Hi Kristina. I dream in color also. I never thought any different. I wonder what that means, whether you dream in color or just in black and white? I do understand what you are going through. I don't know whether it would just happen at home or anywhere you were or not. Maybe you fall asleep at a more comfortable level when you are at home triggering a more relaxed state and causing the paralysis. OR, it could very well be an attack! Go with what Shane has told you and see how that works for you. Thanks for sharing your experiences and keep us updated. ~Shelby ❤ 😊

Kristina, I don't know about others here, but I know I dream in color. You are right I do believe it is more than just sleep paralysis. I usually tell people to burn lavender incense in their room before going to sleep and see if this helps to relieve the problem. That failing to work you could go with white sage, though it doesn't have as pleasant an odor as lavender. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
Peace, Love, and Luck be with you.

I wonder where you have more stress, at school or at home? Doesn't sleep paralysis have something to do with stressfulness too? However, this really kind of sounds like something different too. Maybe a mixture of a few things.
Burn the lavender, as Shane said, and see if that helps out. Whatever happens, keep us posted, please.
Your story does have me wondering about dreams though. Is there a difference in a black and white dream or one in color?
Thank you for your story.
