Whitebuffalo,I don't think there are any down pat rules to these experiences and I certainly don't claim to be a expert in astral projection, as I pointed out to wardo most of my experiences have been what you call ceiling height, (our realm) I probably should have stated that better in my story as I did anticipate some conjecture of opinion in regards to astral projection,I'm not sure if I'm detecting you have some doubt about my story, but if you are your entitled to your opinion and I respect that.I'm sure there are some very good looking witches around 40, but I don't think there are to many that look hot at a 100 sorry if you took offense to this description, thank you for taking the time to

Wow. I am really impressed. I have never really heard of anyone who was able to astrally project so easily as you have. Three times in one night. Wow. That has GOT to be some kind of record as even my mentor (I know, I am probably giving her too much pedestal space 😊) says she is drained after one "real good experience".

I am going to assume that this "witch" (Sorry, I have an issue with that. I know some really pretty witches) or Old Hag (which, by the way, SOME confuse with the media induced mental image OF a stereotypical "witch") was NOT seen by you before this experience?
This is where I usually leave the question and wait for an answer, but I think I need to explain why I am wondering.
As you well know, as to your personal experience with Projection, there are different planes that we can visit, if we do this right. You can travel in OUR realm (i.e. Your personal home, as in your experience here, or to other parts of the world, BUT in OUR realm) or in the Spiritual realm (Ethereal Travel). I am trying to see if you have somehow meshed the two planes and had a Spiritual visit in the Astral plane. Or even if the travel had begun as an ethereal experience, and turned INTO astral, leaving a spirit through in the "glitch time", as you were again entering our plane of existence.

aussiedaz: It seems like you have a lot of knowledge concerning o.b.e.s...I was wondering if I may e-mail you about a couple of experiences that my son has had just to get some feed back, as I'm not sure if this is what he's experiencing or not... I e-mailed one of the other posters on here but didn't get an answer back, probably because I was rude and didn't ask first if I could! 😊...I realize that you probably don't know all there is to know, but some-one else's opinion may help... Kellbear,My ex was no witch, what I can tell you is that her previous boyfriend was killed in a car accident, I'm sure he was hanging around, although I think this experience was not of his doing... Then again I can't rule it out either? I did have other disturbing experience when I was going out with her, that had nothing to do with out of body.

I have tried astral projection many times and nothing yet. I think it is so awesome you can do that. I love to read about people's experiences when they're "out of their body".

About what you saw, are you sure that your ex is not a witch?

Wardo,you are correct their is a difference between astral project and ceiling height experiences, Mine have mostly being ceiling height. Although on one occasion I was pulled out of my body by something that had to be heavenly, the feeling of euphoria was out of this world, I was afraid to go to far and asked it to take me back, I kept thinking of my family, I honestly think if it wasn't for them I may have not wanted to come back. When I got back to my body I woke up crying, the emotional connection to this experience affected me that much. You also have some other good points thank you.

Cosmogal,You can learn how to astral project for me it happen naturally, but as wardo pointed out their are some nasty energy's out their, I believed I was tricked into believing I was awake and god knows had I totally succumb to fear I think I was in big trouble. My wife is a justice of the peace down here in aus, I showed her this story before I submitted it, all she said was
How could I forget that night. Yeah validation is important for me, cause I do understand how powerful our minds are and I also believe imagination is something that our

I have always wondered how people can leave their bodies while sleeping. Is it something you learn, or is it a special talent that only certain people have? I think it's amazing, but then again I would probably be too chicken to try it. I agree with Wardo in the sense that by you being out of your body, you probably attracted something that was lurking about. So, I do believe what you saw was real and that it was trying to use your energy to bring itself in. (If that makes any sense) LOL! I also think it's great that you got validation from your wife, as her experience was a result of what you did and how many times you walked into the room. Another great story aussiedaz, and thank you for sharing it with us. 😊

First off, I'd like to say that it is quite remarkable how easily you can project. I mean, three times consecutively, and with memories of each one! That is quite profound, and the more you read up on it, it is quite out of the ordinary.

I'm sort of surprised that you never noticed any terrifying creatures while out of your body before. They do lurk, and can be quite unnerving. I know because I have encountered dark blobs and strange unhuman creatures while projecting myself. I quit doing at that point as I felt that I was sort of cheating or meddling in some fashion. I'll have to post that experience, though I don't really think it was paranormal. I just put it off to wild imaginings of my subconscious.

You may want to think about saying some type of spiritual protection prayers before projecting from now on. Ask for guidance from angels and your spirit guides. There are a lot of very interesting experiments that you can try while projecting, for instance have you ever flown while out of body? If not, it seems that you are not quite completely out of body, but maybe mostly or half way at least. Also, I wonder if you've noticed your silver cord connecting you to your body at all? I'm very interested in your experiences and I find them quite profound.

Check your belly button next time and see if you can see your silver cord connecting you to your body. If not, they may just be some pretty vivid lucid dreams. On the other hand, I never did notice my silver cord while projecting, I always forgot to look for at the time. Remember that nothing can hurt you when you are doing this as long as you do it properly. You absolutely need to protect yourself while doing this type of thing, and some bedtime prayers with the help of your mate might help out too.
