy
4) Pride
5) Gluttney (eating alot)
6) Sloth (laziness)
7) Greed
these are the only deadly sins I know that the demon like to possess in the humans body. I believe that I have them but most of the time I just cancel all these sins to help out others then myself but I also believe that there is something out there that would want to take me further away from my light into the darkness where I'll be trapped until I am safed by my father. When I feel like I'm in danger I sing to my father and my brother to help me feel safe then being taken away from them. The only time I go to Church is during christmas and the first sunday of a new year.
Hope I didn't confuse you with all this 😳 I intend to blab about one thing and then another. Sorry 😳

This is a strong testimony. I am a strong believer of Jesus Christ our Savior. I do agree with this demon thing. Demons try to control things in our lives as we progress further along the path of Righteousness to the Kingdom of God. This is something to think about this article.

I started praying and my grandmother (whom tried to stop my mother from getting me to give my life to jesus, but failed) came and tried to make me stop praying and freaked out and said that I sould stop 'with this nonsense' with a look that made me scared, and when I said that there is a demon inside of her and that it is not her that is talking and she said that she wasn't a the demon but I was the demon, I've gotten her permission to pray for her and are currently doing so.

um,im sorry but I think you are really over reaccting, soo everyone gets mad sometimes it doesn't mean there the devil, you no there's devil in us and there's jesus in us, you have to pray and respect gods wishes to get rid of that devil, don't let yourself get taken over by this beast, be the best you you can be. And let god guide you on the way, just take it easy ok, god bless you and good luck with life.

I too have enjoyed your epistle, however I must agree with Amnaangel, Tina, and "okay"...as well as some of the others here. I have had demons try to "get me" in my sleep - sounds really weird but it happens. BUT! As a Christian we know that Jesus Christ is stronger than any devil. All we have to do at that instant is say a little prayer. * I ask protection of your holy Spirit, Father God, and in Jesus' name I rebuke this demon. *
Constantly seeking to find the bad in others is a waste of precious time. Instead, we are to love one another. After all, God is love. His spirit is that of compassion and forgiveness. He does not focus on our short-comings, he sees the good we try to do and He helps us to do good when we ask Him. It is more important to pray to Him "Do everything with love", St. Paul. By loving and praying and reaching out to others, Being other-centered, like working in a soup kitchen, visiting folks in a nursing home who have nobody, this is the blessing of the risen Christ(instead of being self-focused and always discerning who has a demon). My suggestion would be that you ask God to humble you, pray for His will to be done in your life, and ask him to help you love others. He will. Ever read the prayer of St. Francis of Assissi? It ends with these three lines: "for it is in giving that we receive, it is in loving that we are loved, and in dying that we are born again into eternal life..." A peaceful prayer filled with hope. Check it out!

I just read your article, I believe you are right in many ways. I believe there is a demon(s) in our apartment, and it is trying to scare my roommate, I am not afraid of it because I believe Jesus Christ Almighty, Father of Heaven, Earth, and the Whole Universe, who shed his blood for all our sins, is my protector, my guard, my life. My other roommate has been noticing that strange events were happening in the house, and when we were talking about it recently, it happened more. I boldly exclaimed to both of my roommates last week that I am NOT afraid. That night itself, I woke up with the feeling that someone was trying to push me into my pillow and bed, I quickly turned around and started swinging, and I said "yea though I walk through the valley in the shadow of death I FEAR NO EVIL", then the feeling stopped, and I went back to sleep... No problem. Have fear and faith in God, trust me, he GOT YOUR BACK, NO DEMON WILL MESS WITH YOU! Faith in Jesus Christ will bring you peace, and happiness. If I didn't have Jesus, I don't know what I would do!

i actually believe people without much sin experience demonic encounters, as what enjoyment and gain can satan get from tormenting a sinner as they are already one of his, so its easyier fro him to attack the good and try to take them from god. So I disagree with what you are saying, and you obviously don't understand spiritualism in the context that it should be understood.

Man, you belong in a mental facility or something. You are CRAZY! So I guess everyone is supposed to believe what you believe right? Or else we are all doomed, well if I never feel the way you do about people in general I will be that much better off. I would say God bless but I truely believe even he is wondering what you are thinking.

What I find interesting is how easy it is for one to forget their own demons and focus on others. How about the demon of alcoholism?
What exactly is the definition of sinner? One who is possessed by demons or one who makes poor choices? In order to receive forgiveness I would think it would have to be the latter so that one could realize that they've made a poor choice and ask for forgiveness instead of blaming it on something/someone (demon) else.
Take alcholism for example... Does one simply rebuke the demon (to hell with the twelve steps!) or does one accept the fact that they made a poor choice, ask for forgiveness and then have the courage to follow the 12 step program with God's help and have the courage to be healed?

