Ouija boards are very bad! That spirit could be anything usually the stuff that gets through are bad and will lie to you, trying to make you trust them.
I think you should start putting up crosses and lighting incense, if that doesn't work talk to a priest, whatever it is it's probably not a good thing.

Ouija boards scary me, I was babysitting and me and a girlfriend used one that night we were lying in bed about to go to sleep and a HUGE tree limb fell on the house on top of the roof in which we were in. Of course it scared me to death but being the babysitter I had to go outside and see what it was. Bad JUJU

I think it's really "interesting" that Ouija users always assume that whatever they contact is going to be honest or trustworthy. In actuality, when you use a Ouija board, you have NO IDEA who might come through. As Lorraine Warren once noted (paraphrasing here): When you try to contact the spirit world, you are opening a door to strangers who are capable of doing great harm to you. Something to keep in mind next time you reach for a planchette.

Laurax, what kind of feelings do you have when you feel being watched?
Do you feel happy? Sad? Angry? Nervous?
These feelings can sometimes tell you what kind of spirit you're dealing with here.
If Zake really is a little boy, he might just be lonely and want someone to play with.
I would suggest doing an EVP, try asking him questions and see if you get a reply!

Sometimes, channeling tools such as spirit boards produce an energy that extra planar beings are attracted to. Most of the time they're jsut curious and leave when they realize there's nothing to be gained by sticking around. But if Zake likes you he may be there for a while. I would try to establish open communication and find out what he wants. Benevolent spirits are hardly something to fear and can often be beneficial to keep around, but it's never wise to accept any extra planar being at face value.

I want to tell you what happened to me once just after using a Quija at my house. I woke up in the middle of the night. A dark figure was standing in the corner of my bedroom. This didn't frighten me, as I have seen ghosts all my life. So, I just went back to sleep. Later, I woke again. This time the dark figure was lying in the bed beside me on it's stomach. When I looked at it, it lifted itself from the bed and turned to look directly into my eyes. This scared me and I said to the spirit, "You have no business here. Go away." The spirit disappeared, and I went back to sleep. I woke a third time to find the spirit hovered over me in mid air. Although it was not touching me, I could not move my arms. So I kicked at it with my feet and yelled for it to go away. It disappeared. I slept with the light on for about a month after that. I am positive whatever it was, was evil and I'm positive it came through the Quija.

I don't think your ouiji board brought the ghosts, as they were there already. I used an ouiji board just one time and some very strange things happened. I am not one to condone their use as I am a very "emotional" person who I think the spirit world would be attracted to. You seem the same way. I wouldn't use your or any ouiji board anymore. Also, I am not sure if you are spiritual or religious, but perhaps keep a bible near your bedside and find some passages that help calm you. My personal favorite, when in certain situations where I feel "watched" or "followed", or just plain scared of the dark (has been happening a lot to me lately after my ghost experience last month) the 23rd Psalm works like a charm. I easily fall asleep after I recite it in my mind.

Hey Laurax, using the oiuja board to talk to the thing you said you saw might have been a good thing because you were trying to communicate with it. But whatever you do don't ask it "can you show yourself to us?" or anything like that because if you do you are opening the portal between our world and the "spirit world." BTW I would have been scared as hell if I saw that shadow
