CDubber,

I've just had a look at your revised profile and it's wonderful. Just curious... Again... But your name is unusual. Till now I had the impression that your family may have British roots going back to colonisation. Was I wrong, is your family Maori?

PS
I tend to ask a lot of questions but of course if I overstep the mark, please don't feel you have to answer. 😊

CDubber,

There you go! See how fast you make friends here? Wait until you meet Rookdygin. He is like everyone's godfather and protector. You will get a lot of help from him, as he is very knowledgeable. He never fails to pop up out of nowhere as soon as he sees that somebody needs help. ❤

Argette,

Thank you what a sweet thing to say! I didn't expect a comment like yours either.❤

Argette; I would say so. In the previous sites I've been to, there has always been the occasional individual always up for a debate or trouble of some sort.

CDubber, it was getting kind of nasty for a while. Like most Internet sites, there are always pot stirrers and people with agendas who pop up from time to time. It's less of a time waster when there is sincere give and take between posters. We're hear to figure it all out, right?

Vanessanda; Yet again, thank you for showing me that this site is much more open minded than the ones I have previously tried.

Argette; Haha, thank you. Its always pleasant to know someone finds joy from these stories/comments. 😊

I just wanted to say that the conversation here, after some of the posts in the last few days, has been delightful to read.

Glad you understand that you can be honest about your age here. Now that you're comfortable with that I'm sure you'll very quickly feel at home.

I don't know about the other sites you've been on. Rest assured that nobody here will condemn or laugh off any of your experiences simply because of your age. A lot of us have kids who have had experiences. And, people can tell if you're genuine or not from what you write and the way you write it

Vanessanda; Thank you for the chat. You have convinced me that this site is much more open minded and accepting than previous sites I have tried, so I think I will be more open towards my age. So, thank you for that. Haha, I've had a lot of people question my age due to my literacy so you're not the first and most definitely not the last. The best I can do within the restrictions of the internet is solemnly vow that I'm a 14 year old female. Whether the reader has confidence in my words or not, it is the best I can offer. Haha 😆 I will go take a look at that story now, as I have free time on my hands.

All the best! 😊

I have some things to do. I thank you for the chat, I've enjoyed it no matter what your age is. It makes no difference to me since I spend most of my time with teenagers in any case and find them more stimulating than adults much of the time. It's been interesting even though I have some doubts about your age.

Do me a favour, please. Go take a look at a story I found this morning. It was written by a 12 year old. It's a bit long but it's well written even if in a teenager's style. Check out the comments also and see how much respect is heaped on the girl.

"I Never Got to Say Goodbye Mama". You'll find it in my favourites on my profile page.

Thanks again for not taking offence since none was meant.

Be well

Vanessanda; I believe they were dubious simply because they could not see past my age, thinking of me as a stereo-typical teenager. Let alone, expanding their minds over and beyond my age to my encounters. I suppose it didn't quite help their prejudice that my literacy exceeded beyond my years.

What exactly made them dubious? I see nothing about your writing which reminds me of an over active teenage imagination nor of a teenager full stop.

In my opinion you write extremely well so where has the problem been? Could they perhaps have been dubious of the fact that you write like an educated, fully matured adult?

Vanessanda; Haha, I've found people to be more dubious on other sites as I've stated my age. So, as a precaution on this site, I decided to keep my age concealed unless absolutely necessary. No offense taken. As long as people have faith in that my stories are not fabricated then I'm content. 😊

Forgive the typos. Just to clarify, I read your third story first and then I went back and read the first and second stories

You underestimate us all! Most of us can tell if it's an over active teenage imagination or an adult writing under the guise of a teenager. It's best to be honest on this site in order to avoid misunderstandings and cultivating doubts as to your genuineness. If we don't pick up on anything in one story, we certainly will in the posts that follow it or in the follow up stories.

I read your first story and must admit I didn't find anything out of the ordinary. I picked up on several discrepancies after reading your first and second stories. No offense but I am now...🤔

DARKNESS; Thank you, since joining this site I have vastly expanded my knowledge and understanding of the paranormal and how to safely protect myself.

Bluiis97; Thank you, I'm glad to know my stories are enjoyed by a multitude of people. As my family and I are gifted with sixth sense I've encountered more than a few entities within my time, and every experience is truly unique. I wish you well for your quest on encountering a spirit or two. Thank you for your comment 😊

Vanessanda; Ah, yes, I have been caught out. I indeed am only 14 years old. In most circumstances I do not state my age, as that seems to inundate peoples minds and most immediately presume that my experiences are a typical case of a over active teenagers imagination, given my young age.

It has been mentioned previously that since inheriting my families gift I will naturally build on my ability with time and experience. It was also mentioned that there was the possibly of forming new paranormal abilities as my minds eye strengthens and revamps.

Thank you for reading 😊

It seems to me that you are already very open to the paranormal. If you were 10 in 2007, then you must only be about 14 now. You are already more sensitive than some of us here. As you get older, you will probably get even stronger and build more psychic abilities.

the story wasn't boring, it was actually an interesting one. My whole life I have been interested in paranormal stuff. I don't know how to be open to ghost but trust me I do want to meet one someday (hopefully a nice one). I agree with darkness if anything turns bad you need to be ready. Be safe.

CDubber: Your family and yourself are very spiritually open minded they are quite a few differant experiences you have witnessed throughout your life. You say you wish to open yourself up more to the paranormal world, well even just by being on this website reading and learning will do that for you. Remember though you should always know how to protect yourself if certain unwanted situations do occur. I wish you all the best for the future.

Thanks for sharing.

Dan
