I understand your anger, DUnknown, but please do not fall into the same trap by doing exactly the same thing it is that you are angry at Vox for doing.
We ARE trying to change this site back to how it was, it will be a process, and possibly slow, but we ARE working on it. Discrimination is not acceptable. This is the Internet, we will get all races and countries.

Both of you, please check out the addition to the start page. A sentence right after the statement that says it is recommended that you be 13 to enjoy this site. It states "To keep a certain level of maturity and credibility on this site, moderators may delete comments that are deemed too juvenile, inappropriate or troublesome, to their discretion."
If THIS line of commenting goes much further, it WILL be deemed "troublesome".

So you are skeptic as you've told from your story. You want to know how skeptic I am and try to criticize about your story, VoxMortuus? Your story is very well written like there's no flaw on it, but I realized that you're story is like a book where the author tries to run his imagination wild. I suppose the author doesn't really understand what's going on. In fact, he might not know what is real or what's not? So one night, he sat down infront of his computer and typed away... Thus making his first fictitious story-about a deceased teenager and a drive-thru freak. That's how skeptic I am if that's the way you want to put it. To all moderators, I am citing this one as an example although his comment was too harsh and quite personal for he pointed and named some countries.

And VoxMortuus, it is getting tiresome as well reading all of the derogatory statements and rude comments calling out the authors. Take a look around the site and notice the few changes that are now in place. It WILL clear up. It DOES take time. There are OTHER ways to make your opinion known, and this is the least acceptable.
LET the author answer the questions provided before slamming the door. There MAY be an explanation that DOES have to do with the different religions in different regions.
Give it time.

Ummmm... Excuse me, VoxMortuus. I am catholic and I am from the Philippines. Dont say that this kind of stories are fictions because they aren't. First of all, ghosts are NOT ONLY available in one place or in one country. Don't try also to tell that this are spam or whatever you wanted to say. People have the right to share their stories here, so try to respect it. FYI, it's a retreat usually done by seniors and juniors in our country, where they seek guidance, enlightenment, self-awareness, acceptance and forgiveness. Why are you so mad at my country? You don't have the right to criticize other people if you don't want to be criticized in return. Just that you don't know anything pertaining about a particular something, you have the right to judge it and conclude unreasonable. You can ask or question them but to say like this thing is unacceptible.

OK, What? I am lost on a word meaning, I guess. You are Catholic (a least this retreat was of the Catholic faith) and the youth group leader, the teacher was called a "master"?
Wow.
In ALL of my years of Catholicism, catechism classes and the like, NO ONE of the Catholic faith was ever called a master, save for... The Master (of ALL, that is).
Was the group from your church the only group in this retreat? I ask as I am trying to discern how you could see a pale little girl in a nightie, and not know her, and even ask a friend if SHE saw her.

See, now this MUST be one of those instances in which the country determines the practices of a religion...
Are you SURE that your retreat leader (sorry, I can not bring myself to call him a master) told you (in a Catholic retreat) that there WERE ghosts roaming about AND he was SERIOUS and NOT trying to scare a pack of teens?
If I were so scared because I was hearing sounds that would have rivaled those in a mass assassination, ("We could also hear shouts and screams...") I would bet my bottom dollar that I would NOT have kept silent. You would have heard my screams right along with the phantom ones. ESPECIALLY if my head were under the covers and I could not SEE what was going on.

well it wasn't the master that made all of us cry, it was the session. The session was about confessing your sins against your parents, and to write a letter of all the things you want to say to your parents that sorta made us cry. The religion is Catholic. He said he wasn't trying to scare us and that he was telling the truth, but it gave us the creeps.

I will second that question: what sort of "holy retreat" are we talking about here? Also, it sounds like the master was trying to scare you all into being in bed by midnight.

Are you saying your "master" first made you all cry and then scared you? What religion is this?
