Aleshanee is a grey talkative cat with beautiful green eyes. Unlike the previous cat in Brazil, Henrique, she is very active while Henrique was quite "cool".
To make this story easier to understand I will be a little detailed, I had another cat previously and had the same name (Yes, Aleshanee. You can see my profile page.) It passed away and I wanted my second cat which looks almost the same, to have a better life, better health.
There was a cat tower that used to "belong to" the previous Aleshanee, until like around 2023. It became quite old and I had to break it down and take it to a recycle station nearby for the present Aleshanee's safety.
Just the night before I took the tower out, Aleshanee was staring at the piled up tower, she was looking at it as if she was wondering what happened to the tower. (Tilting her head right-side and left-side)
Suddenly, Aleshanee ran to the kitchen and stared at something that I could not see. I thought it was a raccoon or some other beast around. Since my chickens were still quite small I was worried about them. I peeked out from the kitchen window. I saw nothing.
I went to the chicken coop and checked the chicks, they were safe, thank god.
I looked around again and headed to the terrace space where I will always hear the chanting (Yes, the area is said to be haunted and yes it is haunted, but its not that bad) thought that there is something to do with it but during daytime it is just a "normal" terrace space.
It might have been an insect... If the weather was warmer... But the weather was freezing (like below 0 degrees Celsius? I don't remember), insect will not be able to move or fly in such temperature.
"Aleshanee?" I called. The cat starts murmuring something like, mewewer...wer...wer...mier...wer..., like as if she was trying to say something (sorry I don't speak Cat so it may sound wrong lol).
Aleshanee was giving me the "come right now" look. She ran to the front door and sat in front of it.
"Is there anyone there?" I literally just spoke to the door knowing that there was nobody, but then I felt a gentle "rub" on my right leg, thought that it was Aleshanee, but she was still in front of the door, looking at me and tilting her head as if she was saying, no? It's not me?
OK I got it Aleshanee, but what was it? I really wished that I could speak to cats... It was not uncomfortable but it was kind of mysterious.
That was really it, but at that moment, since the chanting outside was still quite "active", I thought that it is just another tribal spirit outside, and never thought that it was the previous Aleshanee. (The chanting outside seemed to have quiet down a little for these few months.)
Since the present Aleshanee happens to talk to the being which will appear around the kitchen, and a few times I (kind of) had witness apparitions (shadows, monsters, whatever) as well, I thought to bring it up and talk about it.
Yes, I had written a few similar experiences here as well but for a few old ones, I had shook it off since the area is haunted anyway, and I am fine with that.
Aleshanee trying to talk to the being or actually talking to the being is not scary but it is just not normal in other homes (I think). What do you guys think? So far nothing bad happened (for more then 10 years), my opinion is as well as the livings (Me, the cat, my friend) are healthy and not bothered, it's fine.
Oh, by the way, my friend said she did have some experience too, but I was not around. She said that she saw a person going up the attic, thought that it was me but it was not, there was nobody.
Another time she was talking to me on her smart phone, she asked if I was at home because someone or something had moved the trash can from one position to another, again I was not there and I was not sure if it was true.
She is calm with those since she "forgets" quite easily lol.
