Comments for Scary Ouija Board Experience And Repercussions: Page 1

Yeah, I am a thrill seeker as well, but I tell you, this is one buzz that simply was not worth the challenge.
I certainly am not one to tell someone not to use a board (Good point there, Lisa. Newbies say "play", and users say "use". Because there IS a difference). I am USUALLY the one that says there is not so much a difference than using any other form of communication with an entity that we do not know.
However (yep, those of you who know me KNEW this was coming); I should THINK, that had a few of my friends appeared shaken up after THEIR experience, I would NOT have used peer pressure to insist that they go for it again.
BAD form.
The Spirits of the board pay attention. They know who to "pick off", and they did it. They specifically TOLD you (using three separate questions to make their point CLEAR) that you were about to open a whole new kettle of worms ("open you give"), and you all went ahead anyway. You were UNQUESTIONABLY told that YOU would OPEN the door and GIVE them room to roam.
Curiosity killed the cat. How many lives do YOU have?
Forgive me if this seems a bit harsh. This is usually not the stand I take on Ouija use, but this time, there were distinct warnings. You all COULD have backed out.
The first warning was the girls. They DID not want to partake.
The second warning was the spirit telling you what you were about to do.
The third warning was Doug's computer. If it is NOT possible, there is a REASON for it to do what you all witnessed it doing.
The fourth warning was the foxy. If he had NEVER shown acts of aggression, and he went for his owners THROAT, and succeeded... Uh, NEON sign of warning.
The fifth warning was when you state "I knew something was wrong". If you KNEW, that was your Guide TELLING you that Dodge was NOT the city to be in.
I could go on, as there were MANY warnings to stop the shenanigans, but all were unheeded.
You NEED to close the session.
The last "real" occurrence was two weeks ago. Go back and fix the mess you, and your friends, got yourselves into.
This is NOT a game, my friend.

Your experience with the radio in paragraph 10 "rang a bell" with me immediately.
The radio voice you describe probably had a strong tone of insinuation to it; someone who knows what's happening in your life is talking to you about it via the radio--that's the feeling. The voices can also be sarcastic.

I had the same experience a long time ago while in Chicago, though not in connection with a Ouija event.
The radio voices even answered questions I asked aloud and made comments on my private life which no one would know about but me since I was living alone.

There's a scientific explanation for most everything, but an event like that transcends merely scientific conclusions. It has to be experienced to be appreciated.

Thanks for the story, and I hope you make good decisions about your supernatural curiosities from now on. Your decisions in these matters can have longterm effects, as you may know. 😐

Better yet, if I read the story correctly the 'spirit' asked "open you give"... Questions were then asked... Which confirmed 'opening the portal' and then YOU asked if you could leave, one by one... No one closed the board, you asked and 'received' permission from the 'spirit' you had contacted. This is not so good.

Simo, please, please go back to your friends house, say a prayer or 3 (or 4...) and then 'close' the board. If it's a 'game board' sold in store it will have directions on how to 'end the session'. (this should close the board). This will 'help' put an end to things, BUT this 'spirit' has attached itself to you and possibly your friends, ask them if they are still experiencing strange things.

You rea;lly need to be praying for divine intervention. Obviously, simply standing up to what ever came from the opened portal is not backing down either.

Well, Simo, how's that "buzz" working out for you now? Are you enjoying the chaos you're experiencing? Or is the chaos part of the buzz? And the question of the day -- Are you going to "play" with the Ouija again? (An interesting footnote here: Anyone ever notice that the newbies tend to say "play" with the Ouija, but those of us in-the-know say "use" the Ouija? And then, few of us recommend "using" the Ouija, anyway, for obvious reasons.) Good luck, Simo. I think you're going to need it.