Wow,
You are right your point of view is something. My suggestion to you would be to let the doctors determine if someone is suffering from depression or bipolar disorders. I am glad that you have found Jesus and that, that is what worked for you. But by putting in your story the symptoms of a possesion the way you have, you make it sound as if almost everyone on earth is possessed by a demon. I have no doubt that demons are real and that they do cause major problems, but they are not the cause of all problems. No disrespect entended, but what you "MAY" have done, and I am not saying you did, is to cause a possible reader here to turn away from seeking proper medical attention in to thinking that they are possessed by a demon. I don't presume to have all the answers to all the paranormal happenings in the world, but I do know that some people need profesional help.

I was quite interested while reading this, I am Bi-polar, and do feel as though I am possessed, because I always remember my out bursts and know that it is me doing this, I believe that if there were a demon playing a role in all of this then there would be large parts of what happens that I would not remember...
And I am not trying to disprove your theory, but to me it sound like Joan may be Bi-polar with severe psycosis, and possibly epilepsy, has she seen a doctor, to see what could be wrong?
Please message me or e-mail me.
Very in theresting.
Thanx.

well I have to admit that I am really happy for you that you're a christian but I have to say that you did kind of over do it. I think more along the lines of the devil puts ideas in your head such as (if youre depressed) hey no one loves you, you're better off gone... Etc stuff along those lines. But even then they ARE mental illnesses and its not fair to say that they are so called possesed. It looks like you are judging people a lot by things that happen to everyone. You would be lying if you said you never get mad an angered... I know of pastors who do, and I know they're not possesed. God makes the shots, so leave it up to him... And honestly being over religous is a form of ocd and paranoia and all those things you talked about. Not to mention I am a christian and I believe in God and Jesus and all that but as a girl I completely see where someone would get mad if they spilt things on their clothes, you can't say I'm demom possesed because I'm mad at myself for staining a new shirt...
either way I wish the best in life and I hope you become a little more accepting

I am not particularly religious but I do believe in God and I have read the bible so I have to tell you that you've proven my point on being too religious. It's not our place to judge people and you can look that up in the bible buddy. With all of the illnesses that you've outlined it means that I really don't know of anyone that wasn't or isn't possessed. I have to say that my opinion and only my opinion is that the illnessed that God bestows on people so that others learn compassion and kindness have been taken completely into another realm by your beliefs so his lesson is completely lost.

I have enjoyed reading the experiences of others on this site for the better part of the year. I have never commented on anyone's post until now. I really felt that this post was way out of place here. With all due respect, many of the traits you mention of a so-called "demon possessed" people, in my opinion, are nothing more than a product of a bad upbringing and product of society. You mentioned your ex-girlfriend several times in a negative way, calling her a demon. Shame on you for divulging her personal information to make yourself look more of a saint. You should not talk so openly about someone else's private matters/sins. You should instead pray for her in that she receives God's help in her own life and not spreading malicious gossip. Since it seems that you couldn't help her find a better way in life, at least you could pray for her. Furthermore, just because someone makes you lustful or questions you about your research doesn't necessarily make them demons as you think the cab driver and Tina are. Just because someone gets upset that they spilled something on their clothes doesn't make them a demon. Women are more typically careful than men about what they wear and like to look nice most of the time, there's nothing wrong with that. Tina is just being an ordinary woman as far as I'm concerned. Keep in mind and in heart that God made each and everyone of us different, you can't expect everyone to fit your perfect mold of a born again Christian. We all face our personal struggles in this life which include addictions, obsessions and disorders. No one is perfect in this world and not everyone who is not perfect is necessarily a demon. Your post sounded too much like an advertisement to be a born-again Christian. May God have mercy on you and guide you.

I am also christian and also believe that people are possessed by demons some are possessed due to up bringing such as molestations alcholism so forth and so on, see when the devil attacks he attacks the head which is mom and dad so then he has free space with children but grater is he that is within me than he that is out in the world
we serve a mighty God not a ficticious God and I do believe in ancestrial curses we need to plea the blood of our Lord Jesus to save us from iniquity from our four fathers and he will do it Praise The Lord

thank you so much!
I have known some aspect of people's personality changes. I am very sensible, feeling strange uncomfortable emotion around people. Seeing through their eyes, specially and feeling vibes, as if I know who they are, they know who I am, and what I am feeling. I sence their malicious beings.
Believe me, it's so uncomfortable being with these kind of people.
It is better to ignore them, do not have any kind of communication nor acquantance. Just leave and not think about them. Go on with your life and pray always the lord is on your side.
Take care,
Rose
